Due to an existing medical condition, I am out of work because the corona virus would be extremely dangerous for me. Since it was so nice out, I thought I could rent a thacher to push in the yard where I would not be exposed to anybody. I called Rental Depot on Spring Street, West Roxbury and spoke to Brian. When I explained what my situation was, Brian took my credit card information on the phone and when I arrived at rental depot, he came out to my car and put the thatcher in my car as I kept a safe distance. When I called and returned, he met me at my car, took the machine from the trunk and put the slip in the trunk. Great customer service and a really nice guy. I will continue to do business with Rental Depot and I hope they survive this difficult economy. read more

Everything went well with the rental. Delivery and pick up were smooth and on time. Equipment was just as expected. We were able to modify our order as our needs for the party changed. Everything worked well, the glasses were sparkling clean, and all of this made for a wonderful party at a reasonable cost. We will certainly use Rental Depot again when we have another occasion! read more

I have used them 10 times for annual fundraising events. So helpful, pleasant and professional, good prices.

We've used Rental Depot for our daughters birthday parties at least 3 years in a row and have always been very happy. Good selection, easy to work with, deliver and install to our house, etc. I highly recommend! read more

Let's say you're planning an event. A wedding. A baby shower. Or a bad-ass party. Let's say your venue is a raw space, without tables for food and drinks or pretty linens to make things look nice. You've got invitations to send out. Desserts to taste test! And you still need to hire a photographer! Whatever shall you do? For all of your event needs, call Rental Depot. This company is a reliable, cost-effective and efficient logistical solution to renting all of the necessary equipment, from tables and linens to tents, catering utensils and even a bouncy house, if your occasion so requires. I spoke with several employees, all of whom were patient and helpful with my many questions. Brian ended up handling most of my order, and didn't event flinch when I called back a few days after confirming, requesting just a few more linens be added to the delivery. Done and done! And the cost? Over $200 LESS than any other competitor in the area. And belieeeeeeeeeeve me, I called them all. For the price, they delivered on time and helped us carry the tables to their respective homes for the duration of the event. All we had to do at the end of the night is stack them next to the delivery dock, along with the pile of linens and they came to pick them up the next day. With stellar service that allows an event planner to concentrate on the fun stuff (like where to put the band and exactly how much booze to have on hand), and a price that undercuts the competition, I'd never call another rental company again! read more

Rental Depot - Party Supplies Near Me - West Roxbury, Massachusetts

Catering a 90th birthday party for a close friend's mother tomorrow. If you want a great party look you can't go wrong at Rental Depot; OMG, these guys have it all and know it all. Selection was huge, reserving was easy, picking up was a breeze. This party is going to be gorgeous but not a budget buster. Thank you Rental Depot; affordable table linens, dinnerware, and so much more. We'll look like we broke the bank but did no such thing! read more

Great costumer service, prices are reasonable, tables, chairs and all staff is in a good condition!!

Everything about this experience was excellent. We needed 30 chairs and a table for an event on Sunday. It was to be outside- and they could deliver, but not on Sunday. So we picked up Saturday. Their crew loaded the car. Then Monday, unloaded. The price was less than $89. read more

I work in West Roxbury and live a half hour away so I wasn't sure Rental Depot would supply a tent for my event. Sure enough though, Brian agreed and made it all happen. He delivered and set up the high quality tent, tables (with contrasting colored linens) and white wooden chairs, silver metal chafing dishes, flatware and glassware. Delivery was the day before, and pick up the day after. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of supplies offered by Brian and Rental Depot. I will be referring him to everyone I know. Good to note: I checked around in advance of ordering from them and compared prices. They were comparable, and in some cases lower than others I checked with... and CLEARLY the nicest and most professional to deal with. The quality of all provided supplies is top notch, the day went off without a hitch and absolutely no prepping stress. THANK YOU RENTAL DEPOT, I'll be back and all referrals I can make are coming your way. read more

Great service, reasonable prices, friendly and responsive staff. I'll definitely use them again!

