Little did I know is that they also wrapped the front hood, behind the side mirrors, and the side panels up front. I was amazed at the cost to do that work was very affordable. I came back shortly after to have them install protection for the rockers. Part of their business includes window tint. I had the two front windows tinted (legal percentage and they know what it is). That tint isn't too dark but just enough to help shade the bright sunlight and provide some privacy. Everyone I have spoken with here has been very helpful, informative, and responsive to my question including samples of the auto tint before I got it. The office has a waiting room with tv to watch. Not only was the PPF install perfect, but they arranged enclosed transportation, and custom tint, all-in for a very reasonable price. They picked the car up Friday afternoon, sent me video of pick up and drop off from the dealer, and sent pictures after the install. Very clean and obviously meticulous application of film with well hidden seams. Even the hidden seam lines inside panels, like under the boot lid are clean and straight. The tint film edge on the windows is very clean and matches the edges of the glass as it should. If you're considering AE and anyone else, stop considering and just go with AE. I was looking to get XPel PPF on my new car, and got a recommendation for Automotive Elegance from a friend. I also did my research and saw the stellar reviews so gave them a call. Kevin P. responded to my inquiry almost immediately, and gave me prices and options (without any pressure / up sell for the more expensive packages or additional services). I ended up not only getting full front PPF but also opted for ceramic coat as well, after hearing great thinks about it. I think I contacted them on a Thursday, they had my car started on Monday, and ready to go by the next Thursday. The car looks fantastic, and neither the PPF nor the ceramic affected the color of the car. (If anything it enhanced the gloss / shine). It is essentially impossible to notice the PPF covered panels vs. the uncoated ones. The ceramic also adds a wonderful level of gloss, and I am excited to see how it holds up over time. Adding a piece of mind is the warranty that came with both products and more importantly, the commitment to customer service that the team at AE clearly has. They plan to bring me back in a month to make sure all the work is holding up as intended, and made it clear if I ever had any issues to given them a call. On top of all of that, the shop / waiting area is super clean and everyone there seemed friendly when I got a tour of the facility. In August I brought my 2018 M550 in for clear bra (XPEL) installation and I could not be happier. Automobiles are a passion of mine and I am a stickler for perfection. With all purchase transactions I do my own detailed research and Automotive Elegance was a clear choice for the Boston area. What really sold me was the exceptional level of service and attention Will Jeffries provided me (Sales & Marketing Manager). This team is polished and professional at a competitive price when you consider the quality. When I brought my car into their facility I was humbled by the number of high-end performance and luxury vehicles. Their facilities were clearly designed for these types of automotive applications. The owners are always hands on performing many of the installations but all of their team members are seasoned experts. I would strongly suggest at a minimum getting the standard Plus wrap. The hood on the new 5 series is massive and requires a custom installation which I believe not all installers can perform. All of their workmanship and materials are formally backed up in written guarantees via a customer packet provided at the end. If there was only one area for improvement it would be to have a location closer to Boston. That being said they were very flexible with my drop-off and pick-up. I wanted to get my 2018 Hot Wheels Camaro wrapped to protect it from rocks or whatever may want to damage my vehicle. I had done much research on who to bring it to that would do a thorough job at an affordable price. Thats when I found Automotive Elegance. I was directed to Christian Dyer a sales rep. We talked and I decided to bring my vehicle to them. Once there I asked whether or not they could help me out and get some touch up paint for two small chips that already found their way onto my bumper. Christian said he would see what he could do. Later on I was informed that when they washed my car to wrap it, they found a small crack (about two inches long) in my bumper. At this point I panicked because I was very low on funds but Christian said he knew a good shop that would be affordable. I agreed to get it fixed there. He helped me out by bringing my car to them as I live about 30+ minutes away. Then Covid-19 hit. Through this problematic time Christian was extremely good at remaining in contact with me through call/text and kept me updated on the situation. Once my car was fixed they were finally able to proceed with wrapping it, not only did they do that (which came out perfectly.) Christian did manage to get touch up paint and do a very good job at making my car look brand new. I cannot recommend Automotive Elegance more, and if you do go there, make sure to talk to Christian Dyer! 