My low tire pressure light came on so I took the tire and wheel to Specialty. Jeremy leak checked the tire thoroughly and couldn't find a leak. He suggested adjusting the pressure on all four tires and resetting the car's TPMS system. Volvo has a different type of monitoring system (not on the wheel) and the reset is a little different. He explained it all. I did what he said and it worked! Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced diagnosis. I would go there for tires or any tire related problem. read more

I had a front tire that was losing air slowly at first, but by the time I came here it would become flat in no time. The owner took my car right away and showed me that the tire was at this point actually coming apart at the seams. He called around and got quotes for replacing the 2 front tires and didn't pressure me to replace all 4 tires. He added air and told me to not drive far, but that if I wanted he could get the new tires later that day(or I could get them somewhere else, but that I needed them ASAP). Later that day he called when the tires were in and worked around my schedule to install them. When I got there he again took me right away and got to work putting my new tires on. The price was fair and the service was beyond my expectations. I have had so many bad experiences with tire places that I was skeptical that I would be happy. My new tires have made my car safe and I didn't get ripped off or condescended to. read more
