Mgt is mean charged refused me for help. $2300 for suzuki 250 complete bottom/top end rebuild. They got it running. BUT later find out left hand case originally JBWelded from cracked open from front sprocket eject exposing internal. They didnt even replace the case. Doubt they even did top end. Profusely leaks coolant now too. Someone did this hack job but guarded by aggressive sales mgt. Very hurt by this. Other service/sales was worse. I wont even engage them I think its mafia. read more

Their parts dept sounds as if your inconveniencing them by calling to price and order parts. They don't bother to call you back when they say they will, and don't pick up the phone when you try calling them over several days. This dealers parts dept has been atrocious to deal with for 10 years. Windham is somewhat better. Terrible experience with naults . A year after purchasing my bike from their dealership I brought it to their service department for tires . After mounting a wheel back on the bike backwards I had to bring it back to be fixed. While on a test ride on my bike the naults employee crashed my motorcycle and caused lots of damage. I made the mistake of trusting naults when they said they would make it right and fix the damage they caused but I'm writing this review 7 months later after picking it up and it is still not completely repaired . What a nice refreshing change. We came up here on a whim, and greeted at it nicely, no one hunted us down, pushed heavy sales tactics, or anything like that. They let us enjoy looking at the pre-owned bikes. Let us sit on things, and basically browse. Again, no pressure. Met with one of the sales people, got to go down the basement to look at other rides. Again, no heavy sales tactics, but extremely informative and very nice. The parts counter? Class act right there. If you've bought enough bikes you start to learn that they are usually short on personality, short on knowledge and VERY LONG on judgement/skepticism regarding your buying power. Horrible experience with Naults, as a first time customer, likely will never return. Spreading the word so my riding group of friends also knows not to come here. Let's start by stating that there is an unbelievable disconnect between parts and service at this place, you would think they are a complete separate businesses with no link to each other from how they conduct business. There is no accountability, no ownership, no care, you're left with the feeling no one gives a sh!t about you or your bike. If you need something remotely complex, I would avoid this place. Take it from my own bad experience and do yourself a favor, go else where. Here's the scoop. Ordered risers for my bike from here (Suzuki dealership--and I Suzuki owner) after discussing issue with service, had hoped to adjust handle bar positioning. Simple right? You would think. First issue: trying to get parts. I ordered--paid for it, didn't arrive, and I receive no follow up, or anything indicating part wasn't available, until I did all the leg work to find this out. Then I call in and get a Paul Nault on the phone eventually, whose an inventory manager. Tells me part will be in several days later, to check back. OK, I do so and when I check it was delayed again for another 30 or something days (this is strike 2). So I am like wtf. It wasn't until I came in a few days later and spoke to Tim, perhaps the only employee who was helpful here, that we got the part issue situated; once Tim ordered it was in within a week's time. Once it finally arrives, attempt to coordinate it with service. Alright so, we get to service now. It takes several days for them to even look at my bike, and once they do, "oh no we can't install this, because it won't fit with cables/hoses." Alright, so we discussed this as a possibility when we ordered and you guys said you could get hose/cables and complete the job. Except, no follow up, no feedback. Weeks go by, nothing. Still hoping for the best? Perhaps they can change my mind, but not counting on it. So part won't fit and I am now stuck with set of risers that I paid nearly $200 for, and absolutely no follow up, no feedback (other than, we'll look into who does hoses and cables). Id be dead before I'd expect a call I guess? Great first impression and last! read more

I'm not sure if Nault's provides poor service to all their customers. I purchased a new electric motorcycle from Nault's last year (with two year warranty) and with just 56 miles currently on the odometer, the bike is having significant battery problems. However I cannot get Nault's service department to do their part, which is to contact the manufacturer and obtain a replacement. As a customer I find it frustrating and irresponsible that Nault's refuses responsibility on warranty issues of products they sell. read more

