****2025 Paul's Autobody is moved to a new location on Elm Street in Braintree, about .5 miles from its old location in Quincy. I can't recommend Paul and his team highly enough! They have serviced several of my cars, expertly handling everything from meticulous interior and exterior detailing to extensive bodywork repairs caused by unfortunate incidents. His personal touch truly sets Paul apart; he always takes the time to speak with me before, during, and after the service, making the entire process seamless. As the most caring owner I've come across, Paul consistently delivers outstanding customer service, accompanied by a warm smile and the reassuring tone of a father figure. As a female driver, I feel completely at ease knowing my car is in his capable hands--there's simply no one I trust more! Beyond just repairs, Paul's passion for cars is palpable. He is an award-winning, exceptionally talented car restorer, and his presence at car shows throughout the East speaks volumes about his expertise. If you want top-notch service and true craftsmanship, look no further than Paul of Paul's Autobody! read more

Such a great auto body shop! They saved me thousands of dollars. So honest, efficient and just great service. I am so grateful I found them!

This was my first time going here as I usually go to another repair shop, but they couldn't see me for another day and I was anxious to get my car fixed. They were wonderful! My car needed some minor repairs, but I was 45 minutes late getting there because the appointment I had beforehand was 45 minutes late in seeing me. So it was just a domino effect. But Paul and his staff were so kind about it and not mad at all. They took my car right away even though I was late. I waited for it and they fixed it beautifully! Not only that, but their rates were incredible. I think they saved me a lot of money. I definitely have a new place that I'm going to from now on. I wholeheartedly and without hesitation recommend them. Thank you so much, Paul and staff! read more

we had Paul's address a number of items on a Rav 4. The car came back exceeding all our expectations another repair we'll done

Stopped by to get my taillight fixed. The light was cracked, the surrounding area dented, and I had bought the part online. I stopped by, left my car overnight and boom, good as new. He fixed the dent and installed the new light. Paul seems like a good hearted guy and trustworthy. I'll be returning next time I need to and will tell all my friends about him. read more

I will defiantly be going back! They were able to get me right in and take great care of my car. I'm usually weary of auto body shops but not this place! They were quick and explained everything that they would be doing to my bumper. I can't thank them enough! Stop here for all your car troubles! read more

Paul is so kind, transparent and him and his team do great work! He quoted us the highest he thought the expenses would be for the work we needed done, and when we went to pay the cost was lower because he was so honest about the work he did. He could have easily replaced some of the things that were questionable and we would have been none the wiser and paid the bill and went on our way. We will not only return to Paul every single time we need work done to the car because of the quality of the work, but because of their honesty and integrity that you don't find at every auto body shop. Thank you Paul & team! read more

I'll come here for car repairs for as long as a live here! They've fixed my car twice and each time the work was immaculate and quick. Paul and Jody are two of the nicest people I've ever met. Everyone bring your cars to Paul's for repairs! You'll leave with quality work and a smile on your face. read more

I will never go anywhere else as long as I'm alive and I need auto repair work! Scott and his wife are honest, FAST and super professional. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and I received a call Thursday morning my car was done. Did I mention they VACCUMED IT AND WASHED THE EXTERIOR!? Absolute gems. I highly recommend that you come here. read more

I have used Paul's multiple times and referred at least a handful of people there. This past time was a nightmare and unforgivable. My truck got hit and needed front and rear end bumpers quarter panel etc. They had my truck 47days! The insurance company paid $6,200 and it included $321 dollars for a detail of the truck because of items spilled during accident. I had to return my rental and use a work truck for transportation because it was only covered 45 days. I got my truck back and he charged me $100 for "outside detail". The outside of the truck looked great (at first glance) The trucks upholstery had not been touched. The seats were still stained after 47 days the bumpers were used and not painted correctly. Still scratches on front end but said it was replaced. My quarter panel is still dented. My fog light came back with water in the lens, all the old parts and screws left in the bed of my truck. I was told by his body guy " I don't give a f*** about your truck" in messages when inquiring about the progress and completion. They are not the shop they used to be. They lost a loyal customer and I warn anyone from going there. Honesty is key for me and they are far from honest. read more

