A MassDOT driver stopped to check on me and gave me Thomas' number from ADR Towing, saying he'd take good care of me. Thomas showed up quickly, was friendly, and genuinely concerned about my situation. He even looked under the hood and found the issue right away. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed on the spot, so he towed me to Eastside Classics (reviewed them as well), where he keeps his equipment. They got right to work on my car and had me back on the road within an hour. What really stood out was that Thomas went above and beyond--he could have just towed me, taken payment, and left it at that. Instead, he made sure I got real help, which saved me from scrambling for a rental the next morning. If you ever need a tow, I can't recommend Thomas and ADR Towing enough.

One company quoted us the next day service, which was impossible since he was at a mountain with no lodging and temps were 22 and dropping. After our third cancellation at 7pm, I received a call from Thumbs up, that they were coming to our rescue. They kept us updated on their arrival time and drove well out of their area to come help us. They were courteous, told us exactly what they were doing, and for everyone's safety, checked our ID's to make sure we were the ones who were supposed to be at this car to be opened.
