He followed through with my claim and helped me solve the issue I was having with the warranty as well...he was very helpful. I was amazed with the level of patience he was displaying. This repair took 5 days to resolve ...not because he couldnt get it out sooner but because of the warranty response which he kindly helped me with through out the whole process. From day 1 he seamed like a good guy. I was having issues with the warranty and he walked me through the process till it was resolved, this guy knows his stuff. I got my transmission repaired I am happy I am very grateful for his help not only for repairing my truck but his helpfulness and all around kindness and patience. When requesting a proven adjustment on overcharged invoices I was yelled at like a child and had to proceeded legally. Ray in ops/sales seems like a nice person, but doesn't work in the customer's best interest. Dave in accounting is unhinged and very egotistical. Treats clients like their children. I have been going to the Littleton Power Tools for about five years. I purchased a chainsaw, a generator and a leaf blower here. I've also had an older chainsaw repaired here. I've had nothing but absolutely great service from the owner Drew. He's honest and frank. He has saved me a lot of money and aggravation. He does not try to oversell rather he takes the time to understand what the need is and then recommends the appropriate model. This was particularly true when buying a chainsaw which I didn't know much about at the time. I thought I needed a much bigger one than he recommended. Using it at home I can see that he was clearly right. However He could've easily made a bigger sale in that case but chose to sell me what I needed. I had similar experience with the generator.
