My industry tends to buy in bulk and get all of their printing needs from a printer located out of state. For many years, it was just easier to stay with what you know. More recently however I found out why I like to shop locally. Not only did they deliver my order, but they did it quickly and with a smile. Look everyone knows where this country of ours is headed, outsource everything, NAFTA and the 90's did a number on America, but maybe just maybe there is hope. With a clever name like Minuteman which screams America, and local sourcing and smiles there really is no reason for me to ever call anybody else. Lindsay and her crew are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and priced right. I was a printer for 4 years and know the long hours, customer OK's and general bull@#$ you have to put up with and now that I am on the other end, let me just tell you how nice it is to have someplace like this. I was there last fall and the reason I'm writing this now is because I saw someone else's review of a kinko's and wanted to relay my positive experience with this one. 1. In all the years I've gone here, not only has no one ever given me any attitude or resistance, but they actually kinda pride themselves on bending over backwards to help. As much as I'm not a fan of corporate places, if they have the right leadership and teams, then I have to give them credit; 2. I went in to print a bunch of booklets for a holiday event. I thought someone else already had, but they hadn't, so this was LITERALLY a last minute request for like 20 twenty page booklets in color. I told them my situation and the guy said, "Sure, email me the pdf file and I should have them ready for you in a half hour" -- A HALF HOUR -- god bless the guy! He helped save the day. 3. In my haste, the guy forgot to quote me the price and I forgot to ask. I was caught off guard when the price of the previous order came to $250 but they were needed and it WAS competitive pricing so I didn't complain. Because he didn't quote me, he took responsibility, though, and entered the order a little differently so it showed up as a $205 order. That left a very good impression on me. I didn't complain and yet he still took responsibility for not quoting me the price and gave me a break. 4. They have internet connections there with different printers in case you need to go online to retrieve something and print it out yourself. It's a major convenience but it can add up fast at 20 cents/minute. 5. Their staff is friendly and competent so whenever I've needed help on the copier machines, they've always been able to set me straight with the right information. 6. The driveway here can be a tiny bit congested from like 11a-1pm since that's lunch time and there's a Starbucks in the same plaza. Overall, this Kinko's is a very friendly, accomodating Kinko's with everything I've needed for printing, faxing, copying and shipping.

And as usual is always a good sale going on I Purchased three different color highlighters and saved a bunch I only paid $.99 excellent deal The printing is at a very reasonable price also. This location is an easy one to get to located on route one northbound and has a huge parking lot. The interior of the building is well kept well-stocked and the displays look nice. I was in need of sending out a sale i had made on ebay, this device was fragile so to speak and Stan the Man made sure it was packaged properly and in good hands / bubble so to speak. I pay attention to details when it comes to how i am treated as a consumer, because one day when i grow up i am going to treat people better than average. It's funny, because I randomly do not live anywhere remotely near this area, but I was here a year ago, and I thought the same exact thing about the staff. To the point that I actually remember the staff from last year as well. Overall, I think that this store should give a raise to literally all of their employees because if someone can remember employees names from a year later, I think that really says something about the store. I recommend to this place and the quality they bring!
