I requested an estimate online, received a quote via email, and made an appointment with Peggy to repair my car. After they started working on my car, they requested a second review by my insurance company and an appraiser came to their shop. It is nice that they offer a shuttle service (thanks Don!), so I didn't need to take UBER or taxi to get back home or come back to pick up my car after the repairs were completed. All repairs were completed quickly and I only had to pay my $500 deductible. The back of my car now looks like new again.

The shop has such a buttoned up process for intake, arranging rentals, dealing with the insurance company, etc. It's the easiest and most comfortable experience. Everyone is kind, helpful, and easy to deal with. You get regular updates as to the status of your car throughout the entire process without having to ask. And even better is that it's women owned and run. I definitely recommend and while I hope I don't have any more need for body work, I will definitely return if I do.

Tower/owner discriminates and tows crookedly. You can park ILLEGALLY in posted FIRE lane, ILLEGALLY park in restricted marked zones obstructing view of traffic coming through lot. Park Commercial Van's without MANDATED parking permit, Even privileges extended to making your own parking space in the middle of lots in front of Dumpsters, just as long as you are Brazilian. This guy is a SCAM artist. Doesn't even provide receipts and if so leaves out the "personal tax* amount he charges. Oh and let it be WARNED those of you visiting....VISITORS PARKING is not marked or has visual designated spaces although it is written in lease that it is the area of the outdoor recreation areas (tennis court and pool) However residents continue to use spaces because closer to unit leaving VISITORS with no available spaces. Having MANAGEMENT permission will not get you a pass or discount on towing fees. Shame on you!

Their dispatcher was extremely helpful and her first thought process was to get us off the road and our safety. It was night time and Helen the dispatcher guided us to safety within 5 mins. Chris Shelby the truck driver who showed up couldn't have been more professional. He expressed Ted's commitment to safety. He loaded my car, explained all my options and suggested which was best.
