Maybe greet people with a smile like this place should get some woman to do the meet and greet cause first impressions are a lot better if you're not a total douche canoe. Sides and back of steering wheel still dirty. Ring from a drink left on the top glass. Have found a couple of almonds, etc. down side of passenger seat - so not fully cleaned there either. Perhaps if I'd had more time and spotted everything then, think they would have made another pass on more of it. But really want a detailer to be thorough and professional. A pro knows these areas need cleaning, and knows how to do it. And definitely someone who knows what to look for should inspect the car and declare it clean or send staff back before saying it's ready. As a customer I'd have to have a "check-it" list in the future to see if everything that should have been cleaned was.

I highly recommend Alexander's Detailing!!!!…read more I purchased a Certified Pre Owned special edition FJ Cruiser from Heritage Toyota in Burlington, VT. The vehicle was extremely filthy inside and smelled of wet dog. I asked for the interior to be reconditioned during the purchase process and the salesperson told me they would take care of it. All they did was spray deodorizer in the FJ and this made it toxic for me due to allergies and a respiratory condition I have. I live 3 hours away and had been there all day so I bought the FJ and figured I could air it out. I was wrong. The FJ was making me sick and was even effecting my wife so much that she refused to drive with me until it was detailed. The dealership refused to honor their responsibilities and I escalated a formal complain to Toyota USA that is still pending. My wife found Alexander's Detailing online and based on the reviews I contacted them and spoke with Rich. I felt very comfortable after the call and scheduled the appointment. I left the FJ late on a Thursday night so Rich would have all day Friday and Saturday to detail and leave the air purifier inside overnight to get rid of the foulness. Rich called me Saturday morning to let me know the job was done and I could pick up the FJ anytime. WOW, WOW, WOW...The work that Alexander's did is amazing!! The FJ looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. Every nook, cranny and crevice are spotless. The dog hairs that were everywhere [door jambs, seats and even the headliner were covered] are completely gone. They recommended I get a 12v mini ionizer to keep the FJ smelling fresh. It was great advice. I picked one up on Amazon and it's working great. This is an OUTSTANDING detail shop. When I went to pick up the suv, I had to point out areas that were still dirty. He pointed out some wear and tear which I understood. He had kids doing the cleaning and they overlooked areas...for $375.00 nothing should have been overlooked....I had to ask about the stains that wouldn't come out which should have been pointed out when I picked up the vehicle.
