Remember when it used to be that if you bought a bike private sale, it was a risk, but if you bought any bike at a dealer it would be gone through because dealers held themselves to A standard of some sort? The only way that made sense to buy a bike from National was to buy a new Triumph because they had no fees. Of course they would stop selling new triumphs, because being confined to msrp isn't Nationals style! Pretty sure they bought out Second Wind Triumph too, only to bail on the brand, so they really screwed New England. So now all your options are "premium used" which come with just a 90 day warranty and no test ride, but you will pay absolute top dollar. They've always had "opportunity vehicles" which is basically like buying from a stranger on the side of the road. Very vague details, risky purchase, and yet still above NADA very good used condition prices... riddle me that! But now, they also have "mechanic specials" which must be the Rat Bikes from Road Rash and be absolute nightmares. Then they have "salesmen" who are kinda like Walmart greeters, who openly brag about the "steals" they pay for their inventory. Got it, low ball to get the inventory, charge top dollar for what a "dealer" should be putting on their showroom floor in the first place, with a bunch of junk at your own risk. Buying a motorcycle in NH from places like National, Naults and MOMs is almost enough to just quit riding. read more

NPS at this point is just a massive, out of touch corporation only interested in its own bottom line. Unlike what I feel they used to be (bought my first bike here ages ago), this place is no longer a viable place to purchase a bike if you're a smart consumer. I will take my business else where! Despite having a great selection of bikes, purchasing here is for the utterly stupid. You will be paying hundreds, if not thousands more on the price of a vehicle because of their warehouse, showmanship and "re- conditioning" b/s con game. I think what's worse is what they will offer you for your current bike. It's depressing, the offers for trade in since they know they're screwing you over and feel very little sympathy for it--if you want to try and upgrade. Their exposure alone makes selling easier, faster, etc. given the established name, website etc. But they don't care, as long as they take care of their bottom line they'll proceed w/ the business model that alienates their local base, which is fine by me since I feel once a business burns bridges w/ me I'll never return and tell others to stay away when they ask. Biker communities are close knit so, keep on alienating your NH customers and see what your future will hold NPS. I'd warn buyers to stay away, try your luck on the private market and perhaps other smaller dealers who have not gone bat sh't crazy like NPS has with their business model, ethics. read more

Meaning they didn't wanna hold any responsibility for this elite product after it was sold completely unprofessional they used distrust, deceit, and manipulation to try to finalize sale. I worked with Casey to purchase and Giana for shipping on my 2012 K1300S. I wasn't sure how this would go as there were some poor reviews. I liked the bike and thought the price was a pretty good deal so decided to take a chance. Why did I give them 5 stars? 1. All questions answered quickly 2. Terms of purchase spelled out clearly in writing and via communications 3. Shipping was completed from NH to TN exactly two weeks after deposit 4. One of the questions was in regards to a rear seat. I was told it was on the bike under a rear sport cover, but it was not. When I asked Casey about this, they honored what Casey had told me in an email and bought me a new Sargent pillion seat! The bike was delivered as advertised. Stand up job! Maybe not everyone has a positive experience, but my experience with customer service was outstanding. read more

I have never been more dissatisfied with a dealership than I have been with NPD. The sales department was completely fine, I have nothing negative to say about them. The service department however was hands down, bar none, the absolute poorest excuse for a department I have ever witnessed at any dealership from New Hampshire to Rhode Island. The 2012 R1 that I purchased for $10.5k was one of their "premium" bikes, meaning they apparently serviced it before offering it for sale. It also comes with a 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty. (I also purchased an additional 12 month, unlimited mile powertrain warranty for $300). While looking at the bike in the showroom after having put a $250 deposit down, the bike failed to start. This was first attributed to a bad battery. That was replaced, and then it was discovered that the neutral switch was also bad. Fast forward a few days and I drive an hour up to pick up the bike. I get it out of the lot and stop at a convenience store. I turn off the bike for about three minutes and then, miraculously it fails to start. I try 5-6 times and it simply won't turn over. I call them back, and they pick up the bike. Two days later I'm told there is nothing wrong with the bike, and that it requires an open throttle to start (On a FI motorcycle?) So I contact HK Powersports, Central MA Powersports, and MOM's Foxboro, as well as posting to the R1 forum. Every source I checked with indicated that under no circumstance would you need to open the throttle to start this bike, and that there was an electrical issue going on. George, the service manager, flat out refused to investigate this issue, stating that "there's nothing wrong with the bike, I don't know what to tell you." Given that three Yamaha dealers agree his information is incorrect, as well as a forum full of R1 riders, I will now have to take delivery of a bike with an issue and take it elsewhere to be serviced. So much for their "premium" bikes and warranty service. I can't stress enough how much I do not recommend purchasing nor servicing a bike here, so long as George is the manager, as he clearly has no interest in identifying actual issues when he can slap a workaround on it and call it a non-issue. read more

