Visited Jiffy Lube at 1003 Grafton st, Worcester on Veteran Day because I am a disable Vet and for the discount for my 2022 Toyota. They removed 4 quarts of transmission fluid before they realized it ! They did NOT have my fluid on hand and charged me for the oil change ! I had to take half a day off to bring it to my mechanic to fill properly. They did reimburse me for the mechanic and oil change but nothing for my half day off or the mire inconvenience. I was told by the district manager that they will take good care of me ? I would have given a 0 star rating but the service manager was honest and very polite. read more

I'm literally the only vehicle in the garage and there is 3 people working or lack there of. They didn't do any of the routine stuff i.e. horn, lights or air filter. Worst crew at a Jiffy's Lube I have ever visited. They are mostly stood around complaining with bad attitudes and poor service overall. I went to the Jiffy Lube at 1003 Grafton St, Worcester, MA 01604 on a Friday evening, and I will not be coming back to this location. The gentleman who helped me was polite at first, but while working on my car, he was shouting and yelling at someone else over a personal matter. He didn't ask me what kind of oil I'd wanted, and just went ahead with the priciest option. When he was finished, he called me "sweetheart" and then charged me $115 which I have never paid for an oil change anywhere and then said he went with what I had last time at another location I used to go to. He said he would email the receipt, but it never went through, so I don't actually know what the price would or should have been. This is exactly the kind of sexist b.s. that make women fear getting anything done to their cars - being ripped off and misled because I'm a woman. read more

I have never had an issue going here before. the guys always seemed nice and efficient.. I have A 2017 Honda Accord, I went in for an oil change July 7, and the next morning my transmission light came on. I got it scanned and the code that popped was for a sensor, that resides in my oil pan. Now I'm going to have to pay a bunch of money to fix a car that at 60k should not be having a transmission issue. I just think it's odd that THE NEXT TIME I turned my car on the light was on. I noticed that the staff that day weren't seeming to even care what was going on, I'm really upset. I always Tell people you guys do a great job and then this time was sub par and now my car is not ok. read more

Today I took my car and left before having services done. They've just gone too far. Why you ask? Well I had a coupon in big bold letters for a 26.99 oil change, and when I go there I noticed a very aggressive sign that said people with 4x4s pay more, and that their coupons are only for 2wd vehicles. On top of that the coupon stated in tiny little print that fluid top off services cost extra too. How is this not bait and switch?????? Jiffy lube was known for their many point inspection for years, which is what made them reasonable in cost and drove business to them. In addition, I listened to a man being quoted $41.99 for an air filter. AN AIR FILTER! These are $15 in store and just slide in. Not to mention they now charge 29.99 for a halogen bulb. These cost $11 in the stores, and probably $4 wholesale! Ok, so that is when I walked outside, got in my car and drove to valvoline, which currently has a 24.99 coupon on their website. They do not charge extra for a 2 second look at the extra differential. and they do not charge over $40 for an air filter. A conventional oil change with 7 quarts should not be that $80. Ridiculous. So big time hidden money grab going on at Jiffy lube these days. The guy who was quoted 42 bucks for his air filter was in shock! I guess I'm completely done with even considering Jiffy lube going forward. You can go to a local independent garage and they will be half the price. read more

Jiffy Lube is not providing service as it used to. Same price but nit Same level of service. No more vaccums, tire pressure check or wash fluid fill up. Don't waste your money with this brand you are better off some where else and save money read more

Had my oil changed there on 1/21/2022 at 46,269 miles. My sticker they gave me for my next oil change says to change it at 45,469 and the date is 1/21/2022. This happened to me at Midas the last time I got an oil change too. I will just have to go with the oil life percent I guess. Other than that and they don't vacuum or clean windows anymore due to COVID they still charge the same amount it was good. read more

So I'm on my way home after work, make good time on the highway, and decide that I should use the time I saved to get an oil change. I call up Jiffy Lube. "Hi," says I, "how much is an oil change for a 2010 Prius?" The phone guy explains that if I just want regular oil it's $35, or an extra 10 to check fluids and whatnot. He also gives me the prices for specialty oils, which I don't care about. So I arrive there, pull up my car, and go to wait in the waiting room. The guy who will be actually doing the oil changes pops in about 10 minutes later to verify that the price of $85 is okay. Umm, what? I explain that I was quoted 35, and then phone guy pops in, and says that he was just giving me their range of prices, not the price for my particular car. He goes on to explain that he couldn't give me an accurate price without putting the model into the computer, which he didn't do. Apparently, they must have lots of people call up asking about a price for one car, and then showing up in a completely different one. Haha, JK, funny phone prank! The guy goes on to blame me, because I didn't specify the exact type of oil, which I should have gotten by looking at the oil cap. Seriously? You expect your customers to do homework before getting an oil change? How is that easier than you just looking it up on the damned computer? To cap things off, they pulled my car out, and I found that they had torn the floor mat up in order to put down their paper one. Because, you know, it couldn't have just sat on top. Not only did I have to replace it myself, but one of the plastic clips was missing, so now it won't stay straight. Solid work, guys. tl;dr: This place lies and is generally horrible. Every time I've come here, the staff has been exceptionally helpful. The manager, Joe, is super helpful and tries to help you save money where you can. I've come early in the morning on the weekend, and have been in and out in under an hour. I've expected long wait times because I know these kinds of places can be busy, but this crew works efficiently and quickly as they can! Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone in the area. read more

I arrived at 3:05 and was out by 3:25. They had one car waiting before me and were working on two. Waited for 10 minutes and it took them 10 more to provide the service (Signature Service minus vacuum). I was in a rush and the manager was kind enough to help speed things up. I took my car there to have an oil change and left with a broken tire sensor. I ended up paying 185$ to replace it the sensor. When I brought the car in my dashboard had no notices of low tire pressure and certainly no indication of a broken sensor. The manager admitted not seeing any info either, but refused to cover the replacement cost. his account kept fluctuating between he saw in the beginning or maybe it was the end. The point is my car was fine until they serviced it!! It took about 90 mans to change the oil! I thought supporting a local business is good, but never again. I am reporting it to the better business bureau. read more
