I've had the pleasure of working with Automotive Elegance on three separate vehicles for wraps and tinting, and each experience has been outstanding. Monica, Zac, and their team consistently provide exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship. Their attention to detail--especially performing a thorough pre-inspection and communicating any existing paint concerns--is greatly appreciated. Their pricing is competitive, and their results are consistently excellent. I highly recommend Automotive Elegance and will continue to use them for future projects. Dave G. read more

Kevin and the team at Automotive Excellence did an amazing job on my Rover. I was a bit hesitant at first because I've done wraps before, but PPF is a whole different thing. They used the best products, and went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough. They picked my car up from my house and brought it back when they were done. Kevin made sure I was happy the whole time. He never tried to upsell me, and actually talked me out of a couple things I wanted to do because he didn't feel comfortable doing them. That kind of honesty goes a long way. read more

Amazing service. Got both of my cars tinted and came out amazing. Kevin is the best! When I arrived he looked over my bumper where ppf was being installed. He pointed out the flaws, as it wasn't a new car and set expectations with me specific to results. He also reviewed the price and what the job included, which was headlights and bumper. The job took about 4 hours. I'm very pleased with the results, the bumper and headlights came out great! Do not hesitate to use Automotive Elegance, they are responsive, courteous, and do outstanding work at a reasonable price. Five stars! read more

Top Notch company that provides: - Paint Protection - Dent Removal - Ceramic Coatings - Vinyl Wraps - Window Tint - Wheel Repair - Most of all ... Excellent Customer Service and Longterm Support!! Automotive Elegance should be "Automotive Excellence" because their workmanship is top notch. I bought a new Highlander and had them wrap the front grill for longterm protection from road debris. Little did I know is that they also wrapped the front hood, behind the side mirrors, and the side panels up front. I was amazed at the cost to do that work was very affordable. I came back shortly after to have them install protection for the rockers. Part of their business includes window tint. I had the two front windows tinted (legal percentage and they know what it is). That tint isn't too dark but just enough to help shade the bright sunlight and provide some privacy. Everyone I have spoken with here has been very helpful, informative, and responsive to my question including samples of the auto tint before I got it. The office has a waiting room with tv to watch. Plenty of space to wait for your vehicle. I highly recommend this company for your automotive services. read more

I brought my brand new C8 Corvette to Automotive Elegance for a full ceramic treatment on my full PPF, the full interior ceramic treatment, wheels, calipers and had the side windows tinted to the MA legal level. Kevin Patel walked me through the options, prices and processes answering any and all questions along the way. His product knowledge, professionalism and customer care were outstanding. Nothing could have prepared me though for how incredibly beautiful my car turned out. The exterior ceramic looked like it made the car glow, the interior looked even better than the day I picked up the car from the dealer, window tint was spot on the right darkness I wanted and Kevin's insight on the care for all the car's finishes will help ensure this car looks great for a long time. Just an amazing place! Picked up my new 2023 Tesla Model 3 Performance with white interior from the Tesla dealership and drove RIGHT to Automotive Elegance on day 1! From start to finish Cara and her team took care of my new car. No, I repeat, No upselling at all, they kept it simple just making sure I knew all they had to offer and let me make my decisions. I had PPF premier plus done, added trunk and full bumper, tinted all glass with ceramic tint, and ceramic coated full inside and outside. Oh, they do the wheels too! When I picked it back up, I think the huge smile on my face said it all! Outstanding job done all around! Clearly they are very meticulous with their work and I couldn't be happier that I chose Automotive Elegance to protect my new car! So, I did find a little spot on the passenger door panel, called Cara, and she said come right over, they got it out and water rinsed the whole car and dried it! I will be a customer for life and will be back year after year to get boosted for the ceramic coating from them! Thanks to Cara and the whole team that takes pride in what they do! If you are looking for someone to meticulously apply Paint Protection Film (PPF) to your car, stop looking! the "XPEL (the premier paint protection film in the world) DEALER OF THE YEAR (in the United States (every year, for the past 4 years!))" is in Andover, Massachusetts, Automotive Elegance. Automotive Elegance is the absolute Mac Daddy of Paint Protection Film, window tint, and vinyl wrap installers. They have state of the art technology, and highly skilled craftsmen for installers. And, like so many other skills that one performs with their hands (and mind), Automotive Elegance has done/does so many installations a year, they have the volume of experience that you want of a film installer, for a flawless job. I've seen some real butchered film installations by OTHER FILM INSTALLERS; my best advice to you, don't go there, go to only one place, Automotive Elegance (they likely provide on-site service to your car dealership or autobody shop, and if they don't, demand that your car dealership or autobody shop outsource your car's film installation to Automotive Elegance, or bring your car, yourself, to Automotive Elegance). read more

