I called 5 places in the area and every place said that it would take 10-15 days no exceptions due to the technical and material aspect. Chris at Emulsion Printhouse was a life saver. As soon as he answered the phone it was a positive and attractive conversation. He informed me that they're production warehouse is in CT but if I overnighted the shirt he would get it done within a couple hours and overnight it back to me as I need it today, Friday, which it just arrived. (Thanks so much Chris)!!!!!! They usually ship back ground UPS but as this is for my boss I sent him a return express UPS label and he took care of the rest. I can't believe he was so easy going and efficient and all the other competitors wouldn't take one this project at all. It goes to show you how small businesses want to excel and work hard in order to please their customers! Thanks again Chris, I'll be sure to call you guys 1st next time!

I found Framers Workshop online ...They not only do professional framing they also provide the materials , workspace and professional instructors to guide you through the process of framing your own work !!!!! What a great idea ...They have many amazing frames that you can pick from on site , as well as matting in all colors that can be cut to size while you wait....The team members manning the counters were very helpful in the process .. in no time at all I had my supplies and with help from staff ( a lot of help ) in the workshop I was out in record time with a beautiful framed piece of memorabilia for my son's 40 th surprise birthday party....I was under a lot of pressure as this was a special gift there was no room for error But I can't wait to go back to try this again when I'm more relaxed !!!! However, the owners have now split and I have to say that I'm not happy with the remaining owner. She is unknowledgeable in a lot of merchandise knowledge - I was frustrated when asking her how much product would cost - and she often disregarded my color or placement requests for embroidered logos. I remember I once had a piece embroidered, picked out the thread, and when I went to pick it up, it was totally wrong!! I mean, details are kind of important, don't you think?! Bottom line: between the crappy customer service, general lack of business knowledge, and so-so quality, I'd save your frustration (and money) and go somewhere else.

Our local pet grooming business has used Straight Stitch for all of our custom clothing needs/wants…read moreover the past year and a half. Gary was able to take our custom designed fonts and logos and match them perfectly to create screen printed t-shirts and hoodies in a variety of different colors and styles. We then decided to have jackets made with our logos embroidered. Gary took the time to sit down with us, listen to what it was we were looking for, discuss different options, send us proofs/samples to make sure it was exactly what we wanted before putting it on our clothing, and then created beautifully embroidered jackets that met all of our expectations. We did a good amount of research into screen printing and embroidery places before choosing where to have our stuff done. Straight Stitch has the highest quality product, in the quickest turnaround time, for completely reasonable prices. We will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone!