National Powersports Distributors sure did right by me. I bought a 25 year old motorcycle from them. The bike looked great in pictures, clearly detailed out for sale. When it arrived here in western Washington 7 weeks later, it looked great in person. Everything was there, as advertised, and Haulbikes, the shipper they chose, did a fantastic job of moving the bike thousands of miles across the country without a bump or scratch. There was ample opportunity for trouble when dealing with a company on the other side of the continent. There was no trouble here. I would, and likely will, do business with them again. I bought a brand new 2023 Kawasaki from these guys and when I took it in for inspection, the bike failed because the headlights were improperly adjusted. Headlight adjustment is part of any pre-sale inspection checklist. It's as basic as ABC, yet these people failed to provide even the minimum amount of due diligence or customer service. I guess a $13K bike is small potatoes to them and not worthy of respect. I wonder what other important safety items they failed to check. read more

Fantastic from beginning to end. I took a look at a 2015 BMW K1300S I saw on Facebook, not even really planning to buy a motorcycle. But the beautiful bike, plus the tremendous detail the listing offered, made me investigate further. I asked a zillion questions, both online and then in person, and never was I made to feel that I was imposing on anyone's time. It's been a long time since I've bought a motorcycle, so I was unsure of how all the paperwork worked; but National Powersports provided everything I needed. My experience with this dealership was horrible. Here are the bullet points: - They shipped the bike without calling me. I was out of town for Christmas and had to return early to deal with the problem. - The bike would not start when it arrived. It was not fixable and had to be returned. They concealed the problem when I purchased the bike. (This fact came out slowly after many conversations and attempts to have the bike fixed properly.) - I called for direction and was told "Find a shop to fix it and we will make it right". When I called for further directions, my calls were ignored. I was left with a repair bill that they did not want to pay. I have to file a small claims lawsuit to recover the money. - Employee Rick Lopez lied to his manager about our interactions. (He made a massive mistake that snowballed and then lied to deflect the blame onto me, the customer.) - My money and time have been tied up in this mess for FOUR MONTHS. Purchasing a vehicle across state lines is tricky. This company made it absolutely painful. I will file an attorney general complaint as well as a small claims lawsuit. read more

I recently purchased a 2023 Harley Davidson Street Glide special and had a phenomenal experience. It was hassle free and quite simple from start to finish. I've bought 15 Harley Davidsons in the las 20 years and have never been able to do business with the HD Dealers in Colorado, Their very proud of their inventory from my experience. Takes all the fun out of getting a new bike. The Staff, and I mean all the staff from the National Powersports are friendly, fun and very professional. The deal I got on this bike was the best one i found throughout my search which included a national search on Cycletrader. These Folks know how to do business the right way and without stress. My only stress is like the kid waiting for His Christmas gift, I cant wait for it to be delivered! And on that "Their offering free shipping in December" Who does that??? These Guys do that!!!! My suggestion would be, when buying an "as is/as shown" bike from National Powersports (NPS), to get assurances from the Service Department that a tech has ridden the bike and will attest in writing that the bike is safe and ridable. This was what happened to me; * I purchased a trike from NPS "as is/as shown". * I asked if I could test-ride the trike - No; insurance won't allow it. * I asked if I could start the trike to hear the engine - No; insurance won't allow it. * I asked to purchase the 30 day warranty - No, they will not sell a warranty for "as is/as shown" bikes. * I had the trike delivered to me at my home an hour away from Concord. * I registered the trike and waited for the weather to get better to ride it. * When I finally had a chance to ride it (almost a month after purchase), I noticed a very dangerous "wobble" to the front wheel. It was so bad that at one point, after hitting a pothole at 30 MPH, I thought the trike was going to get out of control and flip. * I immediately took it home it and made arrangements with a local motorcycle shop to have the "wobble" diagnosed. * I waited for the next decent weather day and had the trike brought to the local shop. * $1900.00 later, the trike was fixed and finally able to be ridden. I returned to Concord and brought the repair bill to a Service Manager. He was very patient, listened to my concerns, and was upfront about my chances of getting any sort of accommodation. I didn't want NPS to write me a check for $1900, but rather for them to acknowledge the issue, the fact that they let a less-than-safe vehicle out the door, and perhaps offer me a small token of relief. The service manager was sympathetic and agreed to advocate on my behalf. After a week, he called me back to say the higher-ups said no. Because I had taken it to another shop for the repair, I was out of luck. They said that I should have called them first with the problem and made arrangements to have the trike towed back to Concord. Mind you, before they let the trike off the showroom floor, they had told me no - you cannot purchase a warranty. This is "as is/as shown", meaning that once I took possession of it, it was my responsibility. There was no indication that any problem with the trike would be addressed by their shop. Thus - I took it to someone else. Now, I'm being penalized for that. Again - when buying an "as is/as shown" bike from NPS, get assurances from the Service Department that someone has ridden the bike, and will attest in writing that the bike is safe and ridable. If they will not, walk away . . . They have lost a potential long-term loyal customer in me with their poor customer service and contradictory policy regarding their products. read more

