When informing the VP about the screw up he used the excuse that they never put the wheels back at the same location. He explained that it is so busy at times that the sales staff forgets to recalibrate the sensors Not only that but he was very rude during his reply . This makes me wonder whether they care at all about anyone doing business with them. I previously thought they were the best, but now I don't know what I should do in the future.

Always however the staff has done everything they can to rectify any issues. Recent service went well without any hitches . Brian Wheeler made appointment and was also service writer. Pulled the ignition and brought it to Moms to see what they could do, saw some guy in parts who was basically NO help. Bought a key blank for $32!!! ( $10 on Amazon ) so I could get a locksmith to make a key. In addition they set him up with some credit card financing at 26% interest, how does that even happen? I would not recommend this place.

The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !

I had Audiowerks install the audio system in my 2018 F-150. After experiencing inconsistent sound,…read moreweak bass, and speakers that sometimes sounded blown, I recently brought the truck to another professional shop for diagnosis. They found that the amplifier had an internal input-channel failure, the amplifier ground needed to be replaced, and the subwoofer input had been configured to derive its signal from the factory front and rear channels instead of using the dedicated subwoofer RCAs. The sub gain had also been turned nearly all the way up, apparently compensating for bass cancellation and reduced output. The new shop replaced the amplifier, ran a proper dedicated ground, corrected the input configuration, and retuned the system. The speakers I thought were blown now sound fine. I can't prove that the original ground caused the amplifier to fail, so I'm not going to claim that it did. However, I'm disappointed that another shop had to correct the grounding, signal routing, and tuning from the original installation. I'm leaving this review so other customers know exactly what was found and can ask the right questions when having similar work done.

Buyer Beware, Liars and Scammers I saw an engine on eBay for…read moremy VT1100 Honda in April 2024 and contacted Ricks Motorcycle to confirm the 1998 model would fit my 1995 model bike prior to purchasing the engine. I was told the engine would work for my bike by Sara, and I purchased the engine direct without going through eBay (big mistake). Once I received the engine, I delivered it to my mechanic who immediately pulled the spark plugs and found they were severely oil fouled. I contacted Sara and was told by owner (Bill) to run a compression test. My mechanic ran a compression test and leak down and the engine failed both tests. I contacted them and even sent video of leak down test; you could easily hear air blowing out the crankcase in the video. I was then told to prep engine for return, which I did promptly. That was early June 2024. Engine sat in my driveway awaiting freight carrier and now its end of September. I kept calling and leaving messages over several months and nobody returned my calls. In my last brief conversation with Sara in August 2024, she told me they have been trying to switch freight carriers and this is why nobody has been in touch. It's been more than a month since my last conversation and I have tried to call them several more times with no response. Engine is now at the junk yard where it belongs.
