When there was a change with a name or a last minute addition Rockland Athletics immediately would respond giving an ETA when they would be available. They were always so helpful and their attention to detail , professionalism and getting it right was their 1st priority. This made my job of dispersing the jackets easy. If I made a mistake they were forgiving and nice instead of having a blaming attitude. I was happy to be able to support this small business and hope others will too.

However, the owners have now split and I have to say that I'm not happy with the remaining owner. She is unknowledgeable in a lot of merchandise knowledge - I was frustrated when asking her how much product would cost - and she often disregarded my color or placement requests for embroidered logos. I remember I once had a piece embroidered, picked out the thread, and when I went to pick it up, it was totally wrong!! I mean, details are kind of important, don't you think?! Bottom line: between the crappy customer service, general lack of business knowledge, and so-so quality, I'd save your frustration (and money) and go somewhere else.
