I decided to not go ahead with the service due to the price being too high. Even still I got a payment request for 294.99! I was quite shocked because I said I didn't want to do the repair. I was told they automatically do a routine service prior to any repairs, the price was on their website, and I should have asked first! The 294.99 wasn't even for them to repair what I wanted done (carburetor)! So basically they charge 294 to even look at your snowblower. No wonder why they were offering free pickup/drop off. My snowblower was still broken! I checked their website and service prices were NOT listed. I made it very clear that I did not authorize any service and was unhappy. I went back and forth via text and they told me that's how they do business and I should have asked for prices prior to. I am not used to doing buisness like that. When you bring a car to a mechanic they don't just do services without getting authorization first. After some back and forth they gave me 50.00 off. I paid because they refused to return my snowblower without payment. They returned it about a week later. I bought the oem carburetor for 35.99 and installed it. This company is a complete disgrace and I can only imagine how many people they have scammed !