Purchased Kawasaki Voyager and had shipped to Florida. When arrived the bike has evidence of haven fallen over on the left side as both crash bars have rash and corrosion. This was NEVER illustrated in their photos or condition report. Delivery driver took pictures when he picked the bike up and his photos also show the damage. National Powersports considers a bike with fall over damage normal wear and tear and dont photograph it. DO NOT buy from these people unless you can inspect the vehicle yourself. Afterwards, an issue came up surrounding service and scheduling of delivery and paperwork. After my initial review here, I was contacted directly by the owner and the issue was resolved satisfactorily within 24 hours. Ok to start I have bought several bikes from National Powersports over the year, so pretty sure I know what I'm talking about here. The sales staff was extremely helpful, all things wrong where pointed out if any, the overall bike was described as if you were the sale person himself. Along with some great photos and lots of them, you felt very comfortable about purchasing a motorcycle off line. Like I said I have bought several bike over the years from them, they know my name there. But lets get too the point In the last couple of year I have bought two bike, they call the promotion bikes now, they were ridden before purchase, and so call mechanically inspected and the sales pitch was on. A Harley Electraglide that I picked out for a great price, went to repairs before purchase and was never repaired. Could not get parts I was told. Only to find out later it sold for a higher price later. The last two bikes, batteries where completely shoot, not run down but shoot. When I called on the first bike the sale person he told me sorry but it was running when it left here three weeks ago. I told him if it was it had jumper cables on it. And the bikes themselves were pretty bet up Last bike sat at shippers for a month before delivery, and when the truck door opened all the bikes looked as if they had been sitting out in the winter weather for the entire month. Truck Driver was completely rude along with the staff at their office. I'm assuming NPS gets some kick back because of volume of bikes they ship. I have nothing but good things to say about National Powersports. My experience buying a new 2018 Triumph T100 was what every vehicle purchase experience should be like. It started with an e-mail to Mac, as I was looking for a 2017 but couldn't get the exact color I wanted. To my surprise, Mac mentioned that they have 2018s in the color I wanted and at a reasonable price. In fact, the price was so good that a few "red-flags" went off in my head. A few phone calls with Mac and he was able to sort out all my questions and explain the pricing. At no point did I feel pressured to buy the bike since NPD employees are not commission based. Since I have family in the area, I decided to take a drive up to NPD the following weekend and look at the bike. At the NPD location in Pembroke, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and introduced to Mac. Mac showed me the bike, turned it on, demoed accessories, and got me setup with the finance folks who handled all the paperwork. With the finance folks (Stacey), there was no pressure to buy any added warranties or up-sells. In fact, NPD offers a 3rd year warranty on some of their Triumph bikes for free! I arranged to have the bike shipped back to me in NJ via Haulbikes and walked out with a Bill of Sale and CO to get the bike titled back home. The bike took a total of 3 days to get from NH to NJ via Haulbikes, who coordinated the whole process and delivered the bike without any damage. The whole purchase process with NPD was an absolute pleasure. The folks who work at NPD are genuinely nice and not trying to push you into buying. The prices are very reasonable as well. My only issue is that NPD has no locations in NJ! If I'm ever in the market for a new Triumph, I'd absolutely use NPD for future purchases. I've already recommended them to 2-3 colleagues. read more

