D&D in Norwood is a family owned business, and I actually was looking for another one in the same neighborhood, but stumbled across D&D. With one of the other shops I have used in the Needham area... getting them to handle any kind of insurance communication ended up in my lap, and then I would constantly have to call to get status updates. With D&D, Mark S was all over the situation. He gave me updates regularly, handled all of the insurance related stuff, and coordinated all the work that involved getting the Lincoln dealership involved. Their work was excellent, and we had quite a bit of work that needed doing. If we ever need body work done again, this is where I am going without hesitation, and I will also send my friends and family their way!

My husband was called to pick it up 4 times and 4 times things that had been pointed out over and over again were not done, on the 5th time he got one mile from C&E with the Jeep before the transmission seized because somewhere along the line C&E never checked the transmission or transmission fluid after the Jeep was there due to a front end collision! I'm no mechanic but clearly these guys aren't either. We paid out $1200 more to a jeep dealer to put in a used transmission that C&E clearly caused and refused to pay us back for. Con artists and morons run this business. Get ready to double and triple check any work you have had done by them, they are disgusting! Update 2025: C&E decided to not pay for our rental during the period listed above b/c I gave them a bad review and told the rental place that it was our bill, it went to collections before we even found out. After 3 weeks, my car was ready for pick up. However, upon inspection, there were still chips, scratches and visible paint bubbles in the one area they were supposed to fix. I refused to sign off on the car and asked to have the manager call me. After speaking with the manager the following day, they apologized and said they would get it back in the shop and done right. While I was waiting for my vehicle the second time, the business put me in a luxury rental and took less than a week to fix. Upon pick up, my car was detailed and looked brand new. The manager personally walked around my car and again apologized for the error. While this business did not fix my car initially to the expectations we aligned on, they did make it right the second time and that's what matters in my eyes. I really appreciate the transparency and efforts to make up for the mistake and do right by the customer.

They did the most neglected repairs I had ever seen. The front fender was replaced by after-market crap, fade painted with fade spot, and they broke the side left spoiler clips and did not fix them; on top of that, half of the engine compartment plastic clips were missing. They did not replace the PPF on the fender, so we need to recall it. Fender replaced it with paint, which cost over $ 3000. Refrain from repairing your car, or constantly check before to pick up. This dealer provided terrible customer service, as usual.
