There's just something to embroidery and the way it encapsulates the beauty of a logo on fabric. I am often quite satisfied with just a printed logo until seeing a well embroidered logo on someone else's apron for example. That material lustful covetousness that follows after...sighs. So I finally took some time to look up local businesses that do custom embroidery and found Graphic Connections. I spoke with the owner Paul in person one evening shortly after they were closed for the day. He was very friendly and insightful to their process for handling custom jobs for their customers including other local businesses. They run two shifts: sales and design by day, printing and embroidery by night. We spoke through some details and fees involved and went from there. Zapporah took care of all the different quotes and questions promptly. Dave handled the design and proofs prior to production. The night crew handled production and a phonecall was received when it was ready for pickup. Turnaround time after the proofs was really quick! Moment of truth was when I finally picked up the end product - a few aprons embroidered with logos as a gift to another local small business. They were beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. I can't be any happier and look forward to working with them again in the future! Definitely recommend!!! read more

Genesis & the entire team were so so helpful and accommodating with my extremely inconvenient and timely request. They were the only embroidery shop in Boston willing to accommodate my request on such a short notice (right before closing at that!) and were very kind and helpful while doing so. I'm looking forward to using their services in the future with my small business & will recommend to people going forward. read more

I worked with them to embroider names on Christmas stockings and they did a beautiful job. I got to choose the thread, font, size, position, and they were great about sharing proofs for me to approve before embroidering. The staff was super nice and accommodating. read more

My wife reached out to Graphic Connections looking for low cost tote bags for our daughter's 5th grade graduation class to decorate. She got a quick and very helpful response. Graphic Connections could have made a quick easy buck but they took the time to understand the job and found a tote bag that is perfect for decorating and fits the PTO budget. My daughter has been 'testing out' a bag and markers before the school decorates tomorrow and I am so impressed by the quality! Paul and everyone at Graphic Connections are amazing, THANK YOU!!! read more

There is no better place in the Greater Boston area to have silk-screening or embroidery done. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to ensure your satisfactions. Their end-product is perfect! Half of my company employees approx. 250 full time and seasonal employees working in a high-stress environment that requires Hi-Viz (Cold weather) apparel that clearly states your organizational affiliation at all times. Graphic Connections has more than once met a seemingly impossible deadline and saved my procrastinating bacon! The other half of my company employees approx. 100 fulltime equipment operators that also require Hi-Viz apparel while working in various Cities and Towns across the Commonwealth, including Boston. The quality is out of this world! The t-shirts get destroyed from heavy use, but the silk-screening always remains intact throughout the abuse. As a desk jockey, I wear polos and button ups with our multi-colored, company logo embordered on the left chest. They are comfortable, durable and of the highest quality. There's no itching or scratchiness to the stitching and, again, as a desk jockey, they last for years! I give Graphic Connections 5 Stars across the board! If I could give them 10, I would! If you're in the market for personalized apparel, look no further than Graphic Connections of Watertown. They will NOT let you down! read more

I needed a super quick turnaround on a fairly large sized order of varying items for a video/photoshoot. I was recommended Graphic Connections and they were fantastic. Not only did they make recommendations on products and how to best execute the embroidery/printing they got everything executed AHEAD of an already tight schedule. Products turned out great - highly recommend. read more

I went to Graphic Connections for some T-shirts with custom designs for gag gifts that I handed out at my retirement party. What drew me in was the window display they have out in front of their store. I went in and felt welcomed and dealt with Jenna Tarabelsi. Jenna reviewed pricing and made suggestions. The finished T-shirts and sweatshirts came out excellent and I was able to meet the owner Paul DerBoghosian who was very nice and welcoming. Most importantly is I looked both on-line and shopped around making calls prior to coming to this shop. The pricing is very reasonable and the best thing is their turnaround time. Most places were three weeks minimum and at Graphic Connections I got back my items in less than two weeks. Way to go Graphic Connections! Keep up the great work! read more

Excellent job. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came with a bunch of puffy jackets thinking I needed screen printing. They helped me understand that embroidery was a better option, helped adapt my logo and even select the right color thread. The team was super responsive through the whole process and got the job done in less than a week at a very reasonable price. I will be back for more! read more

I needed 6 Turkish towels embroidered for an event. I went to the Watertown location with my items and they helped me pick the perfect thread color and font. Terrible service we had send a sweatshirt to get custom embroidery done and we paid the extra 25 for the fast pace they guaranteed which wasnt bad until we received the sweatshirt with an oil stain which they blamed it on us when we kept it in bag we ordered it with. And to top it off it came unfinished,we then sent it back they told us they could get it done fast however it has been a more than a month and they are telling us it is being processed right now and I called last week and they said it was already being processed and it still isnt ready, don't recommend it at all! read more

I wrote in to ask for the price of an extra-large black t-shirt with three white words on it. The price quoted was $90. A rush job would be an additional $50. Unless the shirt is made from vicuña and stitched with platinum thread and can do my taxes, something's not quite right. read more

Save yourself the money and the time and do not go into this store. They treat customers like dirt. They have no respect for their patrons. If you are lucky enough to get your order you can expect it to take very long time and you will need to do constant follow up in order to receive it. David and Paul are there to line their pockets with money have the customer service ability of an angry cab drivers who has just had someone run out on the fare. Excellent service! I called them up for a last minute need and they told me to come in the next day and they would take care of it. I met the owner, super nice, and we sat down to pick out the font and colors for some embroidery. Extremely affordable pricing and quick turn around! I needed a Watertown t shirt to run a marathon in a different city and this place delivered when no-one else could. I called and the voice at the other end couldn't have been more helpful. Right down to checking they had the right size before I showed up to purchase. read more

Graphic Connections completed a rush order for me custom printing a dozen t-shirts. I cannot say enough good things about them. First, the service was super -- great advice on design, color, and shirt selection; great communication; and they did what they said they'd do / when they said they'd do it. The shirts are great - print job perfect. All this on a rush / tight deadline, just before the Thanksgiving holiday. I have a really large order coming up - a few hundred shirts - and am now totally confident that they will do a great job. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! After they printed 45 shirts for us which was not cheap, they wanted $115.00 to reprint a logo and name on ONE shirt for a six year girl whose name was mis-printed. And like Jared G's review - something is not quite right!!! The WORSE experience ever!!!! read more
