Christina took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. She wasn't pushy at all and genuinely wanted to help me find the right vehicle for my needs. A deeply disappointing experience -- would not recommend!…read more I moved from Washington to Massachusetts in the summer of 2025, and a few months later I finally decided it was time to look for a new car -- or at least a reliable used one. After months of searching and comparing options, I turned to CarFax to find something trustworthy. That's when I came across the Hyundai Kona that I genuinely fell in love with the moment I saw it on December 31, 2025. It felt like the perfect match after a long, exhausting search. I went to the dealership, asked all the right questions, and did everything a careful buyer is supposed to do. On January 6, 2026, after putting $2,000 down, I drove the car home believing I had finally made a solid, responsible purchase. I truly thought I was starting a new chapter with a dependable vehicle. Unfortunately, what followed tells a very different story. I'm already paying about $700 out of pocket for solenoid replacements and an oil change because the shop found white sludge in the engine. This is on a car I just bought from this dealership. Their "complimentary" oil change means nothing when the vehicle clearly wasn't properly inspected in the first place. I didn't buy this car blindly. I test‑drove it, asked questions, even had my fiancé on FaceTime asking the salesperson things directly. The moment I reached out about the check‑engine codes the car developed, the communication stopped. No reply, no concern, no accountability. This experience has convinced me to avoid dealerships entirely from now on. If you're considering buying a "certified" used car from them, bring your own mechanic, because their 130‑point inspection feels like nothing more than a sales pitch. Even the manager who finalized my paperwork gave me the same scripted lines about pricing and future repairs. None of it matched the reality of what I'm dealing with now. I expected payments under $300; instead, I'm paying almost $400 for a car that needed engine work almost immediately. The warranty has been useless, and the dealership has shown no interest in making things right. If they truly cared about customers, they would stand behind what they sell and offer at least a year of coverage for issues that show up right after purchase. I do not recommend this business. This was my first dealership purchase in years, and it will absolutely be my last. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the disappointment.

Wish had read it and several Google reviews of the same experience: smooth talking, no accountability, discount pricing, LIPSTICK ON A PIG. They have lots of slick responses and excuses from the dealer replies and I would all but wager MANY of the 5 stars are from non-customers stuffing the ratings because those never mention make and model or specifics, just the snake oil guys by name as so great to work with. Google ratings are 1's and 5's and nothing in between, so at least you have a 50/50 shot at a car that isn't a Lemon. Think about that, better shot at Black or Red at a local casino for $5000 and winning huge than getting a car that runs issue-free from this place. Who buys a car in NH that isnt inspectable, it should be illegal to sell these types of cars without a sticker for safety!! Do we get 20 day plate? - you can just register it yourself Where is the inspection sticker? - It "should" pass inspection easily but we don't issue one unless you ask us and it could delay the paperwork. WE ARE HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR $4500 RIGHT NOW, THOUGH, (IN CASH). The reason it wasnt $6000 compared to comparable year and mileage is because it needs the difference in repairs just to drive it home legally!! Two weeks after trying to get it inspected locally there were rust & welding & stability problems and we took it back and the mechanic had no idea it was coming. Traveled 90 minutes plus and they could only finish half of it so going back for a 4th trip to their site. Told them this was going with me to Tennessee and they promised it would make it. I am scared to death I wont get out of New England. Who knows what else is wrong with this car that other buyers have gotten shared about purchases here?

I put in an inquiry on a yet another car after a day of HELL looking for a used car big enough for my family. I had experienced every play in the book by used car dealers in this one day. At the end of our day I thought, "Well, I have to keep looking. I don't have a choice." My car had burned in my driveway and was a total loss so I was desperate for a car. Used car salesmen love us Desperates. Then I got a call back from Bob from Truck World NE. He was WONDERFUL. Long story short- he did everything for me over the phone. I told him what I wanted, what I could (barely) afford and he told me "I'll get you in a car Valerie." Perhaps it was my exhaustion or his darling Boston accent, but I let it ride lol. He called me every step of the way. From his private cell. Brian called me every time he said he would. Just a week later, almost everything all set, I set out for the 3 hour drive to Truck World to get my car. I was pumped. Until I got into a car accident just 25 minutes away on 495. I called Bob's cell to let him know what happened and to tell him I wouldn't be making it in today. This man tells me he will figure out a way to help me! He came to pick my boyfriend and I up- at a gas station - I had to give him my horrible directions from the tow truck man. Bob shows up with his wife on his day off! He hugs me and says "what are friends for?" Bob and his wife bring my boyfriend and I to his business, he stays with us while Brian (who is a saint himself and a miracle worker) gets me all set- in my registered car- which they do, even for us out-of-staters, and then gives us a ball so I can tow my crunched up other car home with my new- GORGEOUS suburban. How do you thank two people for being amazing? The car is amazing. The owner is amazing. His wife is amazing. Brian is amazing. Drive the distance to a decent man. It's worth every penny, every minute. I love this place. I will never buy a car anywhere else as long as Truck World NE of Kingston, NH is open. Thank you Bob. Thank you Brian. I owe you so much. Andrew and I just love you guys. Valerie

