These guys are the best. Save yourself a lot of time and wasted energy when it comes to finding a company for your screen printing needs by calling Emulsion first. As a small apparel start-up in the Boston area, we've printed close to thirty designs on various t-shirts and hoodies with these guys. Emulsion has also provided us embroidery options via a local partnership. Their overall body of work has been excellent for us (including designing artwork, distressed screen prints, interior screen tags, plus some digital screens). Dave has been a great resource in terms of actual design work, coordinating orders and navigating the wholesale apparel industry. He provides quick and reliable customer support and goes above and beyond in terms of getting stuff done. Chris has been phenomenal on the screen printing side of things. While not our main contact, we feel comfortable going to him directly with any printing questions or concerns. In an industry where it can be a real challenge to find dedicated, knowledgeable, and quality work we highly recommend Emulsion Printhouse. read more

Emulsion Printhouse is amazing! There are people who do business and then there is the team of Emulsion Printhouse who go above and beyond to help their customers. We decided to do a t-shirt fundraiser for Project Stree: a nonprofit organization, and they made the process so easy. I'm pretty sure I asked way too many stupid questions but despite that, they would aways give a prompt reply. Not only will they help you place the order but they are also very talented and knowledgeable. They will guide you to make sure your shirts turn out the best. The process couldn't have been easier and quicker. I received the shirts in less than a week and they were absolutely amazing. We raised around a $1,000 with these shirts. Thank you Christopher! We will definitely be working with you guys in the future. read more

We came to Emulsion Printing with a large order of about 250 items with a turnaround time of a week. We worked directly with Dave from beginning to end and we are so glad that we did! He was so accommodating and patient with us as we made final decisions on placement and designs. He personally when out of his way to ensure that we had our merch on time and by our show deadline. The order of sweatshirts and t shirts, all with different designs, came out wonderfully and we couldn't be more happy with the services that we received at Emulsion. We couldn't thank them enough! We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a great service and friendly staff who are ready to help you out every step of the way. Estuary Artists Inc. We were very happy with our choice to use Emulsion for our printing. We had a rather sizable long sleeve order for this run and it couldn't have gone any more smoothly. Communication was excellent from the start, and the print quality was very high. Our graphics have very thin lines in them which have proven difficult for printers in the past. Fortunately, all of our designs came out great this time. I've had the responsibility to order shirts and hoodies many times over the last few years, and this was one of the best experiences I've had. This was our first time using Emulsion and the helpfulness we received from their team was above and beyond. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future. read more

I had such a wonderful experience working with Emulsion! I work at Brigham and Women's Hospital and had the task of ordering t-shirts for 100 students in preparation of a summer event my department would be hosting. This was something I knew nothing about, but after finding out about Emulsion online they made the project so easy! I initially emailed them explaining what I needed and a photo of our logo and received a response that very day with great ideas about colors/style/price. Superb customer service, painless process, and the shirts came out great (the students were psyched). What started out as an intimidating task turned out to be a piece of cake - Dave and Chris took care of everything :) read more

Could not ask for a better place to get shirts from. The first time I ordered from them, Dave updated the invoice multiple times after I messed up, even after I had already paid, something that a place like CustomInk would never do. All I needed to do was send over a PDF of the artwork and they did the rest. I'm a broke college kid and the prices were unbeatable, better than anything else I found online. They also have a huge variety of options if you wanted to up the quality of the shirts. Easily the best part of Emulsion though is the turnaround time. Without even specifying a rush order, the shirts came in two days and looked phenomenal. Would highly recommend to anyone getting custom shirts made. read more

We reached out to Emulsion as a potential supplier of shirts for a Stonehill College class project. We were connected with Dave and have to say he has been fantastic to work with. We are first time tee shirt designers and are very new to the entire process, sending Dave countless emails with different requests and ideas. Dave and his team were professional, helpful, and hugely responsive through the entire process. We placed our order on a Friday and had the shirts delivered on the following Tuesday. The final product exceeded all of our expectations! We are thankful for the assistance from Emulsion Printhouse and are exploring our next order with them now. read more

We were in a bind and needed shirts done ASAP. After several google attempts I thought we weren't going to be able to get the shirts done before the deadline. Luckily, I stumbled across Emulsion on Yelp. They were close by and had good reviews so gave it a shot. Dave was friendly, and clear on what he could deliver. They even did rush orders and frankly saved the day. They arrived when they said they would and were able to replicate the graphics we needed on the shirts perfectly! Quick turn around, easy to work with, great designers- what more could you ask for? Thanks Dave! :) read more

Emulsion helped me to get a bunch of printed Hoodies & Tees for my Youth Group in a hurry and treated me like I was their #1 client. I have used them multiple times since because they do whatever it takes to get your job done, big or small, and you can speak directly to the owner who makes sure your job gets done right. If you need Tee shirts, Hoodies or any screen-printed apparel, go to Emulsion and you will be glad you did. 5 STARS! read more

We found these guys from the awesome t-shirts they did for the Boston Cyclists Union. Even though our order was relatively small (~100 shirts), they gave us first class attention each step of the way. From helping us with the design, to printing our shirts, they were always ready to help and answer any questions I had. The end result was just as great. Everyone at work loved their shirts! I can't recommend these guys highly enough! read more

Emulsion did a small batch order for me on short notice, and I couldn't have been happier with the service or the quality of the product. I emailed them Monday morning; by Wednesday afternoon I had my shirts. Plus, they didn't charge me a rush fee, even though I offered to pay one. The communication and service was great the whole way through - both profession and very friendly. Finally, the shirts looked amazing! read more

Put in a rush order on Tuesday morning. Chris worked with me via email all day to get everything just right (as we changed our mind on sizes, styles... etc.). He was extremely responsive, professional and friendly. We received our tees on Thursday afternoon, and they look great! Excellent quality (Bella 6004 and Canvas 3001), great looking print, couldn't be more pleased. read more

The team at Emulsion is incredibly helpful and they really go the extra mile for their customers! They not only did an amazing job on our shirts, but they also helped recreate our logo when all we had was a business card and no files. It is refreshing to work with a business that actually cares, and I would recommend them to anyone in the future. You are in good hands! read more

From the very beginning, Emulsion was super response and very helpful. I had shirts printed in order to sell for fundraising for the upcoming Boston Marathon/ Dana Farber Marathon Team. Knowing this, they waived a few costs which helped out immensely in the end. The quality of the shirts are second to none! They came out amazing. Highly recommended!!!! Thanks again Dave. read more
