"We've been admiring your car for weeks" a neighbor recently told me. Now about 6 weeks after my non-commercial color-change wrap, I still smile whenever I see my beautiful car. Wrap Solutions can make your color dream come true. :) They work with a wide selection of film colors (both 3M & Avery Dennison), including a few color-shift films & prices were competitive with other Boston area places I called. They did a great job with my 2-color wrap (color-shift green-silver on sides and purple metallic on top & hood), which looks seamless, like paint, and gets a lot of attention when I drive it around. I was nervous about the process & colors, but they let me take my time and pick whatever I wanted and did an amazing job with the installation. The staff are very friendly, helpful and honest (there are some limitations to wraps, like they last 3-5 years & WS will tell you that up front). I would definitely use them again when it's time for another wrap. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this business. The front-end customer service was terrible, particularly from the woman who answers the phones. She lacked basic professionalism and customer service skills, and repeatedly screened my calls when I tried to speak with the manager. I was told multiple times that the manager was not in and would call me back, but he never did. When I first spoke with the manager, he sounded confident and repeatedly assured me that everything I asked for could be done. Unfortunately, it became clear afterward that he was simply yes-ing me to death. The job ultimately fell far short of what was promised. The vehicle wrap itself is poorly done. There are visible imperfections where areas were not wrapped properly. The interior sections are already peeling, and the area around the third brake light is peeling as well, something that should never happen with a quality wrap, especially given the amount of money I paid upfront. After several failed attempts to resolve these issues and numerous calls to the manager, I finally gave up trying to reach anyone who would take responsibility. I spent a significant amount of money, but did not receive the quality of work or level of service promised. I will be uploading photos to show the condition of the wrap. Beware of this business based on my experience; they do not stand behind their work or their customers. read more

Jeff did a phenomenal job on new my car for full tint package. Best tint job I've ever had and I've owned over a dozen cars with tint. I wish more people knew they do offer window tint service and their technicians are highly skilled. I love when someone pays close attention to detail, it truly shows. read more

From my first call to them I knew this would be a great experience! Keith was great to work with, very upfront and honest. He wanted to make sure my expectations were realistic, which he then proceeded to exceed in every manner. And Jill was just as fantastic- in fact, she even got my vehicle in early, which meant it was done early. It looks fantastic! The fit and finish reflects a job well done. I would highly recommend Wrap Solutions to anyone looking for a vehicle wrap!!!! read more

The team at Wrap Solutions was wonderful to work with! The startup I work for was looking to have our first delivery van branded. They provided us a starting point and design templates, we had our graphic designer work on it and all we had to do was pass off a file. They got the job done quickly - dropped off on a Friday afternoon and got back Monday evening. The print job and colors are AMAZING and the installation was done to perfection. I would highly recommend Jill and her team!! read more

THE BEST OF THE BEST. No one in the industry can compete with wrap solutions. They have the best design team around, and not to mention the best unbeatable personalities. I am a greatly expanding company every day and they so far have done 2 of my Mercedas sprinter vans with CLEANJOE.COM, And still every day I look at it I fall in love with it, not to mention all the nonstop texts, emails and phone calls we get every day about people raving about our van and how they couldn't miss it driving by. So in my opinion I'm there customer for life and will alway recommend and refer them to every serious person in having the best marketed vehicles around. Thankyou wrap solutions for making my dreams a reality :) read more

We recently used Wrap Solutions for maybe the 3rd or 4th time at the retail store I work at. This week they came in and redid all of our windows and doors and it looks phenomenal! Keith and Jill and their crew are absolute professionals! Exacting in getting all the details right. We went through several revisions in the design phase and they were very accommodating. Moreso, they gave constructive feedback and input as opposed to just going along with what we asked. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough! read more

These guys are awesome! When we were looking to get our foodtruck wrapped and were calling around different companies, Jill was the only one to get back to us quick. Not only is she great but the entire team is! Chris did a great job bringing our desires into realization and we are constantly getting comments about how nice our wrap is. The price is reasonable as well. Trust me on this, look no further. This is the place for you if you want top notch service. read more