Not sure why the bad reviews? Personally I did my own research and then went in to Nault's knowing exactly what I wanted. They answered all my questions about the model I was looking at with professional and knowledgeable answers. The financing was handled very professionally and quickly. In and out in under four hours. Called the dealership asking for information about an atv and did not get a call back. Called back and spoke to Kevin who says he was the sales manager. I explained what I was looking for and immediately try's to up sell me and convince me to finance with them. I went the next day and Kevin had no clue why I was there. He asked a young sales person to show me one machine and was told the one I mainly went to see was not on the floor, but in the basement. Asked about the differences and the kid asked why did I want to know. Gave me vague answers. I asked about the price of the other one on the floor. For the second time was questioned why I didn't want to finance. He gave me the price and I offered 350$ less. Came back and told me we were too far apart. I was hesitant at first due to some of the reviews but this place more than redeemed their reputation to me. I will return again. It was my birthday and I wanted a quad, they had the one I thought I wanted so I submitted a credit app sight unseen. Coming from CT and heading to my cabin in Pittsburg NH I scheduled pickup for 4pm on Friday. Due to a late start, Friday traffic and miscalculating how far away it was I got there at 5:40 (they close at 6). Paper work was a breeze with Jason, Mike helped us load it up and when it was time go through it .. I wanted to be respectful of their time so I was equally rushing through. After all, I still had a 3 hour drive and ultimately I know what I bought. Turns out, I didn't.. we got to the cabin late so we left it on the trailer. The next day when we went to unload... "where's reverse? "... "wait where's the shifter?".... turns out it's a clutchless manual shift. Which I did not know. I own and drive a manual Jeep without any issues, I've been driving them my whole adult life. I would probably be fine. But on a quad on a trail .. that's one more thing to think about and I didn't want to risk driving it and hating it but being stuck with it. I walked up the hill across from the cabin (to get cell service) and called Mike to see if I had options. I though I was SOL, He was amazing.. so was Anevay. They made sure I knew they were looking into it... within a couple days I was all set. And could swap it out for for a Suzuki QuadMaster 500 for only $50 more. There was no "restocking fee" no penalties, i didn't lose my doc prep fee, I didn't lose a dime other than gas getting back up there. When I went back I was again about 30 minutes late... everyone was personable and helpful and committed to making sure I left with the right product. I drive up alone, Mike unloaded the Honda by himself, walked through every inch of the Suzuki with me and then loaded it on my trailer and tied it down. Showing me how to best secure it in future trips. Jason had food delivered which would've worked out if I wasn't late but instead it sat on his desk while he went through the paperwork and numbers with me, while fielding a couple different suggestions on how to best do everything. He was cool as a cucumber when he had to redo some papers, when his printer froze.. and while being slightly scrutinized by another colleague. I'm sure with good intentions to "help". Overall what could have turned out a bit disappointing and largely my own fault for not doing my homework, ended up a great experience. We are a moto family, both my kids race dirt bikes. We ride quads in the summer, snowmobiles in the winter and I will go back to give them my business again. read more

I bought a 2003 Polaris Classic 500. Secondary clutch was seized the day I picked it up. My first ride I noticed the odometer and speedometer was broke. No way of knowing the true mileage. Then had major breakdown, drive axle bearing shot. They took it back and I traded up losing $200. Traded up to 2017 Artic Cat. First ride the belt shredded. Probably the original belt. No tool kit, no spare belt, no owner's manual. Buyer beware they claimed each sled was serviced. Sleazy salesman Mike. Think twice before buying from them. read more

Well I'm hoping it was a extremely bad day there...we walked in to a gentleman arguing with two younger men about something to do with service. We went over to look at the bike we were interested in. Brand new. Not cheap. But that's what we were looking for. The argument continued for a bit but we hung out. Finally a gentleman came over who introduced us to another gentleman (who was the one arguing with the other two and seemed a bit put off but I tried to say it wasn't us) and he introduced us to a third person who would show us the bike. So we looked/sat on the bike. The gentleman now showing us the bike (who's name is handwritten (?) on the business card btw) was nice enough but didn't seem to know a few things about the bike and either had to go elsewhere to find out, or....? During all this time the young men were still arguing with the other men, then marched out saying "don't buy from them their service sucks". Anyway...We liked the bike and spoke about a test ride. At some point he had to run off and ask another question and comes back and announces that seeing as this is an almost 50k bike that we'll need to do xyz first, and that well also have to finish our financing application, and THEN we can test drive the bike. At that point my husband was WAY too nice....although the poor sales man is obviously very new at this. I guess you didn't see what we drove in with, or likely know who we are. All good. But in my eyes, you can walk in a Mercedes dealership and drive whatever you want without question, and they cost a bit more. Would you buy a house without seeing the interior first? Quite frankly the fact that the obvious manager wouldn't give us the time of day and pawned us off to possibly the least knowledgeable person on the floor about us spoke volumes. No worries we found a dealer who really not only catered to us but took an interest in figuring out how to make one of his bikes fit our needs....goldwing be darned....I'll take great and attentive service any day over fancy bells and whistles.... read more

I have gone there 2 times in the last 4 months first to buy a dirt bike ended up getting mine at freedom cycle for cheaper. second time took my 2 atvs in for trade after waiting for an hour yes an hour for them to check every nook and cranny their offer was 1000 a piece. this time I went to livingstons and got 1800 a piece they will not give you a fair deal I think they are incapable of it. read more