10/10. I would also like to say I have a lot of respect for Christian as many places I've been before don't do a good job at keeping you informed/being quick to answer questions, but that could not be more untrue with him, and even on his days off I was answered quickly. These guys did the installation of an Xpel Ultimate clear bra on my M235xi before I picked it up from the dealer (the dealer subcontracted the work to them). They did an excellent job and it looked great. The above would be enough for 4 stars, but the 5th star got added about 6 month later. I had a small problem with one of the pieces on the nose. They replaced it with no fuss, no argument, nothing other than a perfect replacement. My wife's comment after I got it back was that if you didn't know where to look for the clear bra, you wouldn't know it was there. Seriously great work, outstanding customer service. I recently had the extreme pleasure to have work done on my two BMW's at Automotive Elegance, in Stoneham, MA, this past May/June. My 2001 330ci sport package BMW has 180K miles on it and has always looked great; it's been well taken care of and I've added a lot of extras over recent years, including a front Xpel wrap. Despite a very careful 15 years of TLC a car is going to show some wear if you're driving it as much as I have, however after a Silver Package Ceramic Pro applied by the excellent team at Automotive Elegance, my 2001 looks absolutely stunning and as good as new! After the 330ci project, we carefully mapped out a plan of attack on my, soon-to-arrive, 2016 M4. Done in Azurite Black, with custom Forgeline 19" GA1R wheels in graphite, this car took a lot of time planning but it was well worth all the time planning and waiting from putting in the order in January, to delivery in early June. AE took my car fairly fresh after I drove it off the dealer lot and in 3 days did a full front Xpel wrap, along with a few extra locations and accents. Additionally, they performed a Gold Package Ceramic Pro application inside and out. I'm not sure how to describe in words "better than new" but if there are words for it, it applies to this car and what the AE team did to it. I'm more than pleased with the results and could never have expected more. This place is not only about great products (Xpel and Ceramic Pro), it's about a great team that obviously really cares and gets extremely excited about what they do. This is really the part that will keep me coming back there. The energy around the place and the love for quality cars and doing a quality job for customers is something that you can't fake; it has to be real, and without question, it's in the air there. I brought my BMW 5-Series m-sport to Automotive Elegance and Will took the time the explain all the different paint protection options to me. I decided on the Xpel Standard Plus, and also went with Will's recommendation for the Suntek window tint. The car came out great, and AE worked closely with Unique Car Care to fully prep it. Unique did an awesome job in removing some scratches from the hood before the Xpel film was applied. The window tint also looks great. Really appreciated the great customer service from these guys. With the cost of paint protection film, I had a lot of questions. When calling to give me a quote, they answered all of my questions and talked about similar vehicles they'd done. When I dropped the car off, Tyler walked me through what they were going to do and again answered my questions on the process. Despite having a busy day that day, my car was done early, and I was again met by Tyler to go over the job they'd done. He reviewed the warranty information and explained how the film would work. They were even kind enough to touch up some existing rock chips before applying it. The best part is you cannot tell at all that the film is on there. I recommend getting the full front wrap - it was pretty much completely invisible on my car. They wrapped the film around the corners so that you don't see any seams. The film failed in one area and the team took it into their own hands to replace all the film and add a few additional spots that were showing wear. I brought my mustang to Automotive Elegance to see their set up and was very impressed. There shop actually looked like they were having a car show ( Ferraris,Porsches,Nissan GTRs,big BMWs). You get the idea a lot of HIGH END automobiles were getting the beauty treatment known as XPEL wrap. I talked to Will F. and Rick N. about the process that they undertake to beautify and protect your car. I took the literature home to read and tried to digest all that they had said and I had seen at their carshop. I finally decided to call and make an appt.for the following week. I dropped my mustang convertible off on Tuesday a.m. and picked the finished product up on Wednesday at noon. The car truly looked better than new and was also protected from the elements. I had the full custom front installed and a rear package rest near the trunk. It's seems easy to just be impressed by the way your car looks but I have to keep remembering that it's also the PPF (paint protection film) that you ultimately paid to have perfectly and artfully installed. This is a team of highly recommended artists that care for your car!! I definitely will be going back to these folks for future detail work.
