You use the kiosk to give it your credit card, order the wash you want. Then you move forward to the tunnel. At that point there are two workers there that will manually soap down spots of your car. When I drove my wife's Santa Fe Sport through her car wash came through awesome. A couple weeks later. I came in with my car. I ran my Rogue through. There were spots on both front windows not cleaned and corners of the tailgate that are concave in shape. I contacted the car wash through their web page and quickly got a call back that I was unable to answer. I also got an email so I responded to that. Showed them a picture of one of my car's missed spots. They seemed very interested in the feedback. They told me they made a change within tunnel and that with my feedback they adjusted some of the angles of things to provide a better wash. That was pretty much the end of the contact. I was pleased that they were willing to look into it and they really did seem genuinely concerned. Although I never asked for a re-wash I was quite surprised that they didn't offer it. Actually disappointed is the better description. The other issue I had was when I ran my wife's car through it came out with a certain pleasant odor which was just the polish product they use I think. I got the same level of wash for my car and there was no smell which makes me wonder if they even did the appropriate wash. I was wondering if the employee on duty just gave me a basic wash by accident. This really put me off. And I may be mistaken but I saw no way to verify that the wash I paid for was the wash I was getting. This was my first experience at this car wash. I'm at the point now that I'm uncertain whether I want to ever use them again. The services seem inconsistent, they miss spots, and don't stand behind their work. The picture I'm attaching to this is just one of the spots that was missed. It's the corner of the window. The horizontal clean drip marks is run off where the car was washed. I've never seen missed spots in a car wash before. ========================== EDIT:I was definitely contacted by the owner after this yelp review and invited to come back. He said he thought I was a regular customer with a subscription and figured I would just run through again. Although if that were the case I would have just gone in a circle right then and there. So regardless of the reason it is clear they do stand behind their work. I'll update the review when I manage to find time to bring the cars there again.

My 2017 R8 Plus and I had a top-notch experience at Automotive Elegance. After reading through many auto-forums, it was clear AE was the place for Automotive Paint Protection. Not having much experience with newer films and coatings, I had many questions. During a phone call, the team at AE walked me through all options, advantages, and disadvantages. They offered insight to help me understand the areas specific to an R8 that are most susceptible to damage. Being an A-personality with a touch of OCD, I followed my phone conversation with a visit in-person. The shop and cars within were impressive, and the AE Team had no issue repeating everything they had already shared over the phone. Once I made the decision to move forward, the professionalism continued with proper scheduling, follow-up calls, and an end-result that is Amazing. I went with a 90% XPEL wrap and full Ceramic Coating; their work is top-notch. It is such a relief driving the R8 now, and not having to worry about every pebble on the road. I have owned high end luxury cars for over 25 years and I'm very meticulous with all my vehicle's inside and out that you would ask do you drive it and that I do 17,000 miles a year. I just got my new 2018 Audi Q5 and less than 300 miles I got a paint chip on the hood needless to say I was completely devastated!!! I thought it would never happen to me but it is a proven fact regardless of how good or careful you are your car on the road you are truly gambling of having an issue. When I contacted Will at Automotive Elegance as upset as I was he truly helped me make the right decisions to protect my investment and wrap it!!! Next, I determined through various sources that Automotive Elegance in Andover, MA is the premier installer with great reviews. Choosing Automotive Elegance was the best decision possible. Will Jeffries, the Sales and Marketing Manager, was my contact. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained to me the various packages and their pricing. I selected a package. However, I wanted several small areas of additional coverage. Will included these additions in the price he had already quoted. When I picked up the vehicle I couldn't believe how well the installation had been done. It was very difficult for me to determine where the seams and edges of the wrap were located. The end result was better than showroom condition. In summary, I highly recommend Automotive Elegance. Their building is spotless and well organized. My wife and I drove from Maine to Massachusetts to have Xpel paint protection film installed on my 2017 Corvette Grand Sport. Will Jeffries greeted us and went over the process in detail. His emphasis was on the quality of service that AE offered. He was very friendly and professional. He even drove us to the hotel we were staying at until the job was finished. They did the "AE Corvette Package" including the rear quarter panels. The car looked amazing when the job was done. The film was applied with such expertise that the only way you can tell it is there is by feeling the edges of the wrap with a fingertip. I would recommend their services to any vehicle lover who desires to keep their vehicle's paint in pristine condition. I will definitely use their services in the future. read more

Also worth mentioning, when I picked my car up, it had pieces of PPF stuck in random spots and hand prints both inside and out, they also scratched up my key fob that was handed to them new. Avoid this place, they act like they're high quality and top tier, but reality is far from that.
