Usually go here for inspection stickers, but probably won't be coming back. Came for a quick re inspection, then the owner let his friend go ahead of me for no reason. Waiting 30-45 mins for something that should take 5 minutes tops. Plus, the last time I was here the fat old mechanic was a dick to me because I told him one of my tires pressure was low. The guy who runs this is an absolute jerk off. I moved to Westborough a couple of months ago so this has been my go to gas station since it's on my way to work, but after my encounter with the owner/manager today I will never give this place my money again. I legit was walking my dog past this place and threw something away in the garbage can between the pumps and as I'm a decent distance away, he comes up behind me yelling. I had my headphones in so someone in front of me had to point it out and home boy literally was power walking towards me pointing his finger saying "you will not use garbage. Garbage is only for paying customers only". In shock that someone in charge would literally approach a situation like this, I asked him to repeat himself which he did so even more rudely. I ended up telling him off because momma didn't raise no doormat and he walked away in the process. Seriously, dude? It's a garbage can. Secondly, if you're that adamant about it just being for customers (so dumb), put up a sign or say "hey excuse me, could you please not use our garbage? There's actually a public one right down there". Even that sounds ridiculous because his rule is exactly that. Complete asshole. read more

This should have been a Saturday night live skit . After receiving a coupon in the mail I figured I try it out. When I got their I was the only one, no other cars were being serviced. I was greeted with snarls and glares from the five men who looked like they were ready for a night at the roxy, every one of them was talking on the phone, making plans for Saturday night I'm sure.....I waited 10 minutes before someone snarled at me in a foreign language then I decided to leave. I can't comment on the actual service but the first impression was horrible, I couldn't trust them with my vehicle. read more

They do good solid work, and no more than necessary. I've used them for general maintenance & inspections, for many years and several cars.

Larry's review requires a response. I've dealt with this Mobil crew for a decade and have never, not once, seen any of them be anything less than overtly friendly with hundreds of customers (including me) -- always a smile, desire to help, never a scowl. While most of the guys speak a different language, they are more American than most NE native-borns, true patriots, so Larry should save the cultural slight. Not sure what Larry meant by 'a night at the Roxy', haven't watched SNL since I grew up, but they all work long days and then go hom to families. BTW, their mechanic, a white English speaker (for the cultlurally uncomfortable), does great work and is an excellent communicator. read more