Last Thursday I was getting on my bike to head out on a 4 day riding trip. I checked the tires, and the back was really low. I looked closer and found a screw in my tire. I called National Powersports in Merrimack and spoke to Eldon. I told him about my dilemma, and asked if they a) had any tires to fit my bike (BMW R1200 C) and b) any chance in hell it could be put on today. (Having a drive shaft/single swing arm bike is REALLY helpful in this situation!) He checked and had only a whitewall tire, which I agreed to take. The next part is what instantly put them above and beyond any shop I've dealt with: Eldon said all his techs were booked for the afternoon, but if I could get it there, HE HIMSELF - the service writer - would change it for me! By the time I made it there, a tech had finished a job and had some time. They changed it in less than an hour, and I was on my way. The fact that the service writer offered to do it, even though he didn't in fact have to in the end, is priceless, and a testament to their understanding of the motorcycling community. I've had my bike serviced there a couple of times since it changed from Second Wind BMW, and have never been disappointed. If you ride a Beemer and can't get to Max's, I highly recommend these guys. read more

I would not recommend to anyone I liked. I spent 10,000.00 on a bike that broke after a week of riding. They are good at getting your money then you are on your own. I have been waiting for three days to hear back from them about the 30 day warranty. See the pics. Looks good, until you look closer. I found a rat nest in the battery compartment and the exhaust blew apart on my first ride. Fastners were so rusted they broke apart when removing exhaust. After the service dept. released the bike it had a broken windshield and headlight. I had to buy replacements for them to install. Service was not good to deal with unless they were running my card then they were jumping to help. read more

So I've read some of the reviews below, and honestly I'm surprised by them as my experience was nothing but great. Worked with Terry to close the deal on a HD Fat Boy Lo that I fell in love with. Smooth, simple, and fast transaction. I must have visited the shop 5 times checking out rides. 2nd time was putting down a deposit, where I set up an account at home that night and locked in the financing. Literally got a call from Terry the next day that everything was approved. Signed the papers a week later due to work. Crappy part was waiting another week to get the bike due to New England weather! Gotta love it! Additionally, I did end up waiting another 40 minutes to leave with the new ride due to the battery not keeping a solid charge. I recently purchased a 2010 Harley Davidson Road King from National Powersports. The bike itself came exactly as promised. Great condition (aside from the battery tender cable resting on my exhaust which melted the first time I rode). I can't complain about that. What I CAN complain about is the customer service that the sales/parts manager Lonnie provided. Their website says they ship the bike right to your door (for $699) which isn't exactly true.... My bike was delivered by Old Dominion and the crate was in shambles when the truck backed up to my driveway. I don't know whether it was poorly crated or mishandled by OD. Regardless, pieces of wood were resting on my bike and the crate couldn't be moved off the truck without falling apart. I had to climb inside the back of the 40 foot truck and disassemble it inside. Then I had to push to bike and hold it off the back of the liftgate while two drivers assisted. The delivery took over two hours just to get the bike off the truck and I tweaked my back in the process! When I called to discuss, Lonnie assured me he would make things right by offering to refund some, if not all, of the shipping. I sent him multiple pictures of the crate and of me lowering my $13,000 bike off the back of a truck. A week went by and I had to call back and Lonnie told me he hadn't heard back from HIS manager about any refund. ANOTHER week went by and I called Lonnie and he finally just gave me a number to call Old Dominion to handle it myself. WTF???! What kind of service is that? Great bike. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIPPING. NEVER AGAIN (which sucks because I was already looking at another bike of theirs too). read more

I went in to national powersports to look at a Bourget chopper, and I quickly realized it wasn't for me. I looked at other motorcycles, and nothing interested me. So, I left. I decided to look at another chopper at the Merrimack location. I was greeted by Chris. He pointed me to the bike. I noticed it wasn't a fit for me and he directed me to something that would be better suited for me, a Harley Softail deluxe. Once I sat on that bike, I knew it was the one for me. The buying process was wonderful. Chris was great. I got to ride a great bike home, 90 miles, with no problems. I will definitely buy from them again read more

