Like any good Asian woman I like to get a great bargain and I have no shame in negotiating. I didn't even have to haggle or "negotiate" with Greg, he gave me the best deal off the bat and options for shirts. I was not sure what I would get, if going with a more lower cost meant worse quality. Greg sounded like a trust worthy guy and seemed really into the t-shirt design I sent him. I'm super happy we went with Tully Ink. They gave us a great bargain, beautiful shirts and made our bowling season even sweeter. Greg went out of his way to hand deliver the shirts to me as well. I was working odd hours at my hospital job and he was willing to drive out to my apartment at some unholy hour just to deliver it. Thanks Greg, Thanks Tully Ink. I needed a screen printer for my company's introductory t-shirt line, and I wanted to go with a smaller, local printer with whom I could develop a great working relationship. Greg fit the bill and was so easy to work with! He was responsive to my numerous emails, and when I finally had the chance to meet him to discuss my project, he was knowledgeable about his work and made me feel very comfortable handing over my first batch of t-shirts to him. And let's be serious - I had no time to feel anxious about what the finished product would be like; I met him on a Monday to drop off my shirts to be printed, and they were back in my hands on Wednesday! How did the product look, you ask? Nothing short of perfection! When he opened the box and showed me my newly printed t-shirts, I was absolutely stoked! They were better than I could've hoped for, and I have (too) high expectations. Needless to say, I will be back to Tully Ink once my first line launches and for every line of t-shirts following that!

Avoid this Printhouse at all costs! I had an order of 200 units and roughly half of the order was…read moreunusable. Took it up with claims and they did not want to remedy the situation. 40/40 of the white tees I ordered arrived with the wrong color printed on them. Emulsion took responsibility and said it was there lack of attention to detail that caused the error, they reprinted and did the right thing. It only goes down from here. The lack of attention to detail and carelessness continued when I opened the box of hoodies. The embroidery on the front center was left of center and inconsistent through out the 40 units And I was able to use 5/40. 12/40 were the complete wrong color hoodie, and emulsion blames the distributor ( but how do you not make your customer more aware of this besides in the fine print ?) another 8 or so all had the threads pulling on them on the embroidery. 4 or so had blue die sneered on them that I was unable to remove with standard cleaning products. Chris from emulsion claims office declared that only 8 of the hoodies had issues and would reprint them. Now I'm left with more than 20 hoodies that I can't sell and scammed out of $600 (roughly). Additionally 30/80 crew necks I ordered are misprints and don't have full coverage from the screen printing. haven't heard back from them on this but assuming they'll take no blame once again. Chris is miserable to work with and actually said he didn't know why I was so upset. Maybe because my $4,600 order arrived in the worst condition out of any print shop I've worked with? The day that Alex guaranteed my items would be ready for pickup I had an email at 1pm from a production employee asking me to resend my files of the artwork (even though I had over a month ago and they were approved) safe to say my items weren't ready that day. Don't trust their guarantees on when your items will be ready for pickup or when they will return calls or emails. Scammy and sleezy team and company who takes no pride in their work!

I call again and talk to her, still no estimate. She apologizes, assures me she is working on it and will get it to me asap. Cut to another week. I call again and leave a message asking where is the estimate and could she call me. I get an email back later that day with confirmation on what I was looking for so she could draw up an estimate. I email all details (again) and it's now OVER another week and I have never heard back. No estimate. Thank you for wasting my time; thankfully I saw this coming and engaged with another printer. At this point, I wouldn't let them print a B/W Post-it Note for me. If this is how you treat prospective new clients who you are trying to "win", I can't imagine what the level of service is once you're engaged. They quoted me $50 for a very small job, and the proof they showed me was poor quality; if I wanted to use their higher-quality printers, I wouldn't be able to pick up my prints until a few days later. Since I needed the prints right away, I decided to go to Copytech instead and am so glad that I did. They were able to complete my job within a few hours with 100% better print quality than what I was shown at Kinko's. The entire job ended up costing only $19 too, almost 1/3 of what Kinko's quoted me! Needless to say, I will definitely go to Copytech next time I have anything to print.

QRST'S has pretty good prices, offers digital, silkscreen, and embroidery printing. They except contract printing which many other companies do not allow. Their pretty timely in getting orders done and seem to have a decent staff. However, when it comes to quality their prints do not measure up. Digital are only available in water based ink, and they do not print white ink. Their Silk Screen prints, after just one or two washes tend to fade a bit. Even on dark colored shirts. The staff is pretty friendly staff, but the owner is a bit of a jerk at times. If your just looking to get a few designs printed for cheep, for like a family reunion or something then QRST'S will do. However if your looking for quality prints that will last more then one wash, Find another place. read more

I'm the New England Director of an international non-profit & needed some custom shirts done up in a pinch - to be honest, I really didn't think QRST would be able to handle my request as it was so last minute......However not only was the staff accommodating and professional...but they completed my rush order shirts with time to spare. This is the 2nd year in a row that I have turned to Peter at QRST's Custom Printing to print my son's picture on the back of my marathon shirt. Last year when I picked up my shirt, I realized that I gave him the wrong one! When I contacted him to see if he could do the "right" one for me, he was more than accommodating. Our first visit Peter took us for a "tour" of the place and was so cool to see the different machines and he explained the differences in processes for each, to determine what would suit our needs best. QRSTs is the best! They're always responsive and friendly, and the shirts come out great every time. We regularly place small-ish orders (24-30 shirts), and they definitely have the best price for shirt for small orders like ours. They've even helped arrange free delivery of the shirts, or offered to help me carry down the box to my car if I pick them up. I can't recommend them enough! As a bonus, they're located in the same building as the Taza chocolate factory, so the lobby smells delicious :) read more

I went in to drop off my product, they were so nice and printed it right away. It took ten minutes and the quality was awesome! So I finally took some time to look up local businesses that do custom embroidery and found Graphic Connections. I spoke with the owner Paul in person one evening shortly after they were closed for the day. He was very friendly and insightful to their process for handling custom jobs for their customers including other local businesses. They run two shifts: sales and design by day, printing and embroidery by night. We spoke through some details and fees involved and went from there. Zapporah took care of all the different quotes and questions promptly. Dave handled the design and proofs prior to production. The night crew handled production and a phonecall was received when it was ready for pickup. Turnaround time after the proofs was really quick! Moment of truth was when I finally picked up the end product - a few aprons embroidered with logos as a gift to another local small business. They were beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. As it turns out, NE Design had one of the best prices and their shop happened to be located within walking distance from work, so we decided to place an order. When I received the first sample for approval, I'll admit I was a bit skeptical and took it home that night to wash and dry it, just to see if the graphics would last. The shirt came out looking exactly the same! Maria accommodated our various requests and last-minute adjustments, and was helpful in offering different options based on our needs. My overall experience with Marc and the Silk Screen staff has been very positive and professional. They have rushed orders for me only days before an event without charging me an arm and a leg to expedite. Marc and staff are consistently friendly and helpful, over the phone and in person. Despite a roster of more important clients (like Fenway Park), Marc has always personally assisted with my orders, making sure they meet Silk Screen's high standards for excellent quality merchandise.

I had to get a bag monogrammed in a hurry for a gift, and even…read morethough they were still in the process of moving locations and hadn't officially opened yet, they happily welcomed me to come on by and drop it off! The husband and wife team who run the shop are very friendly, and the quality of the embroidery was great. They even got it done the same day (even faster than I needed it!) and didn't charge me a rush fee! Highly recommended.
