CRG handles an annual printing job for us - a program book for our high school football team - and each year the service and responsiveness we get is outstanding. The printing quality is great, and the turnaround time is incredible. As volunteers, we are not experts at design or book production, but CRG always makes the finished product look impressive. This year in particular, we were late with our final pages, and Craig made sure to have the books printed and bound for our first home game. We truly appreciate such a supportive business! read more

If you own a business and need a sign made, this is the place. I had a list of twelve sign makers in metro Boston given to me by the state agency that gives businesses grants to beautify their store front. I called all of them. Three responded. One said he would show up and never did. He was the closest geographically. Craig from Reprographics came by the next day while being the farthest. He communicated clearly and promptly. He took take of every aspect of it including the design and artwork. We waited a few months for the funding grant from the state. But when all was approved Craig had the sign made and installed in the quick time frame that he gave me. It's a beautiful custom made lighted sign that everyone in the area is raving about. I cannot be more pleased. They are the best in my opinion. I recommend them highly! Check out the picture of our sign above! Ashmont Cleaners. read more

I could not agree more with the other reviews! Cambridge Reprographics is super fast, high quality, and easy to deal with, which is almost impossible in the printing world. Brad Vifquain is incredibly accommodating and turns things around on a dime without ever breaking a sweat. And they are a union shop, which makes me feel good about working with them too! Not sure how they do it, but they seem to have some sort of zen thing going. Even when they were in the midst of remodeling they were still able to keep everything straight! read more

I had a custom t-shirt made here and from the moment I contacted them I was met with friendly and outstanding customer service. The t-shirt itself was excellent quality. I highly recommend Cambridge Reprographics!! read more

This is the absolute BEST PRINTING COMPANY in the world. I have been working with them for 4 years now and they are by far the most efficient, cost conscious, talent group of people. The quality is superb for their price and their team is just a joy to work with. Everyone I speak to is amazing but I need to give out the biggest shout out to BRAD. He is famous with our team for his dedication, quick responses, positive attitude and humor. He is a wonderful person and I just love working with him on my projects!! One time they drove a job to me from Boston to NYC for me when I was in a bind, now who else would really do that?! Only the beat printing company in the world! read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I use them every time I need something printed for work and their quality and customer service is unmatched. Craig Murphy has helped me multiple times and he has a high attention to detail, is a super sweet guy and you can tell he loves what he does. Recently, I came to CRG with a print job and overlooked a typo in the layout. Distraught, I called Craig and tried to figure out different ways to rectify the error. Craig was a cool as a cucumber and even offered to absorb some of the cost. I was floored and eternally grateful. We got the prints back in record time and were able to stay on schedule for our mailing. Forever impressed. read more

Great shop! Provided me with phenomenal accommodations and hospitality like their from the south. Thank you for the great service!!

Craig and team were absolutely incredible. They were so nice and accommodating. No attitudes or egos here. This was my first time working in Boston and he came highly recommended to bust out our graphics on a short deadline. He knows the commercial/TV business and understood our crazy deadlines and last minute changes. End product was exactly what we asked for and packaged great. He was quick with a quote and the price was competitive. He even delivered to my hotel when I ran out of time to pick up. read more

I have been using Naomi Kahn for 20 years to do our signs and she is a wonderful designer and easy person to work with.

really nice staff! I wanted to peint two pages, and the staff give it to us for free!

I haven't been in Boston long enough to know all the printing service shops, but what I do know is that this one is definitely great! They are extremely knowledgeable with everything you could possible ask for, be it small or large scale. The quality is amazing, the prices are within budget, and the staff is wonderful. They are also very fast!!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone with any type of job, they can handle it with profession and care! read more

So far I've only gone here for work but it couldn't have been a better, faster, easier experience! I was expecting a long drawn out process but I was in and out before I knew it. The service is friendly and they know exactly what you need even when you have no idea. I will use them in the future not just for work but anything else I need printed. read more

A couple of months ago, I would've given this place 5 stars. Jeff is a great sales rep, he is kind and efficient with his work. I recently had a bad experience dealing with Naomi. When I first spoke to her over the phone she sounded like I disturbed her or she hates her job. At first , I thought maybe "Eh she is having a bad day." But the next couple of times I did speak with her it stayed the same. She quoted me a different price originally and then added extra fees. Luckily, Jeff was able to save the day. Otherwise I would've taken my business elsewhere. The company overall, designs and prints everything in a timely manner at affordable prices and great quality. read more

Do not use this company. The service was awful and I even heard the owner in the back office being extremely rude to whomever he speaking to on the phone. It did not give me a good vibe. I would not go with a company who speaks to people as he did. I went with Flashprint and they were fantastic! read more
