    photo 9 months ago…read moreC&E failed in so many ways. My daughter's jeep was there for 3-1/2months. My husband was called to pick it up 4 times and 4 times things that had been pointed out over and over again were not done, on the 5th time he got one mile from C&E with the Jeep before the transmission seized because somewhere along the line C&E never checked the transmission or transmission fluid after the Jeep was there due to a front end collision! I'm no mechanic but clearly these guys aren't either. We paid out $1200 more to a jeep dealer to put in a used transmission that C&E clearly caused and refused to pay us back for. Con artists and morons run this business. Get ready to double and triple check any work you have had done by them, they are disgusting! Update 2025: C&E decided to not pay for our rental during the period listed above b/c I gave them a bad review and told the rental place that it was our bill, it went to collections before we even found out. C&E are horrible people whom seem to get away with a lot. Just saying

    I had to file a claim with my insurance for a weather related accident around the bumper and hood…read moreof my vehicle. My insurance told me C&E is where I needed to drop it off. After 3 weeks, my car was ready for pick up. However, upon inspection, there were still chips, scratches and visible paint bubbles in the one area they were supposed to fix. I refused to sign off on the car and asked to have the manager call me. After speaking with the manager the following day, they apologized and said they would get it back in the shop and done right. While I was waiting for my vehicle the second time, the business put me in a luxury rental and took less than a week to fix. Upon pick up, my car was detailed and looked brand new. The manager personally walked around my car and again apologized for the error. While this business did not fix my car initially to the expectations we aligned on, they did make it right the second time and that's what matters in my eyes. I really appreciate the transparency and efforts to make up for the mistake and do right by the customer.
