My tire sidewalls blow up on the way home. Called multiple companies and none were willing to come. Suddenly O'Shea called, came within half hour and towed my car home. Safe and sound!!! read more

Prompt, friendly, helpful, automatically sent me an immediate receipt from my card swipe, but promptly sent an invoice upon my request. I couldn't ask for a better experience, and that seems rare from a tow service. read more

I got stuck on a on a curb and wasn't able to drive over it because of the snow. O'Shea's picked up the phone fast and arrived 15 minutes later. The man was extremely helpful and kind. It took around an hour of trial and error to get the car out, and he was very direct and easy to work the whole time. The service didn't cost a fortune and he took credit card. 10/10 would recommend read more

Best towing Service! Extremely fast response, great interaction, and reasonable prices.

Brendan was professional and courteous. He worked with us to get a car with flat tires and a dead battery out of a tight garage in Cambridge. He was patient, and a good problem-solver. I would highly recommend. read more

I cannot recommend O'Shea's Towing and owner Brendan more highly. After waiting over two hours (with no word) for AAA to come , I searched YELP for someone...anyone ...who could tow my extremely damaged vehicle from its location! It was my good fortune to see the Yelp for O'Shea's: they truly saved the day. Brendan was responsive, kind and patient with me, as by that time I was a bit frazzled! Thank you Brendan, for making a difference on a difficult day! read more

When my ten-year-old car decided that "starting" was passe, I called Brendan for a tow based on the excellent reviews from my fellow Yelpers. He was courteous, professional, and said he could be to my place in 20 minutes, which he was almost down to the minute. He got my car hitched up to his truck in about 90 seconds, and he even managed to place his truck at an angle on a narrow, one-way Brighton street so that other cars could get by. And his price was very reasonable -- less than other places I had quoted in the area (though be advised that he will ask for cash, so be sure to run to the ATM before you call). While I hope I don't have to get a car towed again anytime in the near future, if I do, Brendan will be my first call, hands-down. He provides the definition of five-star service. read more

Brendan really helped me out towing my car to the dealership and was very professional. Got it done without issues or delays

Brendan was truly a hero for me today. Called at seven in the morning from Somerville, drove all the way from Brighton. I was stranded with a flat tire and couldn't get a tow company to pick up. He was super timely, super fast, and accommodating. Also truly a calming presence in the middle of a frustrating situation being stranded on the side of the road. Super fast and took care of everything to take my car to the tire shop. Highly recommend O'Shea's - they are a business that cares read more

Charged me 75 dollars when he could not tow my car. I warned him the technical difficulty million times but he thought he could handle it. He didn't disclose that I will be charged even if he could do nothing. This part, I can live with because he spent time on it. It's just that he is incompetent. Then, he said he knew a "friend" who would be capable of towing my car. However, he said I had to go through him and the price was 375 dollars. I knew this was monkey business so I googled other shops to find a guys who could do the job. It turned out that the person I found online was accidentally the "friend" he referred to. When his "friend" saw my car, the "friend" told me that O'Shea's towing service was calling him to ask if he could tow the same car. The funny part was that the "friend" only asked for 250 dollars. You really think you can make 125 dollars by making a phone car? Lmao, your hourly rate clearly is around 7,000 dollars. You think you are working at the Wall street or something? Greedy!. read more

Brendan is the best! Helpful, courteous, and professional. I recommend O'Shea's Towing very highly, especially when compared to other local towing companies whose drivers are often rude or worse (see reviews for other local towing companies for examples). Brendan came quickly, got my car started right away, followed me to the local service station just in case my car failed again, and offered to drive me home. read more

We were involved in a pretty serious Brookline-area car accident and needed a late night tow to a storage yard. Brendan, the owner of O'Shea's Towing, answered my call when others had their phones off for the night. He was on the scene in 30 minutes, explained the towing process, and quickly pulled our Honda away. Over the next 2 weeks, he helped us deal with our appraiser and gave us advice that smoothed our settlement. When I went to empty out the car, I noticed that he'd kindly garaged it to keep the rain out of the car's broken windows. He also helped remove our stuck-on MA license plates and hammered off a rusted bike rack that we wanted to salvage. Through all of this, Brendan was honest, considerate, and polite. I would recommend him without question. read more

I am so glad I went by the Yelp reviews and called O'shea towing. My car broke down in a downtown parking garage with very low clearance. Brendan worked with me and he came up with a solution to be able to tow it to a local garage. He gave a good fair price and provided amazing service! I highly recommend O'shea's Towing Service. read more

Working with Brendan with efficient, helpful, and hassle free - I called him at 5 PM on a work day, and he picked up my car within the hour and took it directly to the mechanic for me. Very polite, and he also accepts Venmo payment to make it even more convenient. Highly recommend! read more

