She lacked basic professionalism and customer service skills, and repeatedly screened my calls when I tried to speak with the manager. I was told multiple times that the manager was not in and would call me back, but he never did. When I first spoke with the manager, he sounded confident and repeatedly assured me that everything I asked for could be done. Unfortunately, it became clear afterward that he was simply yes-ing me to death. The job ultimately fell far short of what was promised. The vehicle wrap itself is poorly done. There are visible imperfections where areas were not wrapped properly. The interior sections are already peeling, and the area around the third brake light is peeling as well, something that should never happen with a quality wrap, especially given the amount of money I paid upfront. After several failed attempts to resolve these issues and numerous calls to the manager, I finally gave up trying to reach anyone who would take responsibility. I spent a significant amount of money, but did not receive the quality of work or level of service promised. I will be uploading photos to show the condition of the wrap. Beware of this business based on my experience; they do not stand behind their work or their customers.

Everyone there knows their stuff and is super helpful. They'll help talk through what kind of paper choose, how to format your documents, etc - whatever you need to do to make things look good. 2. They're prices are very reasonable. Before discovering them, I had priced things out online at various online printers and ship & print places - Fleming is often half the price. Combined with point #1, it's a no-brainer The only challenging thing is that they don't have a flashy, modern web interface. In fact, their website could use a little love.
