I had started to do it myself, thinking it would take 15 minutes, but the design of the paddle mounting made it extremely tricky (at least for me) to replace at least four of the dozen or so bolts (Torx and conventional) that hold the paddles on. I figured Lee would have the appropriate tools and experience. In about an hour, in today's rain, Lee came over and began replacing the paddles. Even for him it was very difficult, because the tight spacing behind the nuts (barely the thickness of a finger) makes them virtually inaccessible. However, he got it done, it looked and worked just as it should when we tested it, and he gave me some suggestions for servicing my backpack blower and lawn tractor. He's very friendly and polite, he prices fairly, he's focused and determined to finish what he agrees to do, and works quickly. He said that he has a trailer, so he can pick up large items such as lawn tractors.

They lay hard plastic treads to save your lawn from damage. 1 giant oak, 1 small oak, and two medium sized maples, plus multiple limbs from other trees= $2,250. On the walk through before the crew got started, I asked about an additional limb that Walter added for no extra charge. They used leaf blowers to clean up debris, and when they left, the yard looked nearly perfect. Nothing g a handful of grass seed won't fix. Bonus is they dumped several yards of wood chips at my request. We use it in our dog's bathroom area.
