He told me the website to go to and the store number to add. He wouldn't activate the license till I got the machine. Upon arrival he gave me instructions on the safe operation of the vehicle then a demonstration of the controls. Then had me take the controls to make sure I was comfortable operating the machine. They dropped it off and picked it up hassle free. Easy to do business with and will rent from them again.

Installation was done perfectly - 2 young guys came, set up in 30-40 minutes in the best place possible in the yard. Set up the tables and left the chairs on top as we planned to move the tables around. Linens were fine, but instead of red as ordered, they gave us white - but they returned the next day and left the red ones for use. Tent was perfect, and they came a few days after the event and took down the tent and chairs with no problem.

Second great point - delivery to our driveway by Tate was efficient and professional. Third great point - when we had problems Tate got back to our location within 45 minutes and spent all necessary time to correct problems and make sure we were all set to go. Fourth great point - They readily agreed to let us have the lift for another day for 1/2 price due to the few hours we lost due to malfunction. That allowed us to finish all we needed to do. The proper option would have been to immediately turn around and walk out. This place is absolutely…read morefilthy inside, and so was the carpet cleaning machine that I rented. I mentioned to the man who took care of the transaction that it was dirty. His response? "Well, it's a carpet cleaner!" He then proceeded to lift up the tank and show me the platform that it sits on, saying "See? Clean!" (an area that has nothing at all to do with the cleaning process - AND it was NOT clean) He proceeded to say, with bad attitudinal inflection "Whaddaya want me to do, go in the back and take it all apart right now and clean it?" (That should've been done the last time it was returned, or in the day he had since I called and reserved it.) I asked him how wet it would leave the carpet. "Not very wet." Not very specific. I really needed it, so I went ahead, against my better judgement. It smelled like an old wet rag mop that had been shoved into a dark corner and left for a week. The filter had what looked like pet hair partially obstructing it. It was so bad I decided to take pictures. It took me over an hour to get it into a condition where I felt able to use it without it making my carpet not only dirtier, but also stinky. I'm currently running every fan I own and a dehumidifier in order to try to dry everything out so that mold won't form. I would never set foot in this place again. Do yourself a favor and give it a wide berth.