The quality of workmanship was, in all honesty, subpar. The protective film was applied in a haphazard manner, with visible bubbles and imperfections present throughout. Additionally, the edges of the film were not properly aligned, leading to a messy and unprofessional appearance. read more

I can't say enough good things about my entire experience with the great people at Automotive Elegance. I spoke with almost every certified XPEL installer in the state of Massachusetts and I believe they all do excellent work. However, quality of workmanship isn't the only necessity this type of business has to have in order to win me over. They have to show me more than just confidence and pride... I need to feel that I'm more to them than just a guy with deep pockets to be dug into. I need to get a sense of concern and dedication to more than just the finished product, but also to making me feel good about putting my cherished new dream car in their hands. From the first phone call, these guys made me more comfortable than anyone else. They were also the only ones who'd install the tint kit I had already purchased. They were furthest from me in distance, but the gap was closed with compassion, fairness, and the best attitudes I was exposed to. Others were overly confident to the point of arrogance and unwilling to bend or compromise. These people have heart! Rick, Joe, Will and everyone else, thank you for a perfect full wrap on my new S63 Coupe, for being kind, fair, friendly and honest. You've earned my business forever. read more

Automotive Elegance did a fantastic job putting the XPEL film on my SUV that was already a year old! I appreciated that Kevin took the time to look at my car to see if it was worth putting the film on at this point and didn't just take any business that came their way. The film is absolutely seamless and they completed the job in a timely manner so I was only without my car for a short time. As an added bonus Kohn did an excellent job detailing my Q5! I couldn't be happier with the service and level of professionalism at this company! Would certainly take another car here in the future. read more

Awesome job! I am very happy with the results. Kevin made the entire process very easy. I had the clear partial bra applied to the hood and front bumper of my XC40 Volvo. The craftsmanship in applying the protective film was exceptional. I could barely see that anything was applied. This was the 3rd vehicle where I had AE applied the Silver Package. Their work is consistently exceptional and top shelf. I highly recommend AE. read more

Kevin Patel and the team at AE take pride in the service they provide. They did a fantastic job wrapping my new 2021 Porsche 911. Not only was the PPF install perfect, but they arranged enclosed transportation, and custom tint, all-in for a very reasonable price. They picked the car up Friday afternoon, sent me video of pick up and drop off from the dealer, and sent pictures after the install. Very clean and obviously meticulous application of film with well hidden seams. Even the hidden seam lines inside panels, like under the boot lid are clean and straight. The tint film edge on the windows is very clean and matches the edges of the glass as it should. If you're considering AE and anyone else, stop considering and just go with AE. They're that good and even the dealer wasn't going to match their price. read more

I was looking to get XPel PPF on my new car, and got a recommendation for Automotive Elegance from a friend. I also did my research and saw the stellar reviews so gave them a call. Kevin P. responded to my inquiry almost immediately, and gave me prices and options (without any pressure / up sell for the more expensive packages or additional services). I ended up not only getting full front PPF but also opted for ceramic coat as well, after hearing great thinks about it. I think I contacted them on a Thursday, they had my car started on Monday, and ready to go by the next Thursday. The car looks fantastic, and neither the PPF nor the ceramic affected the color of the car. (If anything it enhanced the gloss / shine). It is essentially impossible to notice the PPF covered panels vs. the uncoated ones. The ceramic also adds a wonderful level of gloss, and I am excited to see how it holds up over time. Adding a piece of mind is the warranty that came with both products and more importantly, the commitment to customer service that the team at AE clearly has. They plan to bring me back in a month to make sure all the work is holding up as intended, and made it clear if I ever had any issues to given them a call. On top of all of that, the shop / waiting area is super clean and everyone there seemed friendly when I got a tour of the facility. It also certainly didn't hurt to see the stable of high performance cars being cared for to give me confidence in the work I was having done on mine. read more

