Craig the owner of this store was spooked when we walked in for we were in town for the Scream Town Convention. My daughter was in costume and looked in danger. Her costume was too life like and we informed the public that she was fine. So is she, mentally wise. The customer service was beyond the best level we have seen. It's also bring your dog to work each and every day too. The dog, Rocky was so happy and loving. We sat and had some coffee with Rocky and Craig learning about each others home town. This gas station offers it all too. You can get gas, put air in the tires and even an oil change. All local. Local support is important too. I forgot about my sticker and out of desperation I went there besides my better judgement. Last year I went and was treated poorly and feel like it was race related like other reviews stated. I've had the same car for 9 years and it has NEVER failed inspection for tints. They actually did my inspection last year and it passed. Called ahead of time at around 4 and they said there was no wait for state inspections so I came by. The staff are polite and quick, and they give you a free bottle of water with your inspection. No complaints here. read more

This is the worst service station ive ever been to!! I brought my Brand new Mercedes Benz for a sticker and tge rejected it for ball joints, the ball joints were fine they were trying to screw me for work! There a bunch of thieves! I went down the road to have them checked by real mechanics and they were fine and my car passed!! I'll never go back there!!!!! These guys rejected inspection for my car for tint being too dark on back passenger windows! Guess what, same car passed the inspection here, at the same place last year. When I showed them receipt they said they were wrong last year and handily offered me take the tint out for $160. These guys should not be allowed doing inspections as their main goal is to rip you off. Will proceed with filing complaint with RMV. Avoid! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Cannot believe the way I was just treated by their mechanic, swore at me for absolutely no reason. Brought my car to have my back tire fixed, was told it was. Got on the highway and it wasn't properly balanced, whole car was shaking. Brought it back the next day and told them, and he "rebalanced" it... got on the highway again and still shaking. Brought it back again the next day and asked if they could figure out what was going on because it wasn't fixed, offered to leave it overnight so they could take a proper look at it. Mechanic said "clearly there's something else wrong it" to which I replied "I know that's why I'm back here for the third time trying to get it taken care of" at which point the mechanic told me "Well there's the door, have someone else do it. If you're going to have a fucking attitude fuck you"... I did not have any sort of "attitude" or act aggressively in any way, just wanted my tire fixed. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a mechanic; they don't know what they're doing and have the worst customer service I've experienced in a LONG time. I went in for a paper early this morning and asked the guy if they carry the globe. He looked to what looked like a pile of soggy Worcester telegrams I said where? He said "right there" and wouldn't even move from behind the counter or look? I said sorry I don't see them where? He said your kidding me right? I said "no I don't see them" and I moved the top wet telegram and there was another one below, almost just as soggy. I assumed I was missing the pile of Globes. Getting agitated, he says " your kidding" again? he comes from behind the counter like I asked him to move the world (keep in mind that there's no one else in the store and he just star gazing). He goes to the pile of crap I was looking around and starts digging down through several papers, about 20 papers down he finds a globe. I said "are you kidding me, you couldn't tell me that its in that pile instead you just stood there on your lazy butt and just said "There right there." I walked out screaming at him are you kidding me. I wouldn't spend a dime in that store if it was the last place on earth. If hes not the owner I feel bad for the owner for hiring people like that. If he is the owner shame on him, he should go back to customer service 101. read more

*** RIP OFF ALERT *** In the wrong lane on Route 20, I couldn't swing in to gas up at the Mobil in a nearby town. The price for super+ was $2.85. I continued on and stopped at Hunt's Mobil in Marlborough, (3 miles away), and the price was $3.05. I drove in... and drove out. To the owner: Are you freaking serious with your prices? I know you're just off 495, but talk about price gouging... *** RIP OFF ALERT *** Also, I was told by a co-worker that this is the toughest place to obtain an inspection sticker... Unbelievable Liars and Thieves!! Never go there for an inspection sticker! I brought my Brand New car there and they failed me due to "play in the tire". I immediately went to a mechanic and he said the car was perfect! PERFECT!!!! This guy was CLEARLY trying to make money off me by stating the car needed work when it DIDNT! I recently went to Hunts Mobil for a problem with my brakes. They took my car right in, diagnosed the problem and gave me a great price to replace the brakes. They even gave me a ride to work! I would highly recommend Hunts Mobil, clean garage and very polite staff. read more

I went to the Mobil to get a state inspection and fill my car up with gas. I drive a 2014 Toyota Camry with only 17,000 miles. They rejected it because my washer fluid was empty. They have no clue what they are doing. Not only that, they have the highest gas prices in town. Very poor service and lousy customer service. read more