From the first phone call to the pick up of my newly repaired car, everything was seemless. Jodi was extremely helpful with getting me a rental and my car was ready a few days after dropping it off. Charlie and Richard went above and beyond when I returned with a minor issue with my door all while being overseen by Paul who wanted to make sure that I was a happy and satisfied customer. The car was cleaned to perfection and the newly fixed rear quarter panel looked amazing! I certainly hope there is no need for me to return, but if ever there is a time, I would HIGHLY recommend Paul's to anyone. I felt like more than just a customer when I left!!! read more

I cannot say enough great things about this place! They were fast, convenient, friendly & very accommodating in repairing my bumper to looking brand new again. I simply dropped by to get a quick estimate (lower than competitors in the area) & they worked around my schedule to fit me in. They are conveniently located right off the highway & near Enterprise for rentals. I was more than happy with the outcome & my car was even washed outside & in before the keys were given back to me. I'd highly recommend them & will surely use them in the future, if necessary. read more

Fast service, beautiful work and very nice people. Don't go anywhere else. I had an accident and had damage to my front fender. Estimate was reasonable and car looks brand new. Great experience. read more

I saw good reviews on Yelp so I reached out to them to repair my car. I was rear-ended and the bumpers were pushed out - couldn't get an inspection sticker. So I brought my car there, got a verbal estimate, left my car there in the morning, picked it up the next day. I couldn't believe how nice it looked! And the price was exactly what I was verbally quoted. I really like this place because it seems like a small, locally owned shop that is no nonsense, no upselling, etc. I will definitely go here for any body work I need done. read more

I got into a minor car accident where I wasn't at fault and ended up with minor damages to my front bumper which also needed a paint job. After looking around and getting a few quotes, I settled on Paul's Auto Body shop, truthfully because Paul and his staff were so friendly and welcoming with me. I had Paul take a look at the damage and he gave me a quote that was less expensive than if I were to file a claim through my insurance. And I didn't really want to go through the hassle of chasing down the driver at fault to file a claim. Paul schedule me in for an appointment just 3 days later. He finished the job in 24 hours and had my car ready for pickup the next afternoon. I was WOW'ed by how flawless of a job he had done. The car looked even more brand new than when I bought it. Best part is that normally after a paint job, the smell of paint sits in your car for a few days bye somehow there was no lingering smell when I picked it up. If I ever need work on my car done again, Paul's has now moved to the top of my list. Thank you Paul!!! read more

I've been to Paul's twice so far. The first time was a couple of years ago when I was rear ended. They were able to fix my bumper quick and for a good price. Quick, easy and painless. When my rinky dink of a car started to show rust at the top of the windshield, I decided to go back to Paul's for a price quote. Of course, I wanted to get another auto body shop to give me their quote, too. The second shop I went to told me that they would not take on the job because rust is hard to work with. They won't know how much damage it had until you take the windshield off. Boo. They asked me how much Paul quoted the repair was and said, "That's a good deal. I would just go to them." And, I did... The repair was done perfectly. It looks seamless and it was done in 2 days. read more

I just dropped off my car at Paul's. The pre-car experience has been great so far. I called them yesterday to see if they could renew my baby's face after an accident. Where I bought the car had an opening for May 8th. What is that? Who wants to wait for 3 weeks to get their car fixed? I called up Paul's after some searching and was able to find get a drop off the very next day. They told me it wouldn't be ready for the weekend, but that's fine for me - it takes a few days and I'm fine with that. The woman in the front who checked in was beyond friendly and welcoming. She took down my information, while managing other things (getting the ticket on, answering a call - I like a good multi-tasker). She seemed genuinely happy for me when I told her I'd be heading out of town for my bridal shower, and already had a car rental in place. I look forward to getting my baby back soon. read more

Look no further for body work. Paul is honest and he and his shop clearly take pride in their work. I had a bumper cover repaired and I was sure it was going to cost way more than what he quoted me. But sure enough a few days later I had my car back and it looks better than before the accident and the price was just as quoted. You won't find a more honest place, better job, or lower price anywhere, not to mention the friendliness. read more