In August I brought my 2018 M550 in for clear bra (XPEL) installation and I could not be happier. Automobiles are a passion of mine and I am a stickler for perfection. With all purchase transactions I do my own detailed research and Automotive Elegance was a clear choice for the Boston area. What really sold me was the exceptional level of service and attention Will Jeffries provided me (Sales & Marketing Manager). This team is polished and professional at a competitive price when you consider the quality. When I brought my car into their facility I was humbled by the number of high-end performance and luxury vehicles. Their facilities were clearly designed for these types of automotive applications. The owners are always hands on performing many of the installations but all of their team members are seasoned experts. I would strongly suggest at a minimum getting the standard Plus wrap. The hood on the new 5 series is massive and requires a custom installation which I believe not all installers can perform. All of their workmanship and materials are formally backed up in written guarantees via a customer packet provided at the end. If there was only one area for improvement it would be to have a location closer to Boston. That being said they were very flexible with my drop-off and pick-up. If you care as much as I do about your car and want to ensure the job is done right with exceptional service, don't look any further. Philippe Montillier read more

I wanted to get my 2018 Hot Wheels Camaro wrapped to protect it from rocks or whatever may want to damage my vehicle. I had done much research on who to bring it to that would do a thorough job at an affordable price. Thats when I found Automotive Elegance. I was directed to Christian Dyer a sales rep. We talked and I decided to bring my vehicle to them. Once there I asked whether or not they could help me out and get some touch up paint for two small chips that already found their way onto my bumper. Christian said he would see what he could do. Later on I was informed that when they washed my car to wrap it, they found a small crack (about two inches long) in my bumper. At this point I panicked because I was very low on funds but Christian said he knew a good shop that would be affordable. I agreed to get it fixed there. He helped me out by bringing my car to them as I live about 30+ minutes away. Then Covid-19 hit. Through this problematic time Christian was extremely good at remaining in contact with me through call/text and kept me updated on the situation. Once my car was fixed they were finally able to proceed with wrapping it, not only did they do that (which came out perfectly.) Christian did manage to get touch up paint and do a very good job at making my car look brand new. I cannot recommend Automotive Elegance more, and if you do go there, make sure to talk to Christian Dyer! 10/10. I would also like to say I have a lot of respect for Christian as many places I've been before don't do a good job at keeping you informed/being quick to answer questions, but that could not be more untrue with him, and even on his days off I was answered quickly. Very professional. Jacob Hatt read more

My experience with AE has been 5 stars - Rick and the team are enthusiasts, professional, courteous, and whether it was my new Italian car or WRX, or my wife's Subaru Forester, we and our vehicles were treated with first rate service and installations - 3M std film or Expel. These guys did the installation of an Xpel Ultimate clear bra on my M235xi before I picked it up from the dealer (the dealer subcontracted the work to them). They did an excellent job and it looked great. The above would be enough for 4 stars, but the 5th star got added about 6 month later. I had a small problem with one of the pieces on the nose. They replaced it with no fuss, no argument, nothing other than a perfect replacement. My wife's comment after I got it back was that if you didn't know where to look for the clear bra, you wouldn't know it was there. Seriously great work, outstanding customer service. I recently had the extreme pleasure to have work done on my two BMW's at Automotive Elegance, in Stoneham, MA, this past May/June. My 2001 330ci sport package BMW has 180K miles on it and has always looked great; it's been well taken care of and I've added a lot of extras over recent years, including a front Xpel wrap. Despite a very careful 15 years of TLC a car is going to show some wear if you're driving it as much as I have, however after a Silver Package Ceramic Pro applied by the excellent team at Automotive Elegance, my 2001 looks absolutely stunning and as good as new! After the 330ci project, we carefully mapped out a plan of attack on my, soon-to-arrive, 2016 M4. Done in Azurite Black, with custom Forgeline 19" GA1R wheels in graphite, this car took a lot of time planning but it was well worth all the time planning and waiting from putting in the order in January, to delivery in early June. AE took my car fairly fresh after I drove it off the dealer lot and in 3 days did a full front Xpel wrap, along with a few extra locations and accents. Additionally, they performed a Gold Package Ceramic Pro application inside and out. I'm not sure how to describe in words "better than new" but if there are words for it, it applies to this car and what the AE team did to it. I'm more than pleased with the results and could never have expected more. This place is not only about great products (Xpel and Ceramic Pro), it's about a great team that obviously really cares and gets extremely excited about what they do. This is really the part that will keep me coming back there. The energy around the place and the love for quality cars and doing a quality job for customers is something that you can't fake; it has to be real, and without question, it's in the air there. It's evident in all that you see and hear when talking to the talent who work on the cars. I felt that they were even more excited about how the cars ended up than I did! These people care about cars, they care about doing a great job for customers and it shows. I've been telling everyone I know, who cares about cars, that Automotive Elegance is a call they need to make. Will, Joe, Rick and team, you are the best!! read more

