Excellent work and customer service. I was kept informed of progress on the status of the repair and the rental car involvement was easy

Wow My insurance company, Progressive recommended Minucci Auto Body in Ashland.. They are terrific! They estimated a week earlier than other estimates and they had no issues getting parts unlike other shops that said this would be an issue. They buffed my car and cleaned the interiors and it looks brand new! I feel like felt I am driving a new car. Thank you John! You and your team are The Best! read more

Minucci fixed the front end of our car quickly and for a reasonable price. They were great at communicating with us and always pleasant and helpful. I hope I never need auto body work again, but if I do I'm going to Minucci, no question. read more

Most of the reviews here say the same thing: The work is perfect and the service is perfect. I am very picky about body work, most likely because in over 45 years of having to have some done I have been in some horrible places. You walk into Minucci Auto Body, its clean, its orderly the owner is great to deal with. read more

This is a stellar business with service you don't find often. Family owned and operated by honest hard working people who want to make an uncomfortable situation as painless as possible. Their work etihic and attention to both detail and customer satisfaction cannot be overstated. My family has been using Minucci for more than 30 years. My older brother travels 2 hours out of the way to use this business because they are so trustworthy. I recently had an unfortunate run-in with a poor raccoon on the mass pike (going about 72 0 yikes!) it caused a lot of damage to my vehicle. I received my car in better condition than it was before the accident. Thank you Minucci! read more

John is amazing! Fixed my bumper in a day and even picked me up and dropped me off at my house with my newborn! Highly recommend!!

1st off I'd like to qualify this by letting you know I'm an engineer who painstakingly pays attention to detail. I also had two teenage boys grow up and learn to drive with our cars. Needless to say we had a few trips to Minucci's some big jobs and some smaller ones. A few things about John; he doesn't take short cuts, he's upfront and the end product is amazing. I highly recommend John and his crew at Minuccis and hope I don't have to use them again. read more

I just received my repaired jeep back from Minucci Auto Body and I had to write this review. They are definitely the best Auto Body shop in all of Metrowest. They are extremely professional and caring. I needed my car back to go on vacation and John had it ready when he said. He worked closely with the adjuster to get the estimate changed and I am so pleased. Not to mention that my car was detailed and cleaned to perfection. They are the nicest people and this is the third time I have been there. I always recommend them to the people I know and I would never go anywhere else. THE BEST read more

I can't say enough about this auto body shop. The Minuccis are salt of the earth people and I had an excellent experience. Don't know why there are not more 5 star reviews! From the beginning, John M was respectful, patient and kind to me. I didn't have to worry about any of the process, it was handled seamlessly and his price was very fair. They were kind enough to fix a small dent that had nothing to do with my accident for no charge AND replace the battery on my key which was low! My car was repaired in a timely manner and it looks like new. Definitely go to them if you want the least trouble with a autobody repair. read more

I fixed my car at Minucci recently, a couple of weeks ago. They did superb job. Car looks like new. They fixed it in very short time. John organized rental car for me from Enterprise and did all negotiation with insurance company. He called me a few days before car was ready to schedule pick up. Everything was ready by that time . Not only excellent job was done to my car, but also they are very nice, honest, responsible and exact people. I can recommend Minucci Auto Body shop to everyone. Thanks a lot for doing wonderful job read more

My work van got damaged and I was extremely paranoid about dealing with auto body shops. My friend recommended this place and she wasn't wrong about it. My van is my most important tool that I as business owner can't survive without. They worked on my van day and night getting it done as fast as possible. John followed up with me and had it ready in no time at all. They took care of all Insurance headaches, rental van and made my van look new again. I highly recommend!!! read more

John and his crew is amazing! Everyone from the Appraiser to the crew at Enterprise Car Rental agree, they all had so many amazing things to say about Minucci. The process is absolutely seamless. Best prices for repairs, email updates on when your car when will be ready. They return your car exactly when they say they will and it was also cleaned! I will never go anywhere else regardless of the distance!!! read more