I've been going to Paul for years and would highly recommend his services. Originally got referred to Paul by a mechanic, haven't looked back since. Always reasonable pricing! Irish man in the back does alot of the car work. His work makes cars look brand new! read more

I found myself needing car repairs after an unexpected accident over the holidays. I turned to yelp to find an auto body near me, that I could trust. Yelp did not disappoint! I had the best experience with Paul and his team. Paul and Jody are extremely nice and friendly to work with. They are great with communicating, and will keep you posted every step of the way, which doesn't leave you guessing. They really went above and beyond with repairing my car and making sure I was happy with the work. Additionally, they were able to accommodate to my schedule to make sure I had my car back in in the time I needed it by! If I ever need anything else car related in the future, I would definitely go back, and I would highly recommend Paul's to anyone that needs car work! Thank you Paul + team! read more

Great job by Paul! Needed a bumper and taillight. Had the car back 3 days later! Great work and attention to detail!

Wow amazing service and friendly staff. They helped me fix a minor scratch for free within seconds!! Definitely will come back here as a customer next time. Thanks so much for your help today. read more

Very happy with the results!! I had a scratch on my fender and am happy I chose Paul's shop. I picked up my car 2 days after dropping it off and was super excited to see what a good job they did. The scratch was nonexistent and my car looked brand new. They also washed my car. Good work from these guys and affordable too. Thanks! read more

I've used Paul's Auto Body for the better part of the last decade. I won't go anywhere else. On more than one occasion I've paid less than the original quoted price. It's hard to find someone as honest and genuine as Paul. It goes without saying that the quality of service is also great. There are many closer auto body shops to where I live, but the travel time is worth it. I can't recommend Paul's highly enough. read more

Had an unfortunate accident and didn't know where to take my truck for repairs. Found Paul's on yelp and took it there. Well Paul and Jody were great!! And the work he did was amazing. I had an unsightly scratch on my quarter back panel that I was convinced needed to be painted based on the depth of the scratch. Paul took a look at it and was confident that they could have it buffed out. Dropped off my car at 8am two days later and they were done in less than 2 hours! I wish I took before and after photos because I was very impressed with the quality of work. You would not know there was a scratch there unless I point it out. read more

I was rear ended about a week ago and I never gave a second thought as to where I was going to bring my car for repairs. The person who ran into me wanted to pay for everything and I knew Paul would give a fair estimate. He did just that, giving me a best case/worst case written report. I passed this along to the owner of the other car and it was agreed to. Paul knew I just wanted the car to look as good as new (well, as new as a 2006 well maintained Honda Accord could look) and I dropped it off yesterday. The best case estimate won out as the damage was limited to the bumper itself and not affecting any of the body of the car. Just today, I received a text message from the other party saying that she was just leaving Paul's shop and had paid in full. I called him to be sure he was satisfied with everything and he said he was. The car looks great and I can't emphasize enough the professionalism and courtesy with which his customers are treated. The beautifully restored vintage cars I looked at in his parking area told me that attention to detail is primary at his business. Oh, and there is a Dunkin' Donuts right next door and the Red Line Quincy Adams T station is a short walk away. Two days and the car is back in my driveway and I'm going to bring it back to let him work on the front bumper to take care of all the numerous little dings and dents the front of the car has suffered over the years. read more

i did some pretty good damage to the right side of my bumper on my mercedes c350. Hit a curb. Paul is the nicest man. Very fair and honest. I left my car with him and he was able to bang out the dent and repaint it, all under $200. It looks perfect, no sign of damage. If you are in need of car repairs please visit this shop, they deserve the business. The woman who works in the office was great also, very friendly and very easy to deal with. read more

Personable, professional and on time, not to mention my car looked as though it had never been hit by a truck. In addition to this, my car came back to me with clean rugs and they had cleaned the dashboard and inside of the car. Even when the insurance delayed things by two days, Paul finished the car by the day they had originally projected. Great service! I recommend Paul's Auto Body. read more