These guys are great and know what they are doing. My car broke down in a covered parking garage and in the words of the parking manager "nobody has been able to tow away a car from here - you have to push it out". Brandon came in at the appointed time and managed to get the car out the first try - three floors up of twisty tight turns and not even a single time needed to back up. Car is at the mechanic and I'm very satisfied with their towing services! read more

Needed a towing service. Looked on Yelp for a towing service. Set up an appointment on the phone. Brendan texted me to tell me he was coming. Had a great chat on the way. He's been owner of O' Shea's for 30 years and knows how things are done, so it's smooth. Great human being. Highly recommended. If you need a towing service in Boston, he's your guy. read more

Brendan is the cream of the crop! I was on other side of country and he was able to provide best options and assistance to me getting my car towed. Even though we ended up making other arrangements he deserves this post at the least! I will definitely recommend him and I will happily hire him if ever I need his services. Thanks again! read more

No one needs towing for fun. I got what I needed with these folks, totally professional and got my car to a dealership that is no walk in the park to navigate a tow. Thumbs up. read more

Highly recommend! I was in a huge jam-- all four wheels were stolen from my car in Dorchester and I had to get it towed to my longtime mechanic in Needham. No small feat. AAA refused to help and no other towing companies returned my calls. Brendan picked up right away, listened to my story, and was so sympathetic and kind. He said that he knew how to handle the car without damaging it and could do the tow the following morning (it was late in the evening when we talked). When I told him that my insurance company might require me to use a different company, he was still so polite and made sure that I had the info I needed to ensure they were towing it safely. I was ultimately able to go with O'Shea and I am SO glad that I did. Brendan called to confirm when he said he would, arrived on time, and took great of my car. My mechanic said he never would have known something had happened to it. read more

I contacted to o' shea's towing last week. My land rover had problem with power steering so I talked to Brendan on the phone and made arrangement for towing to repair shop. I needed a lowbed special tow truck for long distance towing, he showed up on time and he came with brand new tow truck. He gave me flat rate and he was very professional. It was my second time with his company. Definitely, he deserves 5 stars. I strongly recommend his towing company. Great Service! read more

You know you had a good experience when you look forward to the next reason to be towed! I was ready for a hassle after calling a handful of places early in the morning but now I have a tow company to rely on in the future. The company knew the neighborhood and the auto shop in allston. He was incredibly pleasant, and the rate was really reasonable! They were responsive and timely. It can honestly be hard to find good people and businesses in town and I can't imagine anyone coming close to being as wonderful to work with here. It feels a little weird to be in a better mood due to having my car towed. read more

Let me start by saying that most people would never associate pleasant memories with a towing experience HOWEVER O'Shea's Towing is the exception. I have lived in Boston for 10 years and have heard my share of towing horror stories. I went outside of my apartment one day to find my car gone, immediately thinking it was stolen I called the BPD and was told that Frank's ABC Towing (Allston) hit it while it was parked on the street and that is was towed to O'Shea's because it was pushed onto the sidewalk due to the impact of the hit. I called O'Sheas Towing upset and irritated, O'shea's Towing was very helpful, understanding and to my surprise empathetic. Brendan explained thoroughly what the correct steps were to move forward. My car was held in his lot for over two weeks while the insurance went through their motiions/antics. Brendan from O'Shea's was accomodating, genuine and most importantly honest. He made a very frustrating and negative experience, tolerable. I strive to support small businesses as much as I can and my experience with O'Shea's Towing not only reminded me how small businesses differ from the larger corporate competitors but how his company in particular stands out from the rest of the towing world. Tow truck drivers get a bad reputation because ruthless tow companies like Robert's and Frank's ABC Towing ruin it for the rest of the bunch but someone has to do it and if you are every in need of a tow I reccommend O'Shea's Towing 100%. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option. After the arduous process with Frank's ABC Towing, it was nice to see that there are still some kind people in the less than glamorous towing world. read more

My car broke down in Belmont and I called O'Shea's towing service based on the reviews on Yelp and I am glad I did. Usually I associate towing with a negative experience but I could say the opposite about O'Shea's. They helped me get my car to the dealership in Newton and then even offered me a ride back to my apartment. I hope to never have to use a tow truck service again but if I did I would definitely call these guys. Two thumbs up! read more

These guys are phenomenal. I had killed my car battery to the point where it wouldn't even unlock - they came very quickly, were able to get the door unlocked and the battery charged up for me very quickly! Additionally the car was in a hotel parking garage and their tow truck wouldn't fit in the garage but he was so nice about walking his tools up to the third floor to help me out. I highly recommend this company!!! read more
