Talk about inconvenient. It was laying on the ground but after it cooled, I was able to wrestle it off. Without the muffler, my Saturn sounded like a B52 and therefore undrivable. I immediately called AAA and was promised a tow within 30 minutes. In less time than that, up comes a clean car carrier from Henry's Towing and Mark, the driver. Clean, neat, courteous and polite. He drove my car onto his flatbed and off we went. I drove with Mark in his truck cab. What? No trash? No coffee cups? No, just like you'd keep your home. It was just a tow but done with no pressure and complete efficiency. Mark and I shook hands at the end. Losing your car temporarily is always a chore but if it has to be loaded to a repair shop, Mark and Henry's Towing is a good first bet.

My car was towed for street sweeping; this was my fault, and I can accept that. When I went to retrieve it, I made some complaints about the driver's behavior and was completely brushed off. I continued to voice my complaints and at that point the younger man working made a literal death threat. (The older man was fine, albeit dismissive of the problem) I don't want to hear anything about 'boys being boys' or any of that type of nonsense. You do NOT make threats to anyone, no matter how frustrating you find them. I filed a police report but likely it will be ignored as all these type of interactions are. I feel very unsafe now because this person literally knows where I live. I am posting this as a warning to anyone who has to deal with them. I would welcome contact from the owner of the company, if any other employee attempts to contact me, I will call the police.

Went to ASC since my car's check engine light is on. They told me that it needs oil change. I…read moreagreed, asked them to check the code and diagnose after the oil change. They did change the oil, provided a list of the error codes and cleared the codes. I was charged for $269 for the visit! If I go to anywhere else for oil change, the cost will be $60-70 at most. Bob's explanation is that they use a very expensive computer to read the codes; and the minimum charge is $135. I never knew that any car repair will charge anything for reading and clearing the codes. This is totally a rip-off! Will never go to ASC again!

Beware anybody that breaks down on the Pike has to call them and your subject to whatever they decide to . I would highly not recommend them, but unfortunately, they are the only choice you have on the mass Turnpike if you break down. if you happen to call the state they charge you an additional fee before you even get picked up so unfortunately, if you break down on the Turnpike, you are basically at the mercy of the state police and Ted's towing and they absolutely do not care. I feel as though we were totally ripped off and let by this towing company.

They estimated a week earlier than other estimates and they had no issues getting parts unlike other shops that said this would be an issue.