I have been looking for a company to wrap my trailer stumbled upon wrap solutions man am I glad I found them! From scheduling an appointment to working with an artist to dropping off and picking up my wrapped trailer these guys were awesome! The staff is awesome, when I drove down there I was greeted by employees working on other projects all very outgoing and helpful! A pleasure to be around. The artist I worked with "chris" was awesome I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and he absolutely knocked it out of the park we actually talked for an hour or so while he drew up a sketch of my trailer. Somehow how he liked working at wrap solutions was brought up and his answer really shows in the atmosphere of this company. He told me if he never has to work at another place for the rest of his life he would be happy. When an employee say somethi g like that about the place they work you know the product your paying for is going to be excellent! Can't recomend wrap solutions enough! Super easy to work with fantastic product and the price was just right! Hire with confidence! read more

Love these guys! Great design, unreal service, and flawless product!

We are so glad we did our new food truck wrap at Wrap Solutions. From the first time we contacted them it was just a pleasure to work with Keith and absolutely perfect customer service. He answered our email within hours (after hours that is!) When we stopped by the next day, he showed us his impeccable shop that is so inspiring, clean and creative. He answered all our questions and gave us the good and not so good feedback about the design we came up with. After Emily changed our messy design into something they could actually use, we received instructions on how to clean up the truck to make sure it was ready for the wrap and would last and look it's best. The whole process only took 3 weeks, mostly due to us having to prepare and clean the truck. We are blown away by the craftsmanship! The truck looks fantastic and we are super excited to drive it and show off our company and his pride in doing a job the right way! read more

Look no further than Wrap Solutions! We just got one of our company delivery vehicles wrapped by them and I am extremely satisfied. A friend of mine originally highly recommended the company to me and once I contacted them I knew I made the right decision. Less than an hour after filling out their online form Keith the owner contacted me to get started. What was most amazing to me was the magic Emily (the designer) worked! Shortly after she had our logo she sent over a proof to us that we LOVED! We didn't have to do anything...Emily did everything right...it was like she read our mind. We wanted to make a few very minor additions to it, which she was very responsive to. The turn-around time of 1 day after dropping off the vehicle was fast and easy. Thanks, Keith, Jill and Emily! We'll be back with another van in the future! read more

Wrap Solutions are amazing. Not only is the quality of work top notch, the customer service is outstanding. Jill, Keith, and Chris went so far above and beyond to help us on a job where unforeseen auto body work was needed last minute before a fixed deadline that was coming up fast. They reached out to associates to make it all happen in time and everything was delivered looking perfect. We're grateful to them and will call them with every wrap job we have in the future. read more

I called 5 or 6 different companies requesting quotes for wrapping my truck, most of them called me back but none as professional and courteous as the people from Wrap Solutions. They invited me over to see the facilities and meet the staff. I only showed them my company's Logo and BAM! They worked their magic. I am very happy I decided to go with them. They were prompt and delivered on time and my truck now looks awesome! I couldn't be happier. read more

I recently had my new Ford Transit Catering van wrapped by Wrap Solutions and I am completely thrilled with the results. Keith, Emily and Jill worked with me to get the design perfect. They made extremely creative suggestions that gave the vehicle instant recognition. In one day, I received more than 100 "likes" on FaceBook by customers that were blown away just seeing the vehicle go by. I've gotten feedback in the way of emails and calls from corporate customers indicating how impressed they were. From beginning design stage to delivery, they took charge of the project, took my suggestions and turned it all around in less than a week. For my business, I have found that there is no more cost effective means of local advertising. I feel that our company logo and message jumps out at you and brings results. Again, Wrap Solutions did a great job and I look forward to using them for additional vehicles. p.s. you can see the vehicle here: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=381329595278722&set=a.381329591945389.86461.122021694542848&type=1&theater Carl Restivo Sammy;s Deli & Catering Burlington, MA read more