Updating my review since they have moved locations. Can't wait to visit again when I go for my next bike. This is a great place with fantastic inventory! We originally found this place on EBAY and was surprised by how many bikes they had in stock that we were looking for. We took down a few VIN numbers and headed out on our bikes from MA. When we got there, it wasn't too busy which was a plus. We headed out on 4th of July weekend so we were glad they were not closed. We were approached by Vinnie who was a sweetheart. Very helpful and patient. He pulled bikes out to let me sit and held on to them as I put my feet up. We tried at least 6-7 bikes. They have a big screen right in the front where they asked you for the last 4 digits of the VIN if you had it. Easily pulling things up, they also knew exactly where every bike was which is amazing considering how many there were. We also looked at bikes in another building just to show how much inventory they had. I believe they said they were moving to a location with bigger space that could accommodate the bikes. Everyone seemed helpful, and the owner Nate even came out to shake our hands before he assessed our bike for trade in. They were very honest with the price as well as how much I could get if I didn't want to trade it in. Their follow up staff and contact is very prompt as I received replies from my emails shortly after contacting them. I received a fantastic deal with financing that they found, and was very clear in what they needed. Debbie and Kris were great in that aspect. There was another gentleman that showed us around in the separate show room that Saturday, but we didn't catch his name. Everyone we talked to seemed aim to please, and we really appreciated that. I especially! I have never done an out of state purchase, but due to the great service and ease of purchase I plan on taking the trip out again for my next upgrade in a few years and will recommend family and friends to make the trip out. It's a nice ride too afterall! Only thing I am unsure about is the inventory on sports bike as I did not look for one, but just skimming the place and looking online later for my sister they didn't seem to have as big an inventory. I am pretty sure they'll change that when they have more space. Also want to mention that online they are very honest with all the features on the bike. What we saw online is what we got. A year ago, I bought a 2007 K1200GT with 31k miles from National Powersports in NH. I bought the bike in January and pick it up in May. I had never owned a BMW before so I had no expectations what to expect. I found the clutch stiff, neutral hard to find, and shifting difficult. After 4k miles and 6 months, Max BMW told me the clutch was failing and the replacement was $1800. Yikes.  I went back to National Powersports, and calmly expressed my opinion that the clutch was bad when I bought the bike. I had not purchased the extended warrantee and was well past the 30 day / 1k mile standard warrantee. They said they would replace the clutch for a cost of $1400 and would split the cost with me. Their response was far better than what I was expecting. These are good guys. read more

I love National Powersports. I bought my first bike there. They were smaller then. I really like the way sell bikes. The price is on it and that's it. They go through each bike, change oil, put on battery tender, check everything out. They tell you what flaws it has. You decide whether to buy it or not. No high pressure. Everyone is nice and helpful. It's the "Carmax" of motorcycles. The prices are fair. And nice to have piece of mind buying a used bike. They have such a wide collection of bikes. What a fantastic experience. I ended up "stealing" a 2017 Triumph Trophy for far less than retail, was financed immediately and the paperwork was a breeze. Communication has been excellent even with the slight hiccup with some of the luggage being keyed wrong. The staff is knowledgable, cheerful and it appears they have some flexibility when making deals. I usually only keep bikes for 3-4 years, but when it's time for something new, I'll definitely hit up NPS first. read more

