First off just want to say sorry things didnt work out and I am writing this in a positive tone to help you improve your business for future customers and to let you guys know exactly where you missed the mark on service for me to be honest it started from the sale of the first machine and it's something that actually bothered me for awhile when I received the machine it was beyond filthy with pollen and I had to spend 5 hours detailing it when i got home to feel like a new machine i told myself when buying that I didn't want to let it bother me because it's an atv and it will get dirty and muddy anyways ...but ultimately I guess it actually bothered me more than I thought it would as being a new machine to me and a lot of money it would have bin nice to get it detailed and washed properly so it actually felt new and to be honest never bought a new machine or truck before that wasn't spotless when picking it up the first time . Second of all my sales rep promised me a demo ride on Polaris slingshot and said it would be just in time for the weekend of my wife's birthday on sept11 so I didn't make any plans and that ultimately fell through and upset me. I tried three more times after that to set up demos and I just seemed to keep getting the runaround from him on setting up a time as I'm coming from Maine so that's something else that was bothering me I just feel if you can't make something happen then don't promise it to a client and the third thing would be the text that you sent me the next day on Sunday morning the wording felt disrespectful and rude I was told by sales rep that you guys where working that Sunday and I don't care if a customer messages you at midnight you don't respond the way you did that's was very unprofessional and incalled for I mulled it over for a few days and talked to other people about it and they agreed it was wrong that's what ultimately lost you the sale of multiple machines and any future business I hope you can use this to help better serve people in the future so they don't have the same experience I did thank you and have a good day but at the end of the day the owner is the biggest cuck I've had the pleasure of meeting and should no way be handling customer service or talking to people this place is a joke an I wish I never shopped here to begin with read more

Don't buy anything from sea coast powersports, expect to pay 60-70% over the asking price because of all the bull crap mark up, stupid service contract and also New Hampshire not having regulations for how much intrest banks can charge. Not to mention the financial manager Tara does not care about your best interests and will screw you over if you let her. I purchased a new machine from seacoast. At the time there was an accessory on back order. I paid for all the associated parts and installation for this accessory. 1 1/2 years later, I still did not have the accessory and cancelled the order. They refuse to refund the installation charges. They flat out lied. manufactured charges that are easily discredited. Then just refused to pay. I had problems during paperwork (numbers in the wrong columns ended up costing my more out of pocket at the time), problems in parts (ordered multiple parts of the same thing), problem in service (did not install my roof correctly and it is damaged as a result) and problem in sales (sold me stuff for the machine that was already on it) They could not even be bothered to answer my BBB complaint because they knew they were wrong. Don't walk, run away from this business! Called Kyle about a bike to test ride. He said it will be ready for me, call him when I'm on my way same afternoon. I called him, no answer so I left a message that I was on my way and would be on time. Arrived after an hour drive, I asked for him and he said "sorry, some other guys is buying it". "I tried to call you a few times but it went straight to voicemail". I pulled out my phone and verified "there was no record of any subsequent calls from him since our initial call". He asked if I called him, I said "yes, you weren't there so I left a message, asked if he checked his messages he said no (about 40 minutes prior). "But we have another one coming in tomorrow" (really, another used 2020 Indian Motorcycle - shocking!) I asked how could that be, you pulled it out knowing I was coming, he said sorry it's out of my hands this guy is pretty aggressive, and this just happens in business. I replied not in my experience with reputable business people. Clearly a tactic and a guy with zero conscience. Certainly first and last experience with him/them. read more

honest review. Lets start with the good. I purchased a 2020 RZR XP 1000 Ultimate Aden was a good salesperson who responded to most of my questions. Additionally, the paperwork and Finanancial transactions went very smooth and was completed quickly. However all of these good things were undone with the after the sale service. I purchased the rzr along with several accessories which they would be installing. Even though I was told it would take only a week It ended up being 3 weeks with multiple reasons why there was a delay. Reasons being staff shortages to wrong parts ordered. The communication broke down and i received very little information. After 3 weeks the service manager got involved and finally the machine was scheduled to be delivered. I was told that it would be washed and made sure it was clean and that they would go over everything. When the machine arrived, they just dropped it and then left explaining nothing. It wasn't washed it was just sprayed with water and too make matters worse when i test drove it in my yard it ran out of gas. After all this trouble they didn't even take the time to fill the tank. Overall, the experience wasn't that pleasant and because they store their vehicles outside water gets into areas it shouldn't. i noticed My lighter plug is fully corroded from water .Not something that should happen to a machine with no miles on it. Before the sale they are promising the world, but after you sign and pay that world is a distant planet somewhere out of our universe. Not to mention my roomate purchased a 2024 cf moto 950 and his unit was delivered missing items and the seatbelts were installed incorrectly. read more

I went to this dealership Saturday April 16th,2022. I am writing a review because I am so impressed with the service department, especially Michael Myette, the service manager. I just stopped by to see if I could get an oil change for my 2017 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 classic LT. Love my bike, bought it new. Never a problem. Thinking I would be waiting a couple weeks for the appointment. Michael told me after speaking with his Service Foreman Raul Allen, that if I came back in 1.5 hours they would service it that day. Believe me I was totally blown away. After they went through the safety points , Raul explained to me what I needed to do and I set up a future appointment for next month. I bought my bike elsewhere and I never had a thorough going over. I mean these bikes are solid. I understand the owner is Miles Cook, sir you have Excellent Customer Service Personnel working for you !!! What I like about these two individuals is I trust them, for my safety and bike needs. Called Seacoast Power sports because they have Kimco logo on their site and they sell Kimco ATV's. After calling them and discussing my starting problem and possible repairs, I loaded the ATV into my truck and drove 30 minutes to their shop. Then the Guy I talked to on the phone lies right to my face and say's he told me he does not work on them, Does not have any parts or repair manuals (after they sold me carb jets previously) and basically to go away. Just find someone else to buy from. You will be much happier. read more

I have had nothing but a great experience very time I go.. they work on my scooter and Raul has always been helpful and very knowledgeable on anything I have asked about.. I never thought I would find a place that was worse than Cycles 128... I was wrong... This Bait n switch operation charges a fee for everything. I have never heard of a repair shop charging the diagnostic fee on top of the repair when the issue was identified in the five minute conversation dropping off the vehicle. The diagnostic fee in most shops is reserved for leverage so that you will do the repair at that shop.But this shop saw fit to charge for an hour of diagnostics and pretended to be generous by discount to get to half an hour of diagnostics for a simple issue that Was described and pointed to. Course of action was already explained and clear. I will never ever come back to this place unless there is no other place in the area to repair my bike. They will find each and every way possible to squeeze an extra hundred bucks out of you... and they won't even commit to a diagnosis they bill you for ! They hold your vehicle hostage by leaving it inoperable until you do expensive repairs ... total ripoff read more
