He received my design on a Wednesday morning, and had the t-shirts done by noon Thursday without breaking a sweat. The price was reasonable, and they looked GREAT. Additionally when we received our product, the transfer that they had done all the transfers had fuzz and lint stuck within the image. They said that it's "part of the material" which it's not... it's your poor quality control for not just doing the extra step in lint rolling the garnet before applying the transfer over. Even another customer standing next to me said he saw all the lint within the image of the shirt. One of the shirts the transfer you could see the image is folded over... I could've easily just saved my time and done it with a circuit machine. The crazy thing for the mistakes they made on their end. They will not refund you because there's nothing they can do on their end for that. If you wanted them to fix this. They would peel the transfer off the same shirt and reapply over it. If anyone is smart enough knows that this CAN NOT be done since it already ruins the garment itself. For someone who has been doing this for 11 years, it's sad for the quality of work that you produce as well as the way you treat your customers.

Nicole is the first to tell me that we would be better off ordering directly through a vendor, or if there is a better, cheaper option elsewhere. They have matches prices we have received from other vendors, and are all around trustworthy and helpful. Not to mention: fast. At some points we have ordered a product we weren't happy with (one in particular: we ordered camera covers for our office laptops and they weren't sticky enough) and Nicole got us a full refund. Awesome. Aside from that, we've ordered thousands of notebooks, water bottles, pens, and sunglasses. They are all wonderful, and we are very happy customers.

We were looking for a new printer and while this project was somewhat small, we do a fair amount of printing for clients and I was hoping Alpha would be our new resource. She assured me our printing project would not be a problem and said she'd send an estimate based on our very specific conversation and order details. Cut to a week later. I call again and talk to her, still no estimate. She apologizes, assures me she is working on it and will get it to me asap. Cut to another week. I call again and leave a message asking where is the estimate and could she call me. I get an email back later that day with confirmation on what I was looking for so she could draw up an estimate. I email all details (again) and it's now OVER another week and I have never heard back. No estimate. Thank you for wasting my time; thankfully I saw this coming and engaged with another printer. At this point, I wouldn't let them print a B/W Post-it Note for me. If this is how you treat prospective new clients who you are trying to "win", I can't imagine what the level of service is once you're engaged. Sadly, I have no idea what these high reviews are talking about!
