The service is a bit slow but we had no choice but to be patient. Only one person at the register and and older women blowing up balloons . Hoping that our large order does not get mixed up or missing any balloons from our order cause our event is actually like most customers important. Last order never arrived and we did get a refund but that's not what we wanted to happen and disappoint family member . This order needs to be precise and complete and I am hoping all goes well. Let's see what the outcome will be... I will keep you posted if not! But the value is reasonable and comparable to others. They might need to get another cashier who could be faster or more knowledgeable of this store. She could have been new but the other women should have noticed she struggled and actually took over . But, order will determine if we come back in the future!!! Cross our fingers!

The store owner is absolutely a pleasure to have met! and you can tell that all the items purchased for the store reflect her love of entertaining. Stationery of all sorts - greeting cards, note cards, journals, letter writing sets, themed notepads, etc. My goodness, the selection of paperware alone is quite impressive. What I am saying is if you are having a party and wish to have quality paper plates, napkins, and décor this is the spot to start. They have helium tanks here and a HUGE array of any occasion party balloons. If you follow me you already know that I have a 'thing' for gift baskets... whether it is for a Housewarming, "Thank you' to a client, friend or employee. I only wish I lived closer because this store had EVERYTHING all in one location - higher-end body products, unique regional souvenirs, sturdy creative artwork gift bags, toys for children, candles that are known to have that lingering scent, gorgeous tumblers both ceramic and stainless steel. The culinary treats section is plentiful as well, and at the risk of repeating myself, I'll say it again great store for putting together gift baskets! Curbside metered parking directly in front of the store as well as on the side streets. I return home in a few weeks and I am looking forward to seeing what they have for the Fall merchandise. If you have ever been to a Taylor Rental, it is a place to rent expensive equipment such as tools,…read moreparty equipment and even heavy machinery. Having not ever run a paint sprayer before, I decided to rent one to redo a basement with Latex paint on the walls. Calling three or four days ahead allows you to reserve it by putting down a credit card. Seems easy right? That is until you meet the staff at this particular location. Not a lot of personality nor an ounce of customer service. No greetings, no anything. I mean its situated in Wellesley (no offense) but its a rental place for crying out loud. Regardless, the rental seems smooth (except for the $150 deposit you have to put down to rent one of these things) and then I get home to use it and the thing does not want to work with the thickness of the paint. Diluting it does not work either so it basically fails. I return it one day early only to be beaten up by I guess the owner who looked like he was either having a bad day or hates working at a Taylor Rental, because he would have never rented this to me, had he knew I was using it for a basement. The guy not only started going off on me, he started going off on the guy helping me to return this. I told him to eat the deposit for the trouble and have a nice day. It was the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen and this is one of the worst rental places in the area. Tell you what, educate your customers on your equipment prior to renting and go learn some customer service! if you ever want to rent something, stick with the location in West Roxbury. At least you won't get treated poorly by some irate manager.
