I'm pretty sure that I woke somebody up when I called early on a Monday to schedule a tow for today (Wednesday), but the guy could not have been friendlier...and that was also true once they arrived. My car was in an underground garage beneath my building, and had been sitting for over a year; these guys brought the stuff needed to not only fill the tires but jump the car, a smaller vehicle to tow it out of the garage, and a full size tow truck to bring it to the dealership...and despite all of this extra stuff, they had the whole thing knocked out in about 15 minutes. They were friendly and courteous. They charged me $65 for the jump/inflate/pre-tow, which may be sort of pricey, but they had two guys doing that work, so I feel like it's reasonable -- and honestly, I have no idea how I'd have gotten the car out of there if they didn't do it. The tow to the dealership in Watertown was $125. I feel like it was worth every cent. I'm leaving Boston, but if I weren't, and if I ever ran into trouble here and needed a tow service, I'd definitely be using these guys.
