had an extremely disappointing experience with Seaside Graphics (Gloucester, MA). The first time we ordered t-shirts, we received the wrong sizes and the company refused to take responsibility, blaming the manufacturer. Despite this initial issue, we decided to give it a second chance and placed a new order: blue (size L), white (size M) t-shirts and an interior bumper sticker. Unfortunately, once again, we received the wrong sizes, with the shirts having exactly the same measurements, despite different labels. In addition, the sticker they sent was for exterior use, contrary to our request. This time, they at least acknowledged the error (since we sent comparison photos) and asked us to return the white t-shirts. We sent the t-shirts and sticker in February 2025, but instead of refunding the money we paid, the company informed us that their attorney would be in touch. After waiting a month without any response, we called again and were met with extremely rude service, even insulting them. Unfortunately, our experience with Seaside Graphics was marked by errors, lack of commitment, and unacceptable customer service. We do not recommend this company to anyone seeking professional and responsible service. read more

Had a sweatshirt made by them several years ago. Went back 2 years ago and they made the same one for me as the old ones were worn. The man gave me a card with the computer number on it, so when I needed it again they could pull the design up easily. Went in a few days ago and was told the minimum order is now 4 and they wouldn't make me a new one. Way to treat your return customers. I will make sure to discourage others from using your shop. read more

My wife and I have been doing business with Seaside Graphics for many years (bulk printing, digitizing, etc.) and have always been pleased with the quality of their work and their friendly service. Sorry that a few others have had problems (dating back some time). I worry that the many more of us who appreciate them haven't found the time to express our thanks. They are friendly. Competent. Deliver their product on time. And their price is always fair. I am an architect and often large format, color prints on specialty paper. Not everyone can deliver what I need. I tend to ask a lot from them in terms of how quickly and how complex and they never let me down. definitely my go to spot. read more

I just came home from this store and had to write a review because I am completely appalled by their terrible customer service. Everyone involved was condescending. This is a small town store and when I went in to ask to add something extra to an order that had already been placed. (I wanted to know if it could be done) I was treated with disdain and told they had no idea and needed to write up an order. The entire reason I went in rather than calling is because I needed the answer to this question sooner than later. I was told "when the owner comes in I will ask" Obviously this store does not need the business as they are too busy to know who their customers are or find answers to dilemmas in a timely fashion. Just cue up and go on your way. I could have gone to a larger, less expensive printer for this type of treatment. read more

I give this store one star because of the air conditioning there. That was the only redeeming factor of my experience. Otherwise, I was appalled at the customer service as well as the finished product that I received. I first dealt with a young woman who was neither personable nor helpful, continuously rolling her eyes and flatly responding to our questions in a condescending manner. God forbid someone would go into this store with a bit of knowledge and ask questions rather than taking this employee's word for it. After placing our order, we left the store unhappy with the customer service but fairly certain that the finished product would come out well. We were SO very wrong. Our invitations, which were meant to be printed in a black color on card stock paper, were a faded black/almost olive green coloring that was far from our expectations. Additionally, there were white lines on the invitations (which usually indicates a problem with the printer). This same female employee assured us that our original file was poor and that it was our fault that there were lines on the invitations. Upon closer look, we noticed that the lines were on different places on each invitation; therefore, clearly, it was the printer and not our file. Frustrated and in a time crunch, we paid for the invitations and left. We ended up going to Staples where they were able to successfully print out flawless copies. When we returned to the store to show this employee how the invitations should have looked, she softly and smugly responded, "sorry." No offer of reimbursement for our wasted money. When I expressed our disappointment and told her that we would not be returning to her store she simply stated, "Okay." I will certainly let others know of my terrible experience at this store and of the complete lack of quality customer service. Beware and go elsewhere! read more