I drove an hour back here after a year to buy some more gear and was pretty disappointed. The first person I was working with really twisted my arm to buy a helmet on the shelf that I didn't want rather than order me one from the catalog. It seems like they are more focused on selling their existing inventory than satisfying the needs of their patrons. Also, Luke isn't around anymore. It all came down to a lack of communication -- not communicating/advising me of the unusual charges. So, unusual charges appeared to be abusive, but were not. Motorcycle dealers are only good as the management and long time staffers. Due to the seasonal nature of their business, sales people, managers and finance people come and go. That said, I have purchased 3 new bikes from this store and had all our services done here. Eric, the Service Manager takes excellent care of customers and keeps me from visiting an even closer store. I trust this team, especially the mechanics who I see on staff year after year. Like a sports dynasty, you have to build off experience. Too many shops overhaul staff on a yearly basis to the detriment of their customers. Want to sell everyone just 1 bike? That's a good strategy. Want to sell EVERYONE MULTIPLE BIKES? Follow Nault's example. I actually look forward to seeing these guys when it comes time for service or a new bike. Nothing but a series of disappointments. I was trying to buy a Big Ruckus from them starting in June. They told me it would take about a week to get the paperwork done. Two weeks later they had not yet received the title from the seller. I call a few times and ask for the fellow Nate who had been helping me, he rarely called me back to follow up on my calls. Two weeks after that they got it, the reason they said was the seller had been on vacation. Another few weeks go by and it is almost the end of July. They had a problem with registering the VT title in NH and had to re-do paperwork. It is NOW august. I give up and just want my deposit back of 250 dollars back. They send me a check for 25 dollars. Call them up and the send the next check out promptly, I ask for email confirmation and they act dumbfounded that I would ask, as if I have ANY reason to trust them. I got my other check today and got a call, the bike was ready to go. I asked how much and they did not knock a DIME off the original asking price even though they wasted most of my summer waiting to get this bike. I belong to several riding clubs and I am letting everyone know of my experience with this place. read more

I stopped by due to my bike cutting off occasionally when I was revving coming to a stop. The service adviser brought a tech right out to listen. After about a minute he adjusted the idle rpm's. so I've bought a motorcycle from them back in 2015, I know years ago... so now realizing they sold me a bike with a cracked engine casing.. after I noticed it started to leak oil, I thought it was the water pump at first, so I replaced that. then it started to leak oil again, so I brought it down to moms motorcycles for them to run a diagnostic on it and so it turns out it was a cracked engine casing as I said... and as you can tell I am no happy about it. Nault's Honda is a dealership that requires better buying process and employee training. I never like to post unfavorable reviews, but I believe that potential buyers need to be aware of possible issues prior to picking up your used motorcycle. I live 70-miles away and saw the 2008 Honda ST1300 on Nault's website with 4 photos of the actual bike on the website that were taken from a distance. I called Nault's to verify the bike was still in inventory. Ernie Castle the sales rep described the bike as being in, "good condition with low mileage at 17,445" and a "real great deal". After talking to Ernie over the phone about the condition of the bike. We agreed that I would pick-up the ST1300 on Saturday morning so that Nault's had time to "prep the bike for pick-up" where they make sure the bike is clean and serviced for the buyer (sounded great). I insured the bike with Progressive and got the cash from the bank and had a friend drive me to Manchester to pick-up the cycle. I arrived and Ernie seemed surprised to see me (not a good sign) and said he needed to go "find the bike". After 10-minutes of waiting, Ernie returns and says, "The bike is in the shop and that I can come look at it". I walk into the shop area and the bike is up on the lift and has the right side saddle bag removed and side covers laying on the bench (not what you want to see when buying a cycle). The mechanic is starting the process of charging the battery because the battery is dead. I inspect the ST1300 and it has damage to the upper shelter over the fuel tank with a large dent and hunk of paint missing. The bike has drag marks from being dropped on both sides (not in " good" condition as expected). The bike was dirty as if it had not been cleaned or serviced since it was brought into the store on trade. I looked at Ernie and said, "This bike is not even close to being in 'good condition' and look at this big dent and drag marks?" to which Ernie says, "that dent was not there the other day, perhaps the damage occurred when they moved the bike?" and the mechanic was having none of that and said, "This is the way the bike came into the shop, that dent was there". I ended up not buying the bike. In the end I got my deposit back and had my friend drive me back home. I don't think Ernie is a bad person, he's just not a well trained and supervised sales rep. I did talk to Frank and explain my concerns about the situation. All of Nault's bikes should be fully inspected and serviced upon trade-in and cleaned. The damage should be clearly noted on the website and more photos with close-ups of the bike should be posted. The Nault's customer pick-up process should be improved so that the bikes are clean, parked upfront and paperwork ready for processing. If they improved these areas they would sell more cycles and provide an improved buying experience for their customers. They are not a bad dealership, but they definitely can improve and I hope they make the needed changes. If they do these things I will remove this post or update it to reflect the change. read more

My first experience at this dealership was an extremely rude sales person. I should have never gone back but I thought it was just an isolated incident. Since then all I have experienced is false promises. I ordered a UTV and I was told it would be available for pickup on a certain date 3 times and finally the fourth time it was ready. I just brought it in for its first service and I was told to drop it off on a Thursday and it would be ready for pickup on Saturday morning in time for my trip and when I called before going to pick it up they said they hadn't even worked on it yet. To add fuel to the fire I was quoted 299 and they tried to charge me 371.00 for service. Bottom line I will never go back and I suggest you don't either. read more
