We've now returned to do some drop in pottery painting…read more The rate is the studio fee and whatever product you select to paint - example, the duck I painted was $10. You pay after painting. It was $34 for me and my daughter with both of us painting $10 pieces. It takes about a week for the pieces to be fired and the store will call you when they're ready. My 6 year old daughter and I had a lovely time painting today. They have extended hours for February school vacation week.

I'm furious with my experience at this place. If I could give zero stars, I would. I came here with…read moremy family, and right off the bat, we were surprised to find out there was an entry fee. Absolutely ridiculous, especially considering we hadn't even chosen what we were going to paint yet. We told the employee it was our first time here, and she said she would walk us through everything before we started, which she did. She explained how much paint to use, whether it stains, which colors would show through lighter or darker colors, and even advised us to start with less paint and add more as we went so we wouldn't waste any. She explained everything about the painting process EXCEPT the most important detail: the turnaround time would be over a month. That is something customers should be made aware of BEFORE paying and spending their time painting. It has now been a month since we painted our pottery. We've called three separate times to ask about our pieces, and we've received a different answer every single time. The lack of communication and consistency is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Had we known it would take this long, we could have made a more informed decision about whether we wanted to spend our money here. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place based on how poorly the process has been communicated and handled.
