However, the owners have now split and I have to say that I'm not happy with the remaining owner. She is unknowledgeable in a lot of merchandise knowledge - I was frustrated when asking her how much product would cost - and she often disregarded my color or placement requests for embroidered logos. I remember I once had a piece embroidered, picked out the thread, and when I went to pick it up, it was totally wrong!! I mean, details are kind of important, don't you think?! Bottom line: between the crappy customer service, general lack of business knowledge, and so-so quality, I'd save your frustration (and money) and go somewhere else.
