After he gave me his quote, I told him, "Okay, I'll get back to you. I have to get my other quotes." His response was, "F*** this. I knew you were wasting my time," and he walked away. I was shocked by the reaction. I had never told him that I was definitely hiring him, and I don't think there is anything unusual about getting more than one estimate before deciding who to hire. Later, after I told him that if he speaks to all of his customers the way he spoke to me I was surprised he gets any business at all, he responded by calling me a "scumbag" and saying he knew I was one from our phone conversation. I can only describe my own experience, but based on the way I was spoken to both in person and afterward by THE OWNER , I would not use this business or recommend it to others. They don't even deserve one star. But there was choice for zero stars

Had unfortunately spilled a gallon of sweetened ice tea on carpeted stairs and called a few…read more companies without any call backs. After waiting a day for the callbacks that never happened, I found this company after reading about the clean green process and pictures of their work. The owner actually answered my call and scheduled an appointment for couple of days later. Got an email upon making the appointment and text reminder that morning that he was on his way. To say that Iyad knows this business is an understatement. Not only did we have him clean those stairs but had him do a wool runner that had wine stains from the past 15 years. That stair runner is actually very light gold color and it looks brand new again. The wool wasn't shrunk nor showed any uneven color afterwards. Was so impressed we had him clean long custom benches covered with a lightly colored Sunbrella fabric that had over a decades worth of body sweat and food stains including salad dressing oil. I had tried to clean it manually but wasn't very effective so I gave up years ago. It was embarrassing to have anyone sit there. We actually feared they were going need to be replaced. Again, everything came out and it looks brand new again. My asthma and eye sensitivities were not triggered which was proof that it was totally green process. No need to open windows or leave house during the application. Areas all completely completely dry within a day. Cost was $380 total. To replace all the items would have been $3,000 easily. Very cost effective vs removing and replacing both runners and bench cushions. Highly recommend this small locally owned company. My only regret was not taking before and after photos. Will be highly recommending this company to all my family, friends and neighbors. Thank you so much!