Fenway Auto Park was easily the most helpful and friendly used car dealership to whom I spoke with…read moreon the phone before deciding which one to go, and I spoke to many. My price range was extremely low. I chose to go here because the salesman I spoke to, Derek, said he could probably do a deal on a car valued higher and there were a number of possible vehicles in the lot. The experience did not start out well. While I standing on the forecourt, someone yelled while driving down Main Street that Fenway Auto Park ripped people off. There were less cars than Derek had said and less again that they could sell to me in my price range. The condition of the vehicles that they could were generally poor -- in one refused to start, another needed a jump, and another was partially being held together with duct tape along with definite exhaust problems and possible electrical and engine problems. Derek acted extremely slimy about all of them except the one that wouldn't start, making excuses for every concern and only admitting issues when pressed. Only one car was worth considering, a manual he had said on the phone was an automatic; I know I could learn stick quickly, but in the end there was some convoluted situation where they were holding it for a dealership up the street and the title was there so I'd have to get it in the morning, but the owner of the other dealership (who was just hanging out with them in their office) would only accept cash anyway. Very, very dodgy. As a side note I found out later they are unfriendly with the local car clubs, which is never a good sign in a car dealer. This was also evidently my only chance for history not to repeat itself, which has nothing to do with Fenway Auto Park directly -- but may have transpired at least slightly differently without extra needless deception from this car dealer.

I spoke with "Phil or Stan" I dont remember his name. The second I walked in the door I got an attitude. I was told they didnt have time for me and I had to come back in 40 min! WTF is that all about. He was not very nice about it either. When he discovered I was NOT the person he thought I was his attitude still didnt change. It was pouring rain out and he didnt help me with anything. He handed me a plate with some screws and 2 sets of keys. Saying that I could put the plate on and take them for a ride. He never offered an umbrella or even to come help. I got soaked through trying to test drive these cars. Then I got back and he says "So what one do you want to buy?" I told him id like to see the other cars first. He seemed pissed about having to find the keys to the other one as it has JUST arrived On he lot. After some coaxing, I got him to give me the keys. So this left the last car I wanted to drive "the one I was most interested in" I didn't see it on the lot so I headed back in to ask about it. "I had been told the night before by the owner that it was being detailed and would be in for me to view that morning" When I walked back in the guy ask es me AGAIN "So what one do you want to buy?" I then said "I'm not ready yet, id like to see the maroon one" He then proceeded to tell me it had been sold already. I asked him when and he said the previous morning. "funny, bob told me last night it would be here today" So I called him on the lie. I said "OK, someone is lying to me its either you or Bob" That is when the fun started. He got out of his seat and came around to me SCREAMING nasty words and telling me to get out of his building. He said NOBODY calls me a liar in my house. I then asked him why Bob would tell me that if it was already sold. He wouldn't answer only kept swearing at me and telling me to get out. The things he said I wont even post here. He was very mean and I felt threatened by him. I honestly thought he was going to take a swing at me. I then said OK, I only wanted to buy a car but instead ill give the owner a call and let him know how I was treated. This is when lie #2 came into play. He started screaming again and kicked the door open yelling at me to get out that HE was Bob the owner and he wanted me out NOW. I know he was not Bob because I went and sat in my car and called Bob and while watching the guy not picking up a phone Bob answered. I told Bob everything that had just hap pend and he relay didn't seem surprised, nor did he seem like he was going to do a thing about it. Its really very sad as I was going to buy a car from them that day. After all this I left with a sick feeling from how I had been treated. I went home and started my search for a car again only to discover that the car I wanted was right in my own town at a dealer that was more than polite and happy to have my sale. So I got my new car and have sworn to tell everyone of how I was treated at Fenway auto.
