Like any good Asian woman I like to get a great bargain and I have no shame in negotiating. I didn't even have to haggle or "negotiate" with Greg, he gave me the best deal off the bat and options for shirts. I was not sure what I would get, if going with a more lower cost meant worse quality. Greg sounded like a trust worthy guy and seemed really into the t-shirt design I sent him. I'm super happy we went with Tully Ink. They gave us a great bargain, beautiful shirts and made our bowling season even sweeter. Greg went out of his way to hand deliver the shirts to me as well. I was working odd hours at my hospital job and he was willing to drive out to my apartment at some unholy hour just to deliver it. Thanks Greg, Thanks Tully Ink. If you need shirts or any printing done, shoot Greg an email... you'll be super happy!

Tully Ink is absolutely incredible! I came across Greg's business here on good ol' Yelp, and it was…read morea no brainer that, with all the phenomenal reviews, Tully Ink was well worth the shot. I needed a screen printer for my company's introductory t-shirt line, and I wanted to go with a smaller, local printer with whom I could develop a great working relationship. Greg fit the bill and was so easy to work with! He was responsive to my numerous emails, and when I finally had the chance to meet him to discuss my project, he was knowledgeable about his work and made me feel very comfortable handing over my first batch of t-shirts to him. And let's be serious - I had no time to feel anxious about what the finished product would be like; I met him on a Monday to drop off my shirts to be printed, and they were back in my hands on Wednesday! How did the product look, you ask? Nothing short of perfection! When he opened the box and showed me my newly printed t-shirts, I was absolutely stoked! They were better than I could've hoped for, and I have (too) high expectations. Needless to say, I will be back to Tully Ink once my first line launches and for every line of t-shirts following that!

Avoid this Printhouse at all costs! I had an order of 200 units and roughly half of the order was…read moreunusable. Took it up with claims and they did not want to remedy the situation. 40/40 of the white tees I ordered arrived with the wrong color printed on them. Emulsion took responsibility and said it was there lack of attention to detail that caused the error, they reprinted and did the right thing. It only goes down from here. The lack of attention to detail and carelessness continued when I opened the box of hoodies. The embroidery on the front center was left of center and inconsistent through out the 40 units And I was able to use 5/40. 12/40 were the complete wrong color hoodie, and emulsion blames the distributor ( but how do you not make your customer more aware of this besides in the fine print ?) another 8 or so all had the threads pulling on them on the embroidery. 4 or so had blue die sneered on them that I was unable to remove with standard cleaning products. Chris from emulsion claims office declared that only 8 of the hoodies had issues and would reprint them. Now I'm left with more than 20 hoodies that I can't sell and scammed out of $600 (roughly). Additionally 30/80 crew necks I ordered are misprints and don't have full coverage from the screen printing. haven't heard back from them on this but assuming they'll take no blame once again. Chris is miserable to work with and actually said he didn't know why I was so upset. Maybe because my $4,600 order arrived in the worst condition out of any print shop I've worked with? The day that Alex guaranteed my items would be ready for pickup I had an email at 1pm from a production employee asking me to resend my files of the artwork (even though I had over a month ago and they were approved) safe to say my items weren't ready that day. Don't trust their guarantees on when your items will be ready for pickup or when they will return calls or emails. Scammy and sleezy team and company who takes no pride in their work!
