I came here for an oil change a few months ago, thought everything was…read moregood until a few weeks later I started having major issues with the engine, engine knocks and leaking oil non stop. When I took it to the dealer to look at it they said there's no way I got an oil change or that it was done extremely incorrectly because I'd need a whole new engine. In order to honor the warranty they needed me to provide a receipt of the oil change, but when I went back to ask them if they could print one out for me (figured it shouldn't be hard since I paid by card, even provided the exact date of service that I found on my bank statement) they told me they don't keep any records of transactions and the guy specifically said "if it's for a warranty issue I can't help you" super sketchy. Ended up having to pay $7000 for a new engine on my two year old car. Since then when talking to other shops and the dealership I've been told other people have gotten screwed over by these people and have horror stories similar to mine, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They (George and Rami) reassured me they would mount and balance properly. After over an hour and a half, they pulled my car out and stated "all done". I paid CASH and when I asked for a receipt, I was told, 'Not now. Come back tomorrow. I never did get my receipt for paying them $150 (I tipped George $25) I thought 1.5 hours to be reasonable. When I got home I observed the tires had NOT been installed correctly: The direction of rotation was backward. I brought it back to rami and he agreed the job was done incorrectly and they would re-do M&B at no cost to me. I brought the car back the next day or so. I was skeptical they had corrected the problem because the car was pulled out after only 30 minutes. George reassured they were mounted and re balanced correctly. I drove the car, it shimmied and it was immediately apparent the tires weren't balanced. When I called this to Rami's attention, he said they couldn't balance the tires because 'they needed a high-speed balance and we don't do high-speed balance'. ! He told me to go to a tire store or the Acura dealer. WHAT? You told me initially you could mount and Balance tires, took my money, did the job incorrectly, failed to make good on your work and then told me to go elsewhere. I did. It cost me $172 at Acura and Val U refused to reimburse me. Acura determined the tires were totally out of balance.

Great service deserves recognition, and I believe you should treat people like you want to be treated. I had a bad transmission leak, and got our van towed to Rand's a bit after noon on Dec. 30, 2024. The Service Manager indicated he had a pretty good idea of what the issue was (transmission cooler line), and they would take care of it. Being Dec. 30, I was not sure when I'd get the van back, since the scope of the work was unknown, and could they could even get the part needed. Surprisingly, I got a call around 4:15 that same day that the van was ready. My wife and I drove over to pick it up and met three handsome young men waiting for us (they close at 4:30, so we arrived a few minutes after that time). Between their quick repair, and the very reasonable cost, I will definitely be going back. So, in too many words, I am a fan of Rand's and encourage other customers to give them a try. I really don't think you'll be disappointed.
