july 2024. My old battery died. Called AAA and Shaheens came right out. Tech deterit was my…read morebattery. Charging system, (alternator, starter) were just fine. He replaced battery. January 2025. Cold weather by now. Car won't start. Called AAA, Shaheens came out said all is well but battery is bad. Called AAA and asked how a 6 month old battery can go bad so fast. I was told to go to a mechanic and have the battery checked and send printout to them to verify it is actually the battery that is at fault. Not doing this. They should have relied on techs report of good charging system but bad battery. So I am buying a new battery today. No problem I am also not renewing with AAA ever again. By the way the battery that was installed was not even the correct cranking amps for my car.

They didn't even try and come in to the club to ask who's car it could be or give a fair warning. I had to pay 100 bucks right there and then and THEY STILL weren't understanding as WITNESSES my friends showed them the flipped sign instead we got told to flip the sign back over to where it was visible and I guess I'm not even worthy for half my money back.

So I called AAA and they said that they would send out one of their contracted companies. The woman that I spoke to from AAA told me it would be about an hour wait. Not 15 minutes later did a nice gentleman show up, and within five minutes he had my car going again!! He was even nice enough to let me observe what he was doing, because I realized while I was waiting, that at almost 35 years old I should probably know a little something about what to do in this situation. He didn't seem annoyed at all with the plethora of questions I was asking him and I can only imagine how obnoxious they must have been because I literally know nothing about cars. Just wanted to make sure to say thank you!! I wish I got the man's name that came out to help me, but I was just SO excited that I wasn't stranded in a parking lot anymore.

Shes young, smart and pretty hip so she knows ALL the good places that you and I need to go to. I have asked on many occasions for brochures, prices and ideas and she immediately comes back to me with a wealth of travel information, via email and snail mail. See people...this is why you DONT use expedia or any online services, you will never get the customized, heart to heart help from a call center, in the way the Colleen can provide. I have also started to ask for some travel help for my trip to Germany next summer, and shes right on top of things, even though its so far in advance. If you have any ANY troubles with your travel before or during, she is there to help you...like I said...you wont get this kind of awesomeness from a call center or computer, now will ya!? I highly recommend her services and I am pretty sure you can do business over the phone, in person and via email. LOVE IT.

I asked to get some items out of my car before he towed it away. When I called to figure out where my car was towed, Doug was very nice over the phone and accomodating. When I went to clean out my car, Doug was responsive and met me where my car was. It took me a while to clean my car but he was very patient and understanding.
