Come to find out, 3 workers were sitting maybe 6-8 feet away from us, talking amongst themselves. They were having a "meeting" and couldn't be bothered, I guess? When they saw how long the line was getting, they finally got up to take some orders, and rolled their eyes like we were inconveniencing them. This happened on Monday, 10/31/22. The…read moreman is extremely rude, he mopes out to the car, you say hello and he just stands there and says nothing, you tell him what kind of gas you want and how much , he turns and walks away, if you pay with a charge he writs it from you and walks away. Still not saying a word to you. He comes back hands to the slip to sign , grabs the clipboard with the slip and turns and walks away. No have a nice day or thank you. He makes you feel as though you are bothering to him rather than a customer . I have lived in this town for many many years and know a lot of people from here who also say the same thing about the place and how they won't even go there cause of him. Get a new job if you hate your job so much that you have to make your customers feel uncomfortable . I am sure the business there would be a lot busier ( like it had been when the previous owner had it) if he wasn't there . From here on out I will be encouraging people to spread the word to go to The mobile station up the street if they want their gas pumped for them or to the gas station next door if they don't mind pumping. The man is very very rude .

Oh, and I don't want to pay more than I need to. Is that asking too much? I don't think so. Well, if you're like me, then you may already know that Peterson is conveniently located on the west bound side of Rt. 9, and they are nearly always the cheapest in the area...at least for 93 octane gas. I grew up in NJ where it was illegal to pump your own gas. So, I don't mind pumping my own gas. I'm a responsible adult. But, Peterson will pump your gas for you, which admittedly, can be really nice when it is raining or below freezing, as it is so often here in New England. And when they pump your gas, they're friendly. That's about all I have to say about that. Convenient gas at a good price. 5 stars.

They claimed the meter was working and there is no one to challenge them. I filed a complaint with the mass dpu (Leilani was quite helpful) so they finally gave me a new meter after stealing hundreds from me. I would recommend that if you suspect your meter isn't working that you file a complaint with DPU IMMEDIATELY and insist on a new meter - don't fall for "they will test it" And wait. They will not replace it unless forced to by the DPU. Unfortunately, there is no way to get back what they stole - they are the only ones who test the meters.

There was no heat in the house because it needed the electricity to turn on. We are senior citizens and were freezing waiting for him. When I called at 3:30 customer service said it might be a little later. At 4 o'clock I called again only to find out he/she came at 8:15 in the am. NOT FAIR! THEY SHOULD HAVE LEFT A NOTE. i NOW HAVE TO RESCEDULE AND FREEZE AGAIN!