I've been to Paul's twice for repairs to my 2004 Passat. The first time I had two busted tires and air bags that had been deployed. They fixed it within 5 days and promised that if it wasn't fixed fully by the weekend, I could at least take it while they waited for parts and then bring it back. There was a few fingerprint and smudges around where they had to reinstall the airbags when I got it back. I only had to mention it to Paul and he quickly requested I give him a few hours to get it fully cleaned. They fixed everything within the promised quote and worked directly with my insurance company. When I picked up my car it had been freshly washed. A few months later my car was broken into with the window smashed and the siding to the door cracked/split. I dropped it off, Paul gave me a ride home, and a day later the window was fixed. They said it would take another few days as they waited for the siding part to come in but again I could take it as I waited for that. I asked them if I could pay so they would know I wouldn't rip them off and they wouldn't let me. Then it turned out I was traveling for a week so when I dropped the car off again to get the last part fixed I asked if I could pick it up directly when I got in late over the weekend. They had no problem with me leaving my car there for a week and just said to come back whenever to pay for it. How refreshing that they'd trust me! They also took the time to completely clean out all of the broken glass from the entire car. It'll only cost $180 for the whole thing even though my insurance company is pressuring me to use my $500 deductible. I'll be bringing a plate of brownies down tomorrow when I return to pay them to show my appreciation for their trust. read more

Very nice people until they have your money. They lost my 97 year old grandmother's handicapped parking placard while fixing her car. Not a big deal, things happen. But I called them and left a message, and they never called me back. I called them again a week later and they said they'd check around. Once again, they never called me back. Finally, it was easier to go to the registry and get a duplicate. Very misleading, as they were super nice and responsive before they got paid, but couldn't have cared less after. read more

I came to Paul's with the help of the reviews that have already been posted here. I needed an Autobody shop because I was hit in a parking lot, thankfully with a witness, and chose Paul's to do the body work based on a great price & the friendly service when I went in search of a quote. Paul is totally laid back, I was able to drop off at my convenience, and pick-up as soon as it was ready, which was exactly when he said it would be. They car looks as good as new in the area that was serviced, and even cleaner on the inside than when I dropped it off. The whole car looks renewed, which is a great feeling. Paul's has been there for years and now I know why. read more

Great shop and family! I had my car serviced by Paul a few weeks ago and he did an outstanding job and was a pleasure to work with. I was involved in an auto accident earlier this summer where I was rear ended on my way to work. My bumper had indents and the trunk would not close properly. Unfamiliar with the area, I drove around to some local body shops to gather estimates on the damage. I wanted to have my car serviced by Paul after meeting him and his team. He was very friendly and so helpful from the get-go; I felt very comfortable around him. Some car shops see a woman bring their car in for work and they misdiagnose/prey upon our lack of knowledge in the auto body/mechanic field. But not Paul. Paul gave me an estimate within 15 minutes of meeting him and scheduled me in for an appointment the following week. I mentioned to my sister-in-law how simple and easy my experience was and how nice Paul is - she as well needed some work on her car and also booked with him. I dropped my car off on a Monday night knowing it was in good hands. About a week later I got my car back, sparkling in the sunlight as Paul put it through the car wash compliments of him. The bumper and trunk looked and operated as good as new and I was one happy customer. Paul's work is very thorough and he works really hard to satisfy his customers. He worked with me to remediate all issues caused by the accident in an effective manner which didn't end up costing me anything out-of-pocket. Thank you Paul for making working with you so easy and convenient. You are extremely accommodating and I very highly recommend you. It was so nice to meet you and your wife - what wonderful people! ~Kaitlyn Qualtieri read more

Went to Pauls to get some rust repaired and left rear quarter scratch dent. I decided that I would keep my 10 year old truck if the repair turned out the way I liked it, my truck is a graphite metallic and very hard to match. With all the body shops in quincy you never know what your going to get. I couldn't be happier with the results perfect match/blend. Looks like brand new and now I can keep it for another 100k and be happy with it. read more