I was referred to Minucci's by a friend and I have to say from start to finish it was a great experience! My son was sitting in bridge traffic heading to the cape and was rear ended by someone who wasn't paying attention in a brick (aka Volvo)... so the volvo hit the Altima (my car) and pushed it into a truck - both Volvo and truck had bruises - our Altima ended up with $8200 in damages - yikes!! John Minucci was awesome from the get go. He offered to have a rental ready at his shop, explained the insurance appraisal process and gave me an estimate as to when the car would be ready - which he met. But what I really appreciated was the quality of the repair - while most of the work was cosmetic (the frame was fine) - front and rear - plastic and metal - lights, mufflers, etc needed repair/replacement. I have to say that EVERYTHING was repaired perfectly and the paint job was AWESOME - to the level where I couldn't see any imperfections and I'm really really picky - trust me - the last near total at a different repair shop down the road was a totally different experience and left me me super critical and looking for issues. No need to worry with Minucci's I can't say enough of how happy I am with the way the car looks - it's honestly as good or better than the accident. And while I say that the most important factor was the quality of the repair, it was extremely nice to work with John, very professional and sincere. John made every effort to minimize the impact of having a car out of commission. I highly recommend Minucci's. While I hope not to have future collisions, if I do, I will definitely return to John's shop. read more

I'm not surprised that this shop has a 5 star rating. I could not be happier with my decision to get my car repaired here. The initial reason was pure convenience-they work with a rental car company so that you can simply drop your car off and drive off in a rental. Convenience aside, my car was PRISTINE when I picked it up. They had detailed the interior and exterior, and even repaired a few deep scratches free of charge. They obviously take a lot of pride in what they do, and I've already recommended them to a few friends who need some bodywork done. read more

I have a beautiful CTS4 named Chantilly Lace. Someone backed into her in a parking lot and I was heartbroken. To make matters worse, the insurance company gave me a hard time because no-one left a note claiming responsibility for the accident. Well, John explained the procedure and stuck with me through the insurance ordeal. Finally, I handed my broken, ugly Chantilly over to the Minucci Team. John arranged a temp car for me and kept me in the loop through the whole repair process. When Chantilly was repaired, John asked me if the team could keep it one more day because they noticed a warning light and the part wouldn't be in until tomorrow. This was above the call of duty since the warning wasn't caused by the accident! Chantilly Lace is beautiful once again. THANK YOU TEAM MINUCCI !!!! read more

Absolutely fantastic. I went to Minucci after reading all the great reviews on yelp and was not disappointed. Hopefully, I'm never in a situation to need auto-body work again, but if so, I would hands-down return to John and his team to get the job done. read more

I was recommended by a friend when I had damage to my bumper. This was my first accident so I didn't know what to expect. John was very professional and made the process so easy. The work was fantastic, was completed when he said and he took care of the appraisal costs with the insurance company. Hopefully I don't need any body work on my car. If I do, I will be coming back and recommending to all my friends. Highly recommended! read more

These guys did a great job on my 2008 RAV4. Better than I expected actually. They repaired a damaged hood, damaged side panel and buffed the rest of the car so that it looks nearly new. I brought my Honda Civic to Minucci this past week to fix some aesthetic scratches/dents and some deep stone chips on the hood. They got the job done much faster than I expected and my car looks beautiful! They have a relationship with Enterprise as well so getting a rental was easy. John and staff at Minucci did a flawless repair to my car. They are a Commerce-approved shop and have a relationship with Enterprise Car Rental so it was convenient. My car had both front and rear damage from a chain reaction accident. The original estimate only included repair of bumpers but John correctly predicted that there would be hidden damage and he wanted to be sure of a perfect color match, so he worked with adjuster to expand the estimate. I'm sure he could have just done the repair authorized in the initial estimate, but I am glad he took the time to do it the right way. My car is only a year old but Minucci absolutely made it look brand new again. I highly recommend them. read more

I just picked up my 22 year old Jaguar XJS from Minucci Auto Body after having some work done and was really impressed with their level of workmanship. The car was damaged while in transport from California and I was a little nervous to let just any shop work on my near antique car. After shopping around and dealing with a few shops that were a little too "slick", I decided to go with Minucci and I definitely don't regret it. They were more than fair in their estimate, did fantastic, seemless work, and delivered when they said they would. Great work John! read more