Normally I don't give a bad review but I went here and they treated me good I was looking for a motorcycle and the guy showed me some bikes and then he told me the manager Barry just bought some bikes from a guy in California that went out of business and one of the bikes was a 2014 Triumph Thunderbird commander it was brand new no miles never been touched so I was like nice I would be interested in the bike so he said he would have billy the salesman call me he called me the next day told me about the bike the bike goes for $16,000 brand new he told me he would sell it to me for $10,000 I said I'll take it i offered $4,000 to put down on it to show that I really wanted the bike he said the most we can take for a down payment was $250 so I gave him the down payment he said the bike was coming from California and the bike would be here in two weeks I said cool let me know when it arrives so two weeks go by I receive no call so I called him and he said the bike wasn't here yet he then said the bike was in route and he said that i would be riding the following weekend I said nice ty I said let me know so now we're at the end of the third week no call so i called and asked if my bike arrived yet he said no it was still in route so I asked him how long does it take to come from California and he said I know I've been asking the same question I said ok no problem let me know he said thanks for having Patients I said the deal I was getting I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else so another week goes by I here nothing from them so I drove an hour and a half to talk to him in person because I was getting no where on the phone I get there a lady asked me if she could help me so I told her what was going on and she said hold on I'll get billy for you ok no problem so I'm waiting finally billy shows up I asked him what's going on with my bike he said I don't know last I knew it was on it's way here so he said let me go ask Barry the manager who bought the bikes what's going on ok so 15 minutes goes by and I see them walking down the ramp whit a smile so I'm thinking my bike must be here they come up to me and billy says this is Barry the manager do you know him Ali said no never meet him so I look at Barry and said what's going on with my bike and he looks at me and said he was told it wasn't getting shipped till July 3rd and I said what are you kidding you have wasted half my season waiting for this bike so I said forget it I'm all set they never tried to make it better or even tried to help me look for another bike to make me happy so the whole time I've been waiting for the bike I was getting lied to me personally if I knew I had a bike sold I would of made sure that the bike would of been there on the first shipment they do crabby business and make promises they can't keep I know I'll never go there again and I told all my friends and they are passing the word around if I was the owner and I so this review I would do something about my staff and try to make this matter better so I went to full throttle on the following Saturday and found a bike that I like and they said it would have to be shipped there ok so I gave the a deposit and you know what it only took one week and it came from California isn't that messed up the sad thing is billy the salesman never called me I always called him like I said I've never given anyone a bad review but I didn't like the way I was treated if they would of said hey is there a bike you like maybe we can work something out and I did see a couple of bikes I liked if they would of done that then I wouldn't be writing ''tis bad review hopefully they will learn something from this and maybe the owner will too and do something about the staff the first guy I saw was really nice and helpful and the lady was really nice I only have a problem with billy the salesman and Barry the manager sorry no stars on this review well I guess you have to put one star to post this review like I said I give no stars read more

I have to say that the beginning of the deal went great. I bought a great bike at a great deal but as far as the follow up, it's been less than desirable I was promised a kickstand safety switch but I have call to have the part installed to know avail. I have left my number a few times with The promise that someone from service would get back with me as they do have the part in stock. Yet to this day about four weeks after them having the part in stock I still cannot get an appointment to have the part installed. As this piece is important for the vehicle to pass a safety inspection and I have been told that they have the part in stock it is very hard to fathom that I am having such a difficult time getting the part installed but it's true. read more

Great place to shop. How many bikes they have is mind blowing. Went to shop around an hour before they closed and one of the salesmen pointed out a bike that I might like. He was kind enough to drive it down the road for me. I ended up buying the bike, he even stayed a bit late to finish the paperwork for me. I was glad I could take it home that day. Let me start by saying I have never done business with this company before. I took one look at this gorgeous 2011 Holly Davidson Fatboy That I absolutely fell in love with I was recently diagnosed with cancer So I guess I was searching for some sort of inspiration of hope That's when I came across this company in and this bike My salesman's name was Terry He sounded like a very nice man not your typical salesman so I thought He made me feel comfortable and reassured me that the bike I was purchasing had been fully inspected and before any bike leaves their shop upon purchase Will go through a complete 3 oil change He told me that's basic business that's how we conduct business Once again he made me feel real comfortable Plus I live in New York I was purchasing this from New Hampshire I had a family member who lived nearby who would take a look at the bike for me He fell in love with it as well I never asked him to check the oil he just had them start it and it sounds great Looks great However just before I had one of my surgeries I had it in For service and a once over My mechanic told me The oil had not been changed in quite some time and this bike must have been sitting for quite some time and now it's going to need a full service Upon doing so they found a lot of water in the engine compartment The oil also had a nasty smell to it So there goes more money out the window the free 3 oil change That is Supposedly a standard for national power sports from what My salesman told me So now I need a complete service Because it is necessary to be done Now in additional Cost me additional $500 I do not mind spending money on something that is necessary However I do not like BS artist neither So before I go and write a review I Should reached out and contacted Chris who is supposedly in the warranty department and usually makes sure that things was done properly before a bike leaves But Chris did not even have the decency to get back in touch with me So I reached out to my good pal Terry that sold me the bike I then made him aware of the situation Then all the sudden the story changes Now it's they don't do that anymore I told him either way that's not right you shouldn't tell somebody one thing and then do Something else Like nothing So shame on your company And I hope I don't have any other issues with this bike that is after all my inspiration of hope.
