I'm just starting out my freelancing business, so it was nice to have the designer, Alex Pinczok, help with the details. As a graphic designer I'd already gotten everything laid out for them on a USB drive (and called in advance) but they basically dropped whatever else was going on in order to get it done within the hour. Everyone there was both friendly and polite for every step of the way. While I was there they even offered some of their own seating*, which I declined, but was a friendly gesture. The print quality of the poster was excellent, with near perfect color accuracy, and lastly they didn't charge a rush fee (which I was fully prepared to accept). *The aspect would be one area for obvious improvement at this location was the interior space: It feels pretty barebones in terms of comfort and presentation, and I was surprised that they haven't leveraged their printing capabilities to bring in a little color into the space. A few poster examples framed on the walls, an interesting banner perhaps, along with a simple but comfortable bench in the front would give a more "established" first impression. That said, it's the quality and service that counts most, and on those counts they are solid.

"I'll give you half off on your next order". This offer was made despite the fact that we had already paid in full in advance for our original order, with an agreed upon proof, that he admitted his shop bungled after the fact. So our option was to order MORE from him, and receive a discount on that order, and nothing was to be done about the incorrect order that we already paid in full for. This man needs a lesson not only in business ethics, but a lesson on how to manage his office in a manner that prevents mass production of incorrect results. If you're reading this, and are still silly enough to use this company, do not fall for the "pre pay discount" they will literally hand you a box of junk, and tell you to screw.

I first came in 10 years ago, where I was introduced to Kyle, the master engineer, and Kym, the master office manager. Kyle has provided top of the line service from our first encounter, and every time I have come in with an issue, whether it was a hardware or software issue, or I needed some accessories. Their service fees are extremely reasonable (less than anywhere else for better service, and less than they should be quite frankly), and you always know exactly what you're getting. Kyle has been an engineer for over 40 years, and he can give you the answer or solution to any problem you have with any electronics, and can fix practically anything. I've returned here dozens of times, for different issues with laptops, computers, external hard drives, videos, internet connection, phones, screens, passwords, and the list goes on. So I'm extremely confident in their ability to help you with absolutely any technological issue, whether you're a beginner or more advanced. Their motto is "Technological Superiority," which can be proven easily. Their office is very clean and orderly, there are no wires out of place, and they provide commercial printing services as well as selling laptops and many accessories. I'm grateful that they have been in Beverly, very convenient location, and I recommend them to anyone in New England. They do provide mobile services and will come to your home or business if the job requires. They are located downstairs now in the old RMV building, so although there is no store front, give them a call or stop by any time you have any questions or concerns. As I said in my first review, it still stands: "High-end customer service and very reasonable pricing. Business done right: with integrity, honesty, and easy-going help."