Awesome repair guys. Stand up people. I've brought a power washer and lawn mower that weren't working - they're both like new after the repair guy did his thing. He also educated me on the right way to store these machines in the winter. read more

Rental Depot Boston saved our wedding. We planned to have our wedding at our house, and the only risk we took was the weather. Sure enough, the forecast showed downpour rains. I asked the boss if we could somehow get a big enough tent. He said "Anything is possible." He was right. Rental Depot Boston adapted and gave us a massive tent the day before the wedding. Crew members came by in the heat, worked hard and efficiently, and gave us protection from the rain for 160 people. They saved our wedding, and our wedding day was truly special. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Rental Depot Boston. read more

I am so happy that I called- their rental estimate was $300 less than another company I had formally been working with. Great guys, very willing to work with me and accommodate special delivery and pick up requests. They didn't jack up the price the moment "wedding" popped into the conversation. Worth every star! read more

I am an African American woman, I drove 55 min from Worcester Massachusetts to The Rental Depot excited to rent two tables , 20 chairs and a few juice containers for my intimate birthday dinner tonight. When I got there I explained I didn't have a reservation to the man working. The man working said there was a male customer before us that he had to finish up with and then he would be right with us. I patiently waited with my fiancé for the man working to be done with the customer before us. Before the man was done with the first a white woman walks in with 2 children and walks past us and waits at the register. The sign on the door says you cannot enter without a mask. The woman has no mask and nor do both children . Instead of turning the woman away because she does not have a mask. He asks her how he can help her. Instead of telling the woman to wait as he did us, the man that was working at Rental Depot looked at me and completely ignored the fact that we were waiting for him to finish with the first customer and took the white woman's entire order without reservation and in the store without masks. I am so sad that that happened because I drove all this way. I will never be back there read more

An outstanding experience, from start to finish. Had a hiccup in my rental because of weather and the staff was so helpful. Best place in Boston! I'll be happy customer for life. read more

The guys at Rental Depot are great. We've rented glasses for parties on numerous occasions and prices are competitive. They gave great advice regarding what they thought I'd need for the event I was coordinating. We ended up spending way less than I thought. They were very professional, exceptional communicators, punctual and quick to set everything up and pick up afterwards. I highly recommend Rental Depot! read more

I had a very good experience with Rental Depot in West Roxbury. In the middle of putting up railing on my front desk I realized that my drill wasn't going to drill the four holes in the lower concrete step. After some internet research I called up Rental Depot and spoke to Brian and he said that he could rent me a hammer drill and after a second search found the 3/8 inch bit that I needed. I drove over there and when we were at the register, I realized I needed a 5/8 inch bit for my anchor. So back to the equipment wall to find me the much bigger tool and the right bit, all with the most pleasant attitude. He showed me how to get the bit in and out and reminded me to keep pressure on the bit so that it would do its hammer thing. Back on my porch, now working by street light, drilling each 2.5 inch deep hole took about twenty five seconds. The drill went through like wood. So if you are a DIY-er, don't be afraid to go here. Brian and his staff will treat you well. Everyone was in a good mood, even though it was near closing. One more thing, the exit to their parking lot is the same as the entrance, so you have to go out the same way. It looks like you can keep going to an exit ramp but it turns out to be an embankment. Both I and my wife who returned the tool the next morning made the same mistake. To finish, this is a good, low stress place and a really good business. read more

I have done business with the team at Rental Depot in West Roxbury multiple times and they have always been knowledgeable and helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience in renting everything from chainsaws to moving trucks. A great experience overall! read more

We decided to work with Rental Depot to handle all our rentals for our wedding day in late August. These guys were amazing to work with. Though not many, they did everything possible to handle our special requests with a welcoming attitude. Besides their professionalism, their prices were the best compared to other similar operations around the city carrying the same or similar product. Ed and Brian were especially attentive during our process in selecting our rentals and making adjustments to our order. Highly recommend this company. read more

Once again. Awesome service. So nice to have this comfort. Special thanks to Ed, Brian, Gary and Junior.

Brian and his team at Rental Depot are great people-always willing to help and this year we bought our Christmas tree from them. It is such a pleasure to support a local business owner who does a lot for the residents in the Parkway area. We've ordered dunk tanks, tables, chairs and linens in the past for many events and can always rely on Rental Depot to not only have plenty of inventory but they can do drop-off and pick up-such a convenience. read more