I did a lot of research and traveled 2hrs to bring my new 2016 F-150 to Rick and his team. As we all know you never know what to expect. After reading several reviews and speaking with a few of his customers who had interactions with Rick and his team. I have to say It was nice to see quality professionals that still take pride in their work, in my case something that went a long way is this was a custom truck and Rick and his team took it in and gave it 150%; like if they owned the Veichle. A fantastic experience and perfection at its best. Rick is very thorough puts everything on the table and provides clear and consice recommendations as if it were his own vehicle. He explains pros and cons of all his products and provides detailed comparisons to other products on the market, after speaking with him and seeing his work, Rick is true to his word does a high quality job, honestly you can see someone who puts their heart and soul into something and takes great pride. Rick and his team are that committed to ensure when you return to pick up your Veichle that you see nothing but perfection! Lastly, as I took the train in and out to Automotive Elegance, Rick was personally accommodating and provided me with rides to and from station what a top class organization, team and business. I don't provide feedback of this sort often but in this case Rick and his team deserve nothing but accolades for their terrific work. Thanks Rick, Joe and Will! I will be back for sure!! read more

My experience here far exceeded my expectations. From the first phone call to when I picked up my car. The attention to detail was amazing. My car had the protective film put on from the dealership - 7 years prior. The film failed in one area and the team took it into their own hands to replace all the film and add a few additional spots that were showing wear. When I picked up my car, they reviewed the car in detail. I can not say enough for the customer service. It is rare today that you find a company that cares that much about its' customers and the pride they take in their work. I will most certainly be back, and will be telling those who will listen about what a great experience this has been. read more

Really appreciated the great customer service from these guys. With the cost of paint protection film, I had a lot of questions. When calling to give me a quote, they answered all of my questions and talked about similar vehicles they'd done. When I dropped the car off, Tyler walked me through what they were going to do and again answered my questions on the process. Despite having a busy day that day, my car was done early, and I was again met by Tyler to go over the job they'd done. He reviewed the warranty information and explained how the film would work. They were even kind enough to touch up some existing rock chips before applying it. The best part is you cannot tell at all that the film is on there. I recommend getting the full front wrap - it was pretty much completely invisible on my car. They wrapped the film around the corners so that you don't see any seams. Could not recommend these guys more if you're looking at a ppf. Professional, helpful, personalized experience, and worth every penny. read more

I brought my mustang to Automotive Elegance to see their set up and was very impressed. There shop actually looked like they were having a car show ( Ferraris,Porsches,Nissan GTRs,big BMWs). You get the idea a lot of HIGH END automobiles were getting the beauty treatment known as XPEL wrap. I talked to Will F. and Rick N. about the process that they undertake to beautify and protect your car. I took the literature home to read and tried to digest all that they had said and I had seen at their carshop. I finally decided to call and make an appt.for the following week. I dropped my mustang convertible off on Tuesday a.m. and picked the finished product up on Wednesday at noon. The car truly looked better than new and was also protected from the elements. I had the full custom front installed and a rear package rest near the trunk. It's seems easy to just be impressed by the way your car looks but I have to keep remembering that it's also the PPF (paint protection film) that you ultimately paid to have perfectly and artfully installed. This is a team of highly recommended artists that care for your car!! I definitely will be going back to these folks for future detail work. I've also been passing out their literature at cruise nights and cars&coffee events. read more
