There was a major accident on the Mass turnpike and my car was just off an exit when we needed to call them. Their dispatcher was extremely helpful and her first thought process was to get us off the road and our safety. It was night time and Helen the dispatcher guided us to safety within 5 mins. Chris Shelby the truck driver who showed up couldn't have been more professional. He expressed Ted's commitment to safety. He loaded my car, explained all my options and suggested which was best. He drove us to a family member and everything worked out. Bravo Ted's Towing.

I have been a fan of Grove Street ever since I moved to the area. I was looking for a place to…read moreservice my cars and was thrilled to find one so close by. Then I experienced their service and quality. Making an appointment is ridiculously easy. There's constant communication from them when your car is being worked on. They give you everything not only in writing but in an email that you can say if so you can plan future work. They help you know what needs to be done immediately and what can be deferred to another visit. That is almost unheard of. I'm so used to getting a high pressure sales pitch every time my car goes in. That doesn't happen at Grove Street. You're given a list and almost like a to-do list you receive things that are immediate concerns, things that can be deferred and things that are acceptable and already being worked on. They have loaner cars if you need them and they even offer shuttle service to and from your house. Everything is explained in advance and their prices are incredible. It's a great value. I've not had a bad experience and I've been there at least 20 times between my two cars. I can't recommend them enough

Unfortunately, my new truck with a brand new wrap had been damaged by an employee while getting an oil change elsewhere. Mike's Collision was highly recommended by patrons at a local restaurant. Mike and his team made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in his shop. He took one look at my truck and pointed out many issues that other shops didn't even notice. His wife and daughter were great at keeping me in the loop with every little detail. Mike truly went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was properly repaired, and that I wasn't taken advantage of by the insurance companies adjuster. He takes care of every detail, big or small, and his body work is flawless. He's a perfectionist.

They cost us thousands and thousands of dollars taking on a repair for us that they said they could do but they hacked it up so bad that the truck has never been the same since we took it to them. And now they are deeming all the work to finish fixing it as not covered under their warranty, even though it was parts that they had to move and work on. We were fearful of voiding the warranty by going anywhere else, but finally took it to a trusted mechanic for a second opinion and they confirmed that Auto Go did not do quality work and left the truck in such a state that it continues to cause problems. Worst experience ever and I will tell anyone and everyone to NEVER use this shop.

Their customer service is absolutely OUTSTANDING. After being totally scammed by another shop--who not only tried to sell me work I didn't need but charged me 400% over market for a shoddy belt and pulley install (that I had to bring back multiple times)--I finally had enough. Out of frustration, I searched for other shops and found Tosti's based on their incredible reviews, and now I know exactly why so many loyal customers keep coming back! The team at Tosti's was AMAZING. Not only did they instantly diagnose an issue with my car on the spot, but they also agreed to cover my belt and pulley repair at no cost, just so I wouldn't have to set foot in that previous dealership again. They did this with no fuss, no guilt--just a genuine desire to help me out of a bad situation. You can really tell this is a family business that puts people first. While I waited, I chatted with a gentleman who's been bringing his cars here for over ten years--even after moving to Boston 4-years ago! That tells you everything you need to know about how Tosti's treats its customers and stands by its work. If you want a reliable, fair, and friendly team who does things the right way every time, do yourself a favor and take your car to Tosti's. I'm a customer for life!
