They told me they would fix my car but needed a month to fix it. When I asked them why so long, they said with the holidays and in case they needed to get parts but that I can rent a car from them at a good rate. I then asked what they needed to do to fix the car and they wouldn't tell me, I then asked what is the cost and they would not say. Turned a horrible experience into a great one! We had just purchased a brand new Lexus NX 16, and everything was going great until I smashed it up. I called up my best friend, and he recommended me to Tom's Auto Body, and told me he had been going to Toms forever for his auto body problems and that Tom took care of everything. Avoid this establishment. The staff seemed ok but unfortunately the owner ruins it. They admittedly made a mistake by doing work to my vehicle before getting consent and the owner would not budge on charging me in full for it and yelled at me over the phone. Tom's is wonderful! They are good at what they do and strive to do right by their customers as far as dealing with the insurance companies. I got in an accident and the first auto-body shop I took it to refused to even asses the car repairs once declared totaled by the insurance companies. I took it to Tom's and it was a different story! They repaired it so well there is no way to tell that I had an accident let alone it was totaled, everyone that sees their work on my car is very impressed at how beautiful it looks again! The also handled almost all of the dealings with the insurance company which made my life so much easier since I had so much to worry about due to the accident. They even made sure that I got the true value of my car I from the accident settlement, and I seriously doubt that I would have gotten as much on my own. They were very straight-forward with me and kept me up to date with what was going on and even made the effort to explain all the damage to my car in a way that even I could understand. We've been a customer of Tom's since 1995 or so. We've had a few vehicles repaired there and one or two totalled. They help you from start to finish, consult with the reports, provide a good rental and coffee as well. Every car has been repaired to new or better condition. They deal with the insurance sharks for you so you don't have a busted up car in your driveway and have to take time off to meet the adjustor. I've referred them to many happy friends and even though there are other quality shops nearby I have no reason to go anywhere else.
