I first contacted Gamit on 12/6/2010 requesting our sign. NINE MONTHS later, he continues to tell both myself and our landlord "Yea, we'll get that done today". We've been told this at least 10 times in the last 6 months and it still is not done. While it may not be a $5000 sign, it's still local business that Mark does not care about and evidently isn't worried about the resulting reputation resulting from such unfulfilled promises and poor service. I guess the joke is on us....

I was finally able to give them my deposit in October and then after getting them my design I was told I would have my sign by Christmas. Two months later Christmas passes and no sign. My wife calls and they say they are busy and it will be up by new years. New years passes and no sign. A week later I get my sign and they just leave without taking any payment which they were supposed to collect. My wife calls to discuss our displeasure with the service and she is yelled at and told that it is our fault that the sign took a while and that they were busy and basically blamed everyone but themselves. I hope people take this as a warning not to use these unprofessional people and go with a company that cares about service and not just results.
