After taking the windshield tint off, I found multiple parallel linear scratches on both sides of the windshield under the tint. It's a new car, so I would have noticed if there were scratches before. See the photo. Omar told me he would call me over the next couple days about fixing the scratches, but he did not. I called to follow up in the next week, and they said I would get a return call later that day. I did not receive any call and have not received any information in the last month. I am very disappointed by the lack of communication.

I was nervous about the process & colors, but they let me take my time and pick whatever I wanted and did an amazing job with the installation. The staff are very friendly, helpful and honest (there are some limitations to wraps, like they last 3-5 years & WS will tell you that up front). She lacked basic professionalism and customer service skills, and repeatedly screened my calls when I tried to speak with the manager. I was told multiple times that the manager was not in and would call me back, but he never did. When I first spoke with the manager, he sounded confident and repeatedly assured me that everything I asked for could be done. Unfortunately, it became clear afterward that he was simply yes-ing me to death. The job ultimately fell far short of what was promised. The vehicle wrap itself is poorly done. There are visible imperfections where areas were not wrapped properly. The interior sections are already peeling, and the area around the third brake light is peeling as well, something that should never happen with a quality wrap, especially given the amount of money I paid upfront. After several failed attempts to resolve these issues and numerous calls to the manager, I finally gave up trying to reach anyone who would take responsibility. I spent a significant amount of money, but did not receive the quality of work or level of service promised. I will be uploading photos to show the condition of the wrap. Beware of this business based on my experience; they do not stand behind their work or their customers.
