july 2024. My old battery died. Called AAA and Shaheens came right out. Tech deterit was my…read morebattery. Charging system, (alternator, starter) were just fine. He replaced battery. January 2025. Cold weather by now. Car won't start. Called AAA, Shaheens came out said all is well but battery is bad. Called AAA and asked how a 6 month old battery can go bad so fast. I was told to go to a mechanic and have the battery checked and send printout to them to verify it is actually the battery that is at fault. Not doing this. They should have relied on techs report of good charging system but bad battery. So I am buying a new battery today. No problem I am also not renewing with AAA ever again. By the way the battery that was installed was not even the correct cranking amps for my car.

One company quoted us the next day service, which was impossible since he was at a mountain with no lodging and temps were 22 and dropping. After our third cancellation at 7pm, I received a call from Thumbs up, that they were coming to our rescue. They kept us updated on their arrival time and drove well out of their area to come help us. They were courteous, told us exactly what they were doing, and for everyone's safety, checked our ID's to make sure we were the ones who were supposed to be at this car to be opened. I honestly don't know what we would have done if Thumbs Up hadn't come. Thank you so much!

So I called AAA and they said that they would send out one of their contracted companies. The woman that I spoke to from AAA told me it would be about an hour wait. Not 15 minutes later did a nice gentleman show up, and within five minutes he had my car going again!! He was even nice enough to let me observe what he was doing, because I realized while I was waiting, that at almost 35 years old I should probably know a little something about what to do in this situation. He didn't seem annoyed at all with the plethora of questions I was asking him and I can only imagine how obnoxious they must have been because I literally know nothing about cars. Just wanted to make sure to say thank you!! I wish I got the man's name that came out to help me, but I was just SO excited that I wasn't stranded in a parking lot anymore.

Shes young, smart and pretty hip so she knows ALL the good places that you and I need to go to. I have asked on many occasions for brochures, prices and ideas and she immediately comes back to me with a wealth of travel information, via email and snail mail. See people...this is why you DONT use expedia or any online services, you will never get the customized, heart to heart help from a call center, in the way the Colleen can provide. I have also started to ask for some travel help for my trip to Germany next summer, and shes right on top of things, even though its so far in advance. If you have any ANY troubles with your travel before or during, she is there to help you...like I said...you wont get this kind of awesomeness from a call center or computer, now will ya!? I highly recommend her services and I am pretty sure you can do business over the phone, in person and via email. LOVE IT.

I asked to get some items out of my car before he towed it away. When I called to figure out where my car was towed, Doug was very nice over the phone and accomodating. When I went to clean out my car, Doug was responsive and met me where my car was. It took me a while to clean my car but he was very patient and understanding.

We waited on another tow company for 5 days and finally they said they couldn't move it. Coady's made some calls and coordinated with another company and found equipment to get the job done. Shout out to John Kelly for knowing what to do and efficiently getting the job done the day after we contacted them. They lifted our 5th wheel and placed it on a special dolly so we could get it to the repair shop. Then at the repair shop they lifted it again and took out the dolly and placed it back on its 3 wheels. The cost for all that work was very reasonable! Coady's is amazing! These people utterly destroyed my vehicle -- it came back wrecked, scraped, and practically gutted. Parts were straight-up stolen off it, like they picked it apart for scraps. There is no excuse for what they did. They're careless, dishonest, and act like they can treat customers' property however they want. Every conversation was dripping with attitude and zero accountability. They knew exactly what they did and couldn't care less. This company is a nightmare -- unprofessional, reckless, and downright shady. I wouldn't trust them with a bicycle, never mind a car. If you care at all about your vehicle, stay far away from this place. They shouldn't even be in business after what they did. Count your days... All roads lead to Rome
