Before asking us and we were in line about 10 minutes. Why the preference is beyond me. Needless to say they got their passport photos done before we did despite being here 1st. That's weird, that's suspicious. To make matters worse the whole time we stood in line no one asked us if we needed anything at all. Thanks Roberto, wish you treated us as nicely as the woman ahead of us where you told her she's lucky she got you. You were pretty smitten with a certain demographic. Give all your customers the same level of respect. You even treated the Hispanic woman ahead of us getting balloons with a condescending attitude. I walked out, after taking someone else ahead of us. They gril kept asking to get the photo retake and they kept doing it. No tact

The parking garage/lot is fairly small and looks like it's connected to an office park. I arrived around 7PM so the store was relatively quiet. There were two people at the packaging center and one of them was very helpful in helping me select the right size envelop and attaching the label to send out my jacket and other package!

" Beyond Horrific Experience Today" The fed ex-worker…read moreDestiny should be called uneducated nightmare. My experience at this location was beyond horrific . I had to put a one star; in order; to be able to produce this review. This experience goes down in the books . To one ;of the worst business experiences ; I have had ; while conducting business. My boss called me today on a Sunday at about 4:45pm . Stating ; he was dropping off; some documents for me to fed ex . The amount of documents was about 14 to 15 . The fed-ex location closes at 6:00 pm; it was already 4:45pm . I thought to go get some fed ex; envelopes; to just put them in ; the envelopes ;when my boss arrived ; then just run over to fed ex ; because I live so close. I went for this as a strategy; because; It was so close to closing. I live close; to this particular location . There is a sales associate here; that is Afro American; that always has an attitude problem or chip on her shoulder while providing service . I am also of African American decent as well as Hispanic . I am of a mixed race. I know all too well ; if anything is ever said about this behavior she will turn it into a race thing . I just want to go in and out of this location and conduct business. So I approach this woman very cautiously; always; to not activate the chip on her shoulder . Today when I asked for envelopes ;she said with an attitude and chip on her shoulder "no "; with the biggest attitude. That the limit; is five. That she had no more envelopes. When I could clearly see over 1,000 envelopes behind the counter. She also started laughing and making comments to another coworker destiny that was working today . I felt intimidated and ganged up upon. Only because I had asked for extra envelopes; it was such; uneducated nonsense that made no sense ; their behavior . I was just asking for fed-ex envelopes. Then of course ; they; said I was being a racist; because I question something they said . I said how can I be a racist ;when I am of the same race as you . These women were very difficult, unfriendly and rude people; to deal with. I am paying for a service . Yet they are getting paid; to act like this; to a customer. I felt so sad. It had to turn into this because; I had asked for some fed ex envelopes to conduct business. I still can't believe this childish uneducated behavior by these women . Then when I questioned it ; they call me of the same race as them ; a racist . I called the fed ex customer service hotline and left a message; with the manager on duty today for the store manager . I hope this is dealt with correctly because this behavior is unacceptable. I mean I know these people might not be happy with their employment or a personal situation however they should not bring these problems into their place of employment. I am just an America citizen trying to conduct business.

I can understand why this PO has such low reviews ... based on my first experiences at this…read morelocation a year ago ... which were slow and unfriendly memories. However, recentlyyyyy I've been to this location twice, and it's been a really pleasant experience ... even with it being around the holidays. Both times, I've had "Anan" (I think that's his name ... so sorry if it's not.), and THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!! Not only is he assertive and efficient, he's also really friendly and ... happy with everyone. Not characteristics you often see from PO employees ... sadly. Both times, I've come in with 10+ packages to mail out, and both times, he's helped me with a smile on his face and with friendly conversation. Such a relief ... since honestly ... I got anxious having to take so many packages to be mailed. Didn't know if I would be met with visible annoyance and a rude attitude, but ... pleasantly and surprisingly, I was not. He brightened my day both days. Regarding "value" or this place ... it's a PO. Do I think prices are higher than they were before? Sure. Is there anything that can be done about it? I don't think so. Just glad that we still have mail delivery.

This building with couple dentist offices has people coming in and out all afternoon. Why was there no attempted delivery slip left? Isn't the real truth the carrier just wanted to work a half day and go home?!

Flash Print has often surprised and delighted me-- going above and beyond my expectations and even…read moremy hopes. A few months ago, for example, I brought in a foam core poster board to ask IF they could cut some small amount off each side...the only shop that had told me they could definitely do the job was quite some distance away. The Flash Print tech on duty kindly said she believed she could do the work, since the poster was not too thick/dense-- and she did! Which saved me *hours* of traveling that day. Another time, I brought in a page or two to be copied-- and was not charged, even though another kindly staff person did all the work-- not me. And once, FlashPrint was the only copy center open when I needed some copies made. ...Also, each time I've gone in (even when Halloween was not in sight), there's been a bowl of bite-sized treats for customers to take one free: a sweet treat for completing some bothersome task, so I've felt happily *rewarded* for being productive, too, on leaving their shop...in fact, my tummy always leaps for joy, in anticipation, as I've headed down the stairs and seen the bowl of treats awaiting me. So Thanks again for EVERYTHING, Flash Print!
